The coffee is excellent also the many many different options of the coffee but the sitting area is very limited only 4 tables in the corridor and 1 table inside the coffee shop and the sitting is very simple. The staff are kind and attentive. There is also displayed fresh cakes.

I don’t know why this place is so special, very different from all other illy cafes. Maybe because the staff here are very nice, or is it the location. Very positive vibes.My best espresso place, the beans they are using is really different. This is the only place where I can have multiple espressos and I still feel I want more.Keep it up guys, and will see for sure again while in Dubai mall.

Coffee is good the food is good as well especially the croissant the only downside is the location it’s in the middle of the way which gets less private the more you sit

Still my one of favorite spots for coffee at Dubai mall, but most of the staff became significantly less friendly comparing to how the place used to be before.. you can feel most of the staff are not happy working.

The service can lag a little when it is crowded. The selection of their coffees are great. The desserts are fabulous. I cant say the aame for the croissants. The zaater croissant is crisp and tasty but the almond croissant is just bland and hard to eat. Last words; try the molten pistaccio cake, it is tremendous.

Exceeded my expectations. I think the must have very fresh beans as the crema on my coffee was far better than I have ever managed at home with tins of Illy beans. The menu choices were interesting too.

Illy its my favourite caffé in Italy...if I request an Espresso, remember that a person request an Italian caffé with high density coffee (2/3 seconds when sugar go down) included passion! Please, next time goes to Illy University.
