I had the breakfast in pan. It was bit too greasy but I love it ❤ The coffee was very refreshing. The flower cupcake was beautiful.

If you come from New York, you know how popular Magnolia Bakery is. Luckily, we have it here in Dubai too. I had introduced this place to my husband and told him he needs to try the banana pudding. Ever since then, he hasnt stopped.The breakfast they offer, is really good too. My fav are the red velvet pancakes. They are so fluffy and the right amount of sweetness. The cupcakes and cakes are also a must try.

Yummy Yummy Yummy! Chocolate chip, raspberry white chocolate, Samoa (yes like the Girl Scout cookie) are sooooo good! I cut them into sections for the whole family to try out! So soft and moist just melts in my mouth!

Experience was nice. I heard a lot about their banana pudding and milk cake. Both where nice. But banana pudding was good for 3 to 4 spoons, after that you feel too much sweetness and full. Milk cake is yum.. But very lesa quantity for the price

Staff cleaned table and chairs when requested. Spacing between tables is good. Kids loved the banana pudding, chocolate cupcake and raspberry lemon cheesecake. Coffee is not great, its that horrible American style watered down coffee. Desserts are bit sweeter than my taste but otherwise good.

Love going to Magnolia for cupcakes! Amazing selection of nicely decorated and flavourful pastries. The staff at the Festival City location are always so kind and welcoming. It’s always such a great customer service experience whenever I stop by! A few of the staff know me for my usual order of vanilla cupcakes with pink frosting!

Very nice cosy self serving place. Well known taste from New York. This unique cafe is placed in a furniture shop. The Banana pudding is a signature taste. But carrot cake is also delicious. Unfortunately the red velvet was disappointment. Coffee also was really tasty. Staff was friendly but very busy. Overall ideal for a nice coffee break for a full day shopping experience.

No one makes or can ever make banana pudding like these lads. The Original flavor is amazing. They keep adding flavors to the pudding occasionally. Rest off the desserts look tempting too. Cant wait to try them. Go for it!!

The banana pudding was nice but it have more cream than the banana and the biscuits or the cake which must be inside , medium size by 28 AED it’s quite expensive actually and not worth it much , it’s nice to try it but for only one time, it could be more quality than this.

If you are looking for the worst experience ever!!! try magnolia birthday cake especially the the vanilla iced cake!!!You will feel like vomiting after your 3rd bite.And the price is so expensive comparing the quality you will get.Service is to slow.Staff are friendly to be honest.But the chef has to terminated immediately for the quality he or she are preparing.

Today was my visit at this Cafe and it was sweet to core. I ordered a cappuccino with red velvet cake and lotus cheesecake. Though it got too sweet to handle but both the cakes were amazing and tasted so nice. Red velvet cake had oreo crust and whipped cream topping that made it a little rich but thats fine for people with sweet tooth. Lotus cheesecake is a must try as its their best seller. Overall the service was nice and quick, the staff is really polite and helpful and they honor each customer a lot. Thank you for making my evening best.

I had their special mango pudding. It was amazing. The ambience looked fresh. Their serving and taste of food felt homely.I really love it.

Not new but not old either and its a good place to hang out. I love their cup cakes and gelato especially the pistachio and red velvet gelato. Staff are extremely helpful and able to explain differences of their products and even gives you free taste. The store is included in entertainer so great for those who have it.

Rating their breakfast menu only - is not a go-to place for weekend breakfast with family. Besides the staff being very nice, the food was ok, their cakes are much better in comparison. Took a long time to come after ordering (coul have been due to us being there an hour since opening)... Had the full pan and the French toast (Apple pie flavour).

We bought two slices of red velvet cake and one of the chocolate cake yesterday. Red velvet cake was very dry and tastes old. We have been a fan of red velvet cake of magnolia and for the first time we were disappointed. So we called the shop and told them about our disappointment. But shockingly, instead of positively acknowledging our feedback, your staff started to defend the quality of the cake.So please:1. Bring back the same awesome taste of the consistent red velvet cake as before.2. Train your staff to response positively to customer feedback and complaints.Btw, the chocolate cake was awesome as us usual. My favorite chocolate cake in dubai.

An unforgettable experience....Post lockdown...they still believe in using old crockery which has scratches all over their plates... They added an additional item on our bill...which was refunded after informing them...The only good item was the banana pudding even though the chef needs to work on his plating skills....it was served in a very poor fashion...Please do not order coffee out here....cafe Nero is a better option besides it...

There was a promotion offer on from Facebook, we tried to call the location more than 10 times no response when we went there directly manager behaves rudely and declined to give any offer. He said if you want complain but there is no offer. Worst customer experience third class behavior from my favorite joint. Won’t visit or recommend anyone

I went to Magnolia Bakery in Festival City Mall after hearing about their new menu. Which is fantastic. There is so much variety, and everything looks delicious. The service was fantastic. Despite it being busy inside - the staff were attentive, and friendly at all times. Making it a very enjoyable experience.

I ordered carrot cake (for delivery)and it was the best carrot cake Ive ever tasted. So moiste, fresh with amazing cheese cream and lot of nuts - soo yummy. Portion / peaces were huge (need 2 days to eat one piece).

I used to love this place, well actually in Jordan, not in UAE. However, the fact it was from New York was very appealing. Well, I was disappointed. We ordered 2 chocolate cakes slices, one fudge and the other is mocha one. That was to celebrate mother days, they had no offer at all or any kind of treat, and one vanilla cupcake. The chocolate cakes were average, actually like they were baked from cake mix box.the cupcake tasted better. Services is good but pretty average too. Prices are affordable

Been there a couple of times and have always been very impressed with the quality of the food, be it sweet or savory. Their cupcakes are delicious and luscious and their Avacado on toast with poached eggs are highly recommended. It helps ofcourse when the service is courteous and friendly. And to that end Patrick the server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All in all highly recommended.

DUBAI festival city branch, good food but not service. Although there was only two customers in the whole place, including myself, they failed to bring my order as I requested. In addition, the waiter just toss the menu and went without any kind of greeting. I don’t think I’ll go again or recommend it to my friends

Went to buy a cake for the family on a Saturday and all is can say was the service was below standard.First of there was a lady at the counter, I am assuming she was the store manager, completely screaming on top of her lungs as if I couldnt hear what she was trying to say. Regardless I choose the cake and wanted to have some worodngs put on it, the Filipino Male staff was again speaking too loudly and did not understand what I tried to convey to him so he retaliated with raising his voice again.Just overall degrading service and the staff need to lower their voices.

Always wanted to visit the place with my wife. Finally went this weekend for breakfast. Ordered Magnolias big breakfast. Disappointing - scrammbled eggs came in overfried, twosided sunny sideup came in as onesided and an attitude from waiter upon request to redo. Good job by supervisor though to make things happen - redone dishes were good. 3 star goes as acknowledgement of the fact that feedback works in this place but unlikely we will go there again. Attitude from waiter? Really? Guys, you need to do something with that.
