I had a piccolo and it was really good. The staff is so so friendly, helpful, and accommodating to what the customer prefers. I had my younger sister with me and they didn’t have decaf coffee but the waiter immediately understood that I didn’t want her having caffeine and made a drink completely out of the menu to suit what she wanted and she loved it. When we ordered the acai bowl, they gave us a sample of the acai to make sure my sister liked the taste before we got it which was very nice of them because usually another place would just want to sell the acai bowl without worrying too much if we would like the taste or not. My only comment is because the piccolo is so small it gets cold faster so maybe try making it extra hot so it stays hot by the time we drink it.

Went there at 7 which is when they said they opened, and nobody came, at 7.20 we left because we had to go to work.
