This is our favorite coffee shop wherever we go. We have been to Costa numerous times they have great coffee and a good selection of foods to have with it. This place has a lovely atmosphere located in a particularly good place within the mall of the Emirates.You will never go wrong coffee-ing@Costa! The lattes are made to perfection.... hot enough, just enough foam, and not bitter!The good coffee place for me.

Roaming in mall of emirates , when u feel little tired .. only thing which gives u most comfort with the view of ski Dubai .. is COSTA coffee. Been there on Saturday with family . Had some iced latte, americano coffee, caramel and cold brew along with some pasty. Good taste is always there when its costa coffee. Service was very quick. Taste was as usual perfect. Beat part they were taking all precautions in regard to covid. Keep doing good work coasta

I like there coffee ☕ I love it.,

I am a regular customer at Costa MOE ( next to Ski Dubai). The staff has always been extremely polite and accommodating.Normally I dont send in reviews but this particular incident is worth reviewing. This morning I get my coffee and Bagel but my Costa app wont open (the one where you get points to be redeemed later). My Barista (Joyce) and her Manager waited patiently for a good 5 minutes as there wasnt anyone else in line. I eventually gave up, went back to my seat and totally forgot this episode. About an hour and a half later Joyce comes back to me to check if my costa app is now working as they had saved my receipt to add points. The app worked and the points were added to my account. This to me is exceptional customer service.Well done to the Costa team for hiring and nurturing such superstars.

Costa coffee shop is one of my favorite but today was so disappointed. I ordered tuna salad and saw that It was made 2 days ago and asked the staff to give me fresh one. They told me that food they have stays for 3 days till the day expiry written on a package. It’s absolutely not acceptable for Costa to keep salads for 2-3 days … when I made a comment the young lady told me it’s Fresh! She started to argue which made me even more angry and then I went to speak to manager and he answered that If I don’t want it I don’t have to buy it! That they follow the rules of keeping food till day expiry written on it.I was honestly more disappointed with the service itself and staff arguing. I really hope Costa will start to keep food more fresh. Thanks

Just fantastic as usual. Good coffee and other specialities at decent prices. I like the Spanish Latte.

Service is why i can’t give them a 5 stars rating. The coffee and cakes were good but the service was a bit disappointing honestly. Slow, inattentive and forced.

Love the coffee here. The seats next to Ski Dubai are premium and hard to come by. But if you are lucky to grab one of those, the experience at Costa Coffee MOE will be complete

Each time I order a cup of tea it tastes horrible. I complain then the staff change the cup and put it in a tea pot blaming the cup. But the water is making the tea taste horrible. If it happens once more I go to Starbucks.

Today at around 11 am. Cashier is quite unfriendly. Staff disorganized and there is no proper coordination between them. Cappuccino is good in terms of quality and price .

Enjoyed watching the penguins and have a coffee without having to enter ski Dubai. 2pm and 5pm timings if anyone is interested to see the little guys.

Great service and I liked the staffs attitude although they were busy and there were a lot of customers. The location is excellent and overlooks Ski Dubai, so you can join the coffee and watch skiers. They plenty of room and different seating styles .

Visited twice and service was great. Its also significantly less busy than Starbucks or Paul so worth checking out if you cant get a table there.

The worst Costa Coffee Ive ever been. And I have been in Costa in many countries - its my favourite coffee shop chain outside Italy. The coffee here is just TERRIBLE and extremely expensive (7$ for big cappuccino) at the same time. I cant recommend it for anyone. Even Starbucks is way better.

Located near to the Ski area. The serving is very fast. Nice place to sit and relax while sipping their variety of drinks like coffee or juices.

So, too few seats, CV19 fault not Costas, then a scramble with people with no food taking seats in case they dont have when they buy food. Understandable and at least Costa now policing this. However, it is unhelpful in a service environment for someone to come from the counter to tell you your order that they could have brought with them is available for your collection... one step forward and one back, roll on the vaccine.

A flat white far from home but the coffee prices seem bizarre

It is situated conveniently but the service is a bit disappointing. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. I have waited for my order for a while and to my surprise the sandwich was quite cold and not even toasted. Every time i go to a Costa coffee place they toast it which make the difference in a sandwich. Seems like they have a lot of customers here but not enough staff.

Albeit being an expensive coffee shop sometimes they come up with a rare offer. This is the case with their hot plate servings, in my case chicken and pasta which tasted very good at a reasonable price (26.25 AED). They are known for their coffee in huge cups and good desserts this time I had the strawberry cheesecake which all in all is above average (is hard to find a true New York style cheesecake in Dubai) Very polite service as they bring your order to your table. Recommended!

All the 3 staff here were horribly rude. . When we told them that because of their behavior we will not visit this coffee shop again, They had the audacity to tell us thank you for not coming back. Never faced such an experience at a coffee shop. Thumbs down.

Terrible service ever from lady name Eva!!!as always I visit all the time to relax and to enjoy my coffee. Firts,second time its ok I give her chance every time I came she was in cash or shes the one who will bring my order. But yesterday is not really acceptable she almost just trow my coffee she put my coffee on the table like she hates her job. Not really happy at all!!!

Strawberry cheesecake wasnt great. I love their coconut milk cappuccino, but I did not enjoy it from this branch (tasted as if mixed with water). The view however is great, facing Ski Dubai. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.
