Great food, good place to chill in internet city. Can get a bit crowded at times. Though its the best option for a city in this vicinity, would strongly recommend it

Love this place! The cafe is in a smaller mall next to the Sheikh Zayed Road. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace with a view at the Road. I liked the staff very much. Everyone of the staff is very friendly and attentive. Upon request, they made me a tasty Smoothie just like I wanted. The prices are a bit too high. having said that, the cakes are really delicious and the coffee is maybe the best coffee that I have tasted in Dubai.

Very nice ambience and the food quality . However the food portions are so minuscule that you would rather avoid going to this place when hungry.

Low quality of service and high priced. Despite of their claims that they are high quality, they still make a stale and average food. The workers here were not paid for their overtimes. The management gets the workers passport. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Ever classic cafe bateel famous for their dates now also my favourite for desserts. The classic molten lava cake was a delight. Would definitely go back and try the other desserts for sure. Go for it

Had a nice Valentines dinner with friends and family. Everyone loved the variety of salads and healthy dishes from the menu. Gluten free dishes with gluten free strawberry tart was the big plus for our celiac friend.

Tried the Bateel special club, and was really disappointed as theres nothing special about it.

Bateel is one of the most unique cafe concepts I have ever seen. I love the place. It’s got a great array of offerings; salads, soups, mains (love the salmon), pastas, deserts and off course their dates collection is by far the best you’ll ever taste (my favourite dates stuffed with ginger, lemon, or caramelised macadamias)

Nice coffee, specially if u want to try Saudi Arabia coffee. The place is great for quick meetings.and specially in winter when the weather in Dubai is nice. Staff are okay.

Great options of appetizers, soups and dishes. The bruschetta with Haloumi cheese and hummus was excellent! The couscous with dates and apricots was delicious and we had desserts as courtesy: pistachio pie, chocolate mousse and cheesecake. All of them were good, but the pistachio pie was amazing!!!

Love the breakfast options and the service.I like the fact that they are on the Entertainer. Also I used to go a lot to the one in Media City after finishing my workout on Friday mornings

The cafe celebrates Arabic heritage like no other... All deserts are made with quality and has dates as a main ingredient. Their main menu also attends to any taste, and Ive had the best breakfasts and lunches in town there! Arabic coffee is great and well served, but its a Saudi blend (I prefer emirati thats all)

Excellent breakfast. Always high quality ingredients, and eggs cooked perfectly to your liking. This branch is not so busy on the weekends, so if you fancy a breakfast and dont want the hassle of waiting for a table or it being a bit noisy, then this is the place. Also for the quality it is reasonably priced.

Well located at the business central tower. Ideal joint for those work at the tower or close by. If you are visiting he area, beware of the parking challenge. Green parking at the basement is the only place that is free during rush hours. Please note that Green Parking is quite expensive and you may end up spending more on parking than on your meal

I have ordered the food from Bateel and was so disappointed with the quality. The order stated “soft cooked eggs”. However instead I received “runny eggs” and moreover the yolk was spilled all over, the bread got wet. Very sad to receive such a delivery.

Lovely cafe with a great menu of items from salads to pastas and a great selection of beverages and desserts. This has a few other shops around including dine-in restaurants and the party shop so its nice to go and explore.
