Unique and relaxing place to pet some beautiful cats. Most of them are very friendly and lounge around the space.I couldn’t believe how quickly 1 hour went by. We had to head out even though we would have loved to stay a little bit longer.I wish the place was a bit bigger, but overall I found it quite nice.I recommend two things: (1) contact them ahead of time to book and (2) buy some of the tuna sachets at the counter. The kitties love that stuff.
Such a wonderful cafe. I enjoyed stroking all of the lovely kitties! The youngest was around 5 months old. I recommend this cafe 100% if you like cats or if you dont want to buy one but you child wants one. I ordered a nice cuppa coffee, not bad. I really want to come back here sometime soon. All of the cats are super friendly and love to play!
I visited the new venue after having been to the old one several times, years ago. The place is smaller. Entry was 30/- . Cats were lovely, some having their naps, some eager to be petted. I was disappointed to see a few cats unwell- 2 seemed to have colds, but 1 of the two had difficulty breathing which concerned me and I brought it to the attention of the staff and I hope they will be vet checked soon. A 3rd had an eye infection. Im not sure how healthy and unhealthy cats are being kept in a relatively small space. The place also smelled strongly of theirvpoo (& this was me with a mask!). All in all, nice to interact with the cats but please get them vet checked regularly.
I went there today with my friend and we were amazed even before entering the cafe. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and calm. The cats were so lovely and adorable. They were very eager to get their treats. My hand got a little scratched up but I guess its all part of the fun. The staff were very friendly and help. Overall, it was a great experience.
Amazing experience, and an impecable staff! I wish i have discovered this place before, its incredible!
Such an amazing experience, my daughters had a lot of fun.. lovely atmosphere and very kind and nice staff.. cats are adorable
Great, cozy atmosphere and I love the fact that all the kitties are for adoption! Decent pizza and great staff, I definitely prefer this cat cafe in Dubai
Update:Visited recently for a second time, and honestly the place was better last year. The cats were very calm and friendly but this time because of the creamy treats they all were fighting and trying to get some. If you didnt have treats the cats wouldnt come to you and when you had it they all just fought and tried to climb you. The bad smell is not there anymore which is great. It was much better when the treats were not causing competition between cats and they were more calm.Old review:Amazing place for cat lovers, but I found it to be over crowded with cats. The cafe is rather small and 26 cats seemed many for there, Im not sure how comfortable the cats were in a situation like that, they all seemed calm and friendly tho! The place is clean but smells because the litter box is not very far. The cats are all very friendly, some prefer to sit next to you, some on your lap and some just want to be pet a little. If you sit down you have a great chance of getting a cat on your lap.The entrance is AED 30 and one drink is included in this price (water, soft drinks or tea).
I heard a lot great things about Ailuromania cat cafe and indeed it’s top notch cat cafe, Great place to enjoy time if you are cats lover, it’s amazing to see cats playing and jumping on your shoulders when you are having your hot cappuccino, amicable staff with warmth service, will not let you come back home,And if you love any cat there you can adopt any of themIt’s amazing place I will recommend it for everyone.
The cats are well looked after - very friendly. Some even make a b line to you so they can sit on your lap. There are rules you must obey like you can not wake then up or pick them up.But it is very clear the cats are happy and well looked after. It is DHS30 to go in - that covers a selection of drinks and the welfare of the kittys.Definitely worth a visit for any pet owner
It was amazing. The cats are lovely and the place is very clean.
Super fantastic place for cats lover ....welcoming staff along with cute cats.....
My girls and I loved our visit to the Cat Café. We went on a weekday morning and it was nice and quiet. The cats are looked after so well and are just so gorgeous- if it was up to my daughters we would have adopted them all! I was super impressed at how well the staff knew the cats, how attentive they were to their needs and how clean they kept the area. Highly recommended for any cat lovers. We will be going back for sure!
Good place for the children.30 UAED to get in per person. The coffee price is cheaper than high street cafe shops. You better booking in advance.
We enjoyed our visit at the cat cafe!
