Lovely place. The cats are cute and health, visibly being well taken care of. There were a lot of kids and I’m surprised that they are following the rules very well by not carrying the cats and not making any noises. One of the little girls pass on her toy to me to play with the kitten. The time that I spent here is so healing.

My first visit. The primary purpose was to relax and I didn’t. Paying 49aed for 1 hour is reasonable, complimentary latte was great. But staff looked kinda tired, and I understand why... Kids and even some adults is really a headache for ALL - staff, cats, other visitors. You cannot enjoy the vibe when all those kids roam around breaking rules and then parents complain “I pay 49!!!aed and baby no play?!”. Maybe it makes sense to have special timings or days for families. Or make it a rule to sit in own place and have cats approaching you, they really do...Before entering you need to sanitize hands with a sanitizer. Why does it have such a strong flowery odor? Poor cats, every human touch makes them lick their fur non-stop to get rid of odor. Please, provide odorless one...Cats are cute but looked very annoyed. Those who sat by my side had nails removed permanently which is quite cruel IMO...If you are really a cat lover you will visit that place once and leave heartbroken. If you see cats as toys then you will definitely enjoy. The choice is yours.

Excellent place to visit, but you need to book before going and thats done by calling the place and book a timing if its available because of the pandemic and to be safe and not have many poeple sitting at the same place. I would recommend going there and playing with the cats and if you felt that the cats arent coming to you you can buy a cat treat by the register and its 15dhs, the cats will come to you.The entery is 49dhs or 50dhs and it comes with a free drink section, I recommend the coconut drink as it is tasty, the rest of the drinks you need to purchase.

To all the ‘crazy cat people out their Vibrissae is Dubai’s newest Instagram able cat café.The concept of a cat cafe is quite unusual but it is actually lovely for the children to play with the cute fluffy cats while you have a quiet coffee!!Vibrissae has more than 16 adorable felines ready to cuddle, play and chill with you.The place is beautifully decorated with everything the furry friends could need, from a huge climbing wall, to swinging hammocks. There’s plenty of space for humans to relax too, with a great coffee menu and lots of toys to help you befriend your favorite animal.The cats are well looked after and very friendly. Some even came over to sit on your laps and have their own little room to escape to if they need to. I am sure you fall in love with them.They all undergo regular vet check-ups to ensure they’re healthy and vaccinated. All of the cats are resident pets, who have been raised with families and are comfortable around humans.Vibrissae also has a café for guests to enjoy a coffee or smoothie while watching the kittens play. If you want to get in there’s a fee of Dhs49 per hour for adults and Dhs39 for kids.The staff were very friendly and informative too. Overall, we had a Very relaxing and chilling experience. Its extremely annoying when a waiter/waitress treats you like your dumb. Im shocked of how bad the service was. I went there with my daughters they were very excited, the waitress had informed me that im only allowed to set for half an hour as guests are coming afterwards. I asked for a discount they refused then the other waiter came and told me that he can give me 10 aed off the original price so it became 35 aed however, im not allowed the free drinks!!! And the cheapest drink there doesnt even cost 10 aed!!!!

Super nice new Cats Cafe in town, the staff are lovely and the cats are well trained and very comfortable with everyone. The entry fee includes couple of drinks to select from and you are allowed one hr to stay. Such a lovely experience. I wish they can foster or adopt cats in the future for help.

Its not make sense for the entrance fee. adult 49 aed and kids 39 aed (even your baby only 1 week old). only for an hour playing with cats.you can go to dubai safari for 50 aed entrance fee and you can see all type of animals, with unlimited time.

This place has a cats area where you pay an admission fee to get in with a complimentary drink. I really disliked that kids were allowed with the cats and although their rules say they must be accompanied by adults, that wasn’t the case with like a group of kids that got in while their parent waited outside. This kind of place can be very stressful for a cat in my opinion so it would be better if it was just people sitting normally and not trying to stimulate the animals every second they’re there. Some good things about this place is that it has an area where cats can go in and it’s hidden from people and that they limit people to 1 hour with them. Personally, I can’t support this kind of place in the future and can’t recommend it in good conscience.

Café timings are 12:00 PM until 10:00 PM.Being a cat lover I always ask Anil to get me a Persian but it’s not that easy to carry a pet, After all, we need to take care of them like a baby.But thanks to Vibrissae Cat Café for coming up with this beautiful concept, at least now I can go whenever I want a cat to cuddle.Now let’s talk about the charges – For Adults 49 AED & 39 AED for Kids for an hour which includes a cup of coffee/ Drink.It was an incredible experience for me & Anil, you guys must visit this café.

Very very clean and tidy cat cafe. It‘s a nice experience but the staff seemed to be a little annoyed on the day we were there and weren’t that friendly. Also, I think the price is not justified especially in comparison with the other cat cafe in Dubai, considering you cannot adopt the cats here and they don‘t have the same ongoing costs. Regardless, it‘s a cute experience.

Best place to spend your free time alone and with friends

My all-time favorite destress spot in Dubai. I’m in love with all the cats! They are super friendly, happy, and well-cared for. The cafe has amazing interiors and just enough space and items for the cats to exercise or avoid people if they ever feel like it. The hygiene is top-notch and the drinks are definitely worth a try. The cafe also has strict rules in place to protect the health and safety of cats. Highly recommended for cat lovers!

Really great cafe! Staff are lovely and cats SUPER friendly. There should maybe be an age restriction though, as I feel younger children are a little rough with the animals as they are not aware and if there parents do not tell them not to do so, they continue to do it. Just my opinion. Other than that, really lovely.