Best place to de-stress. Everyone was very accommodating and the cats were all amazing and adorable. Will definitely come back 💛
Nice place albeit a bit small/crowded. Cats are lovely and a great experience.Quite difficult to find and the Google map location isnt quite where the cafe is.You get a tea with your entry, but if you want milk in your tea, youre charged 5 dirhams extra.Cafe has no food, aside from Pizza and something else youd rather not have. (No crossiants/biscuits/sandwiches etc) so not really a cafe.Overall the cats are lovely but given other options of cat cafes, wed likely never return.
Sweet and cute and kitties friendly. Drinks were bit too pricey for me.
Not really worth it.All the reviews about cat pee smell or the place being too small for cats are not true. The place wasnt too bad, and the cats were very friendly, a bit small for 26 cats, but they do have their separate area, and they can get away from anyone if they want to.The food was terrible, awful coffee, and the staff werent very friendly. Some of the cats kept coming to me and jumping on the table but the staff took them away.
Nice place need some improvement, and spacesCost is little high
Cute and relaxed cafe with all the cats the pet
It is my second visit to this cozy café, where the first visit was to their previous location; which was much bigger and located on the main street. As a matter of fact, I was a bit confused, whether I should give 3 or 4 stars, however I finally decided to give it 4 stars, being a unique project in Dubai, fueled by love and passion. The café is accommodating 26 healthy cats. Drinks (hot & cold) and some light meals are served at reasonable prices. The staff members are doing their job, nevertheless without genuine smile!
Would still prefer this cafe to other cat cafes in Dubai. Sweet kitties. Will definitely come back.
Small, unorganized, unclean, unfriendly staff and not really a Cafe. The only star its for the cats. Will never come back.
Cute, friendly, cats everywhere. They were nice to both adults and kids. The setting is nice and the staff and very friendly. I dont usually do reviews, but this place is worth the visit to relax and enjoy the company of cats.
Cute cats, rude staff. And from reading the other reviews (which I should have done before visiting), it seems like the general consensus is that the staff needs training, including kid and diversity training. Rude to certain people and friendly to others ifykyk.I much prefer Cat Café Vibrissae - a little more pricier, but a MUCH better overall experience and atmosphere. Staff are really welcoming too. Ailuromania Cat Cafe, take notes.
Very relaxing place😻😻😻u will feel love by them 🥰 such adorable babies😻😻😻.We adopted one also and were so happy to welcome her in our family 🙏🙏🙏 shes made our home more happy,🥰🥰🥰😻🙏🙏🙏💟 Thanks To the lovely staff and esp to Ms.Alla such a wonderful person .All the best and Bless u all,💟💟💟🙏
Nice experienceFriendly staff
AED 30 is the entry fee into the Cafe which includes a beverage food is at addition cost, on arrival you are told you are only allowed to pet the cats but not pick then up or carry them when you ask why you are told because some people dont know how to carry them (strange). The cats are unfriendly which I understand, not playful and almost appear sedated. Visitors enquired why and so did we and were told tht is because they sleep 17 to 18 hours. In my opinion I dont think the visit and cost is worth it, visiting a pet store or adoption centres will be more satisfying with no cost attached
You need to take your kids their, make sure to call for reservation first specially in weekends.
I loved the cats! But the staff was downright rude to me. They acted like I ruined their day by walking in. And its not like it was just a bad day for the staff or they were tired. An Arab couple walked in a few moments after me and the staff became so cheery and hospitable to them. Clearly they were treating patrons based on ethnicity. Also, their overpriced coffee (19 aed) was one of the worst Ive ever had. Would not recommend unless youre white or Arab.
Great service and awesome kitties!
It was truly an awesome experience. My daughters enjoyed a lot by feeding the car and playing with them. Anna was very friendly and helped us more to play with the cats. Thanks a lot.
Good price for entry comparing to the other cat cafe .. I wish if you change the decor and paint its very dull and dark I believe ... Hope there will be changes till next visit
Read the bad reviews but still decided to give it a try. Was skeptic about it but the place was actually good. The staff was taking care by asking the kids not to run although it seems there would have been a shortage of staff if there were more customers, I visited at an early time just when the cafe opened. One or two cats seemed a little down, the staff said they had undergone medical treatment. Anyway giving this place a good review as the experience was much better than the reviews had me believed. Oh and bring some strings or pointers to have fun 😊
Loved the cats ♥️-Ventilation: the place isnt well ventilated and smells bad.-Cleanliness : overall not so clean, but acceptable.-Value for money: very poor, price isnt justified at all, 30 AED For a tea for an hour?? Even if youre a year old, price is unchanged. Id go to the Zoo-Staff: not so welcoming, kinda rough with children, they havent shown a teeth for my boy- Comfort : Not At ALL, dont imagine youd be reading or sitting quietly with comfort (like i imagined).- would i visit again?Sure not- over all experience: so disappointing 😞
Super cute and homey! the cats were adorable and very friendly, i totally recommend!
More than disappointed! I was looking for a quiet place to have a tea and enjoy the cats company, but actually was a disaster! The place is quite dirty and everything got worse when two children around 2-3 years came and mishandled the cats, screaming and hitting them all under the staff eyes. If you love cats, definitely dont go to this place, Ive been upset all the time standing this kids thinking to be in a playgrounds. Even more the place were too cold and many cats got cold. More respect for animals please. Anyway cats were really cute.
Good cats. But the place is not so clean. The offering of beverages is so poor. The worker is not welcoming. The cats experience is the only good thing.
Very good and fun place for kids you can also get to know the cats then adopt them
In such place, the stuff must be more friendly, they must be educated the way talking and dealing with kids. Overall, its was good experience.
Best place in Dubai. Hands down!! I loovvee all the cats there and the staff is very nice. I’d recommend if you love cats!
Amazing cafe you can enjoy the place with lovely cats 🐈 thanks for the professional staff in here
One of the best places in Dubai. I enjoyed being here a lot 😀
Its expensive for kids which is start walking 30 Aed per person .. very small place for space to set and with Corona now not allow to feed not allow many ... all the cats sleepy most of my time and its chargeable per hour
Hats off to the owners who took this initiative. Rescued cats so adorable and loving. It requires self-less love, big heart, pure dedication and efforts, visible when you visit this place. I had come out of surgery when I visited the cafe and it was Natural healing therapy for me! My children were upset with me coz I went alone while they were in school.
Today i just come to thia place i enjoy it the staff that was there is very very kind and very approachable i will come back again and also looking forward for adopting one of the cat
Place is very nice and entertaining , but the people working there make you hate the place.
Overpriced cafe - 30 AED/person/hour, tea, soft drinks included. Too strict rules (no touching sleeping cats, though most of cats are old and sleep all the time). Will not visit this place, would not recommend you to come here. Better walk to Kyte beach, there are cats near to cafes, for free ) And I attached no photos as photos are 10 AED per photo..
They need booking. A good idea. They did not let us in.
Wonderful experience for cat lovers. So many lovely and friendly cats to spend time with and adopt if you are looking for one!
Great experience to see so many different breeds of cats all with such different personality. Happy to know that by going there the customers are not just having a one of a kind experience, but also supporting the cats that are shelter by the owners of the place
A very enjoyable experience hanging out with a bunch of cats
Amazing place, lovely coffee and just lots and lots cat love
Aggressive cats and not friendlyAlways hungry 😪Took my son how loves cat but cats was only looking for food and running to the food stowageDont mind to pay as good to protect the catsBut didnt worth the experience
A perfect place for cat lovers to relax and cuddle with cute felines.
One of the best places to be in Dubai for cat lovers.I’ve been here several times and it is now part of our monthly agenda to meet and play with these furry buddies. The cafe is quite and the staff are helpful. Sometimes you can see how well the staff and the cats bond which makes you smile. A must visit!
This place is amazing My kid loved it so much and would totally go there again. It is clean and the cats don’t bite or scratch. I had so much fun there.
Very small area the cats aint friendly that muchNeed some improvement
The place is Nice, however, the staff is unfriendly not trained to welcome customersI paid 144 aed left the place after 10 min.My kids were afraid and staff unfriendlyNever again.
Amazing good food and service and friendly cats q
Friendly staff, good to have some interactions with cats. The price is ok since the money goes towards care for the cats. Only downside is that the place is too small for so many cats and therefore the odor is a bit strong. A bigger shop would be a great improvement.
Had a wonderful visit, the cats are all beautiful and very well cared for.