For any cat lover its the best place to go their have some nice time with the cats and you can even give them some food and drink your tea and had some photos with them

The colors, lighting, music, and the cats make you forget about the world outside.Drinks: I have tried the berries smoothie and I HAD TO order another one because it delicious and SUPER refreshing.Owners are super friendly and its lovely to have a nice conversation with them. I was excited to visit this cafe with my mom and sister, however when we arrived just in time for our 8pm session, we had to wait until they allowed us in because there was only one guy handling the drink orders and bookings… so we actually entered at 8:15pm and we were on time!They say no carrying the cats, however this rule is only applied to some while the staff decide to look the other way to others, witnessed it and I saw the lady staff just look away.. not cool!But they were very keen and rushy to push us out at 8:54pm reminding us numerous times our time is up, so it bothered me that we were on time but due to the only one staff dealing with drink orders and booking we lost about 15 minutes but again they apply that rule of rushing people off, so again not cool!I don’t like that they stick to some rules but neglect others, plus there should be an age limit because I saw kids pinching, and running after the poor cats which some were pregnant, SO NOT COOL!Not going to be coming back here, definitely a one time experience

My children were very dissapointed when we didnt go in as i couldnt afford to pay 40dir each per child ( nothing included no drink or anything) and 49dir for adults. I really think the children should be free or at least a drink included in their entrance fee. I have 4 cats at home and had a vet bill of 6k hence why i couldnt afford nearly 200dir for us all to go in. 😢

I have made several visits to this place because its simply AMAZING!The staff are super friendly and sweet! Their Dalgona Latte is DELICIOUS!!😋and they have plant based milk options too!The cats are SO friendly and cuddly, they smell like baby powder!! The entire cafe smells amazing too!Worth the visit! and definitely a place to go to more than once🥰

It’s the best cat cafe in the world!! I’ve been to many cat cafes but Vibrissae had my heart. The staff are very friendly, the cats are the prettiest cats I’ve ever seen, the drinks are VERY tasty, the place is super clean, and most importantly the smell; I seriously can’t explain how this place has a special aroma that makes you forget cats are in the place. On a side note: as an interior design, the interior design of the place is very aesthetically pleasing 😍

Friendly, welcoming staff, good coffee (complimentary upon entry) and adorable, friendly, well-trained cats. They’re all fluffy but the place is so clean that you don’t end up covered in cat hair. Will definitely be back!

Staff are super friendly, cats are adorable! The only thing I would change is to limit the timings for the kids and to monitor them more because they are not that gentle with the cats and it results with cats not being touchy with anyone else afterwards. Overall, great experience!

The interior is posh and pretty. Gerrilynn was very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman and lady behind the bar were great too! The stars of the show though are the cats who are playful and beautiful. They seem to be well taken care of! Will be coming back for sure!

Good place for kids but I didnt like it at all. The attitude of the staff give the vibe as if we are not welcomed!! It started with saying (we will let u walk in only bcz there is available slot!). And second, I have a 3 and 1 year old kids moving around the cats and the lady came to me and said please sit at your table place only! Note that all the ppl are moving around and playing with the cats! Will not recommend the place for anyone bcz of the staff attitude.

Horrible experience, from entry till we left we felt unwelcoming as if we were uninvited guests.We went there to let my kid (1 year)play with the cats, they kept stopping her from moving in the place , screaming as a kid, petting the cats because they were afraid of her bothering the cats.Simple if you dont want kids dont allow them AND charge for them.NO rules were communicated to us until we complained, then suddenly all the non kid friendly rules appeared.There are many other places that are much more welcoming and kid friendlyReply: Such an arrogant reply and reflects a juvenile management that dont accept criticism nor thrive for customer satisfaction, NEVER say a common sense is a rule if you deal with different shades of human beings ( FYI common sense is to not to try to discipline a 1 year old without their parents consent)

Amazing place 100% recommend the place doesnt smell but if your planning to have tea and you dont like it strong I insist you tell the cafe workers to not make it strong and the cats are so sweet and playful Twixie is my favorite because she is so calm and sweet and slept on my lap 100% recommend to cat lovers and its good that they have some rules and before you enter they tell you the rules to make sure you dont cause harm to the cats Ive been there 2 times now and both of these times were amazing and its a very clean place and cats are well cared

Bad expirience! I was twice with my friends. Both times the assistants were telling to sit nearby exit and they told that it is the rule, if there are only 2 visitors together. The assistants were not hospitable at all, I felt like I have to give money and go out. Waste of money.

I went there with 2 of my friends and we had the best time!! (13th of March -Saturday- at around 8:30 pm)You could make a reservation ahead of time to let them know you’ll be stopping by and to ask if it’s crowded or not (We called around an hour or two before we went). Upon entry you pay around 50dhs but this includes a free drink as well then you go into the area where all the cats are.Before you enter they run a few rules by you (no kissing cats, no taking off your mask, maintain social distancing, don’t disturb or abuse any of the cats if they’re not being playful etc..) and employees are in the room with you at all times to make sure you’re following the rules.The cats were absolutely entertaining and charming and the employees were so warm and kind and cooperative. We had absolutely the BEST time. Definitely would recommend. A therapeutic blast!

Was never a fan of cats, got dragged into it and tbh not a single regret, the staff, the cats, the drinks and the SMELL specifically!!!! Its not that there is no smell, but there actually is a nice smell!!!!! all to the utmost expectation 100% recommended

OH MY GOD! I am a huuuuge cat lover and this is just perfect!!!!!! I’ve been to almost every cat cafe around the world even japan’s cat cafe but this one is the best. You have to see how Ragnar plays with his sister Lili and how Maze jumps at the cat toy when I’m holding. If I had to describe this place with one word my vocabulary would fail me.