I came all the way from Abu Dhabi and the lady told me I had to have an appointment, the instagram page dose not say any thing about appointment and I try to talk to her to let my kids just to see the cats for 5 minutes and she refused and she was so rude
Cute cat cafe. Good for family with kids that can follow directions not to pick up the cats. 30 AED for 60 min to pet and interact with the cats. Tea, coffee, water and snacks available. Select cats available for adoption.
This place looks & feels more like a Pet Salon than a Cat Cafe.A small congested little place with no half decent place to sit & pet the fur babies. They have been at a fairly decent sized place previously. There are way better things to do in & around Jumeirah. Probably feed some strays while you are at it 😫
Its great idea to have a pet while having a coffee i realy enjoyed with them but the place is too small and there is no garden for the pet to walk around and breath fresh air. Hope that will change soon to let us come again and again.
I love this place, it is relaxed and cosy. The cats are beautiful and well taken care of. They do charge 30dhs per person to enter, but the money goes towards the vet and food bills for the cats and this price also includes water, tea or a soft drink for the guests. The only thing I find annoying is the time limit of one hour. Even if you order additional drinks, they still ask you to leave. I believe the time limit used to be one hour and a half before, if I remember correctly and that was much better.
Cleanliness: The place is unclean and extremely smelly. All i could say is unhygienic.Choice of seating: We weren’t given options of where we wish to be seated. We were told to sit on the floor seating which smelled strongly cat urine although the other seats were empty with no cats or other guests occupying them.Professionalism: The staff were ignoring us most of the time. When we were trying to inquire about the cats to adopt them, they were looking on their phones and acting as if we weren’t there. I asked for the names of the cats, their personality, what they like or dislike and even asked them if it is possible to get a toy to play with the cats but it didn’t go through it seems. I had to repeat myself on multiple occasions to get an answer. When they finally talk to you they act as if they don’t care anymore.Cats: The cats were the plus of the whole experience. They were adorable little derps and silly mischief makers. One of them saw the door to the outside open and tried to sneak out but was stopped by one of the other guests. Another wanted a tube of liquid cat treats all for herself she bit it so hard it was more like a tug of war between her, the other cats and the person feeding them.Though i feel like the place is too cramped for the cats especially when people are there too and they don’t have a lot to do.Entry Fee: 30 aed per person on entry which includes sitting, watching cats and having water tea or coffee. Anything else is an extra expense.Item pricing: decent i guess.Cat adoption:Upon inquiring about cat adoption we were told to pay 700+ AED to adopt and you have to bring your own cat carrier (not sure of the term).Space: too small there is no way you can keep people and/or cats 2 meters away from each other.Food: we tried the coffee, black tea and hot chocolate they were not bad, drinkable i guess. brownie and red velvet and were decent.
The cats seem very content. They are friendly and staff make sure they are treated well. The cafe has lots of climbing structures and hiding spaces for the cats. The environment is very well ventilated and there is no bad smell.
Firstly, parking space is limited but it isnt really a bother to park a few blocks away. The cafe is small but theres good reason for it - bigger cafe means larger crowd and this stresses out the cats. Its reasonable that you can only stay for a maximum of 1 hour during peak times to give chance to other customers (because a lot of people come). Some cats are very friendly, others not so much. There are rules that must be observed strictly and this is for the safety and wellfare of the cats. The staff and the owner are very friendly. There are souvenirs you can buy. Remember that everything you spend in the cafe goes to the food, vet visits, cat litter and other needs of the cats. So in addition to enjoying play time with these feline friends, you get to help all of these rescued (some abandoned) cats. Theyre also up for adoption!
Worth a visit if you like cats!
Very nice experience even if it is little bit crowded and expensive for just drinking a tea. After all, we hope that part of the money goes really to take care of the lovely cats and not in the pocket of the owner :)
It was a little bit old, but calm and peaceful .. most of the cats were sleeping and lazy
I love cats
The place is paw-some cant wait till I meet Arwa and Maria once again
Lovely place. It well kept and the cats are clean and non aggressive which is fantastic if you have young kids. Only downside is they charge 30aed even if the child is 1yr old. You get a normal tea or water for 30 aed.
Do not recommend visiting it..didnt like it at all
