Loved the relaxing vibe of the place and the food displaaay

The staff is polite and food is decent But the portions are not worth what one pays. Mixed Salad was 57 aed and the plate hardly full. A simple lemon juice with water 33 aed in a small glass (see pics). Serious price gouging and this is more than the 5 star hotel next door charges. When I brought it up to the manager, her response was that they have not raised their prices in a couple of years. No kidding what you are charging you never have to raise the prices. Never going back. Price scam for a mall coffee shop.

Been here many times. The nearest restaurant in al manzil resident. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Having the steak for lunch not to bad.

This is my go to restaurant, it never disappointed me 😅 .. i always find something new to try. Good choice for those who r trying to maintain their diet. I loved their sweet potato quinoa salad 🤤

Ordered from there twice, astonished. The salad was mind blowing, the fried avocado was excellent (no idea how on Earth they manage to make that work) and the pasta is exquisite. Well done.

My wife had the worst food experience ever, she is very sick since yesterday morning as she had breakfast there (Croque Madame Sandwich), both my wife and her friend are very sick and still not feeling well.Wanted to add that the manager called after we called the restaurant and raised a complain and promised to call bk after chking with her staff but she didnt call bk even to chk on my wife condition.

Very expensive. The quality of food is good, but too expensive for a homemade type of food.

There is no doubt that the food is good but unfortunately thats it. No matter how much you communicate with them they dont reply to you and they will probably ignore you. I have been using baker and spice for the past year here in downtown Dubai. Unfortunately customer loyalty means nothing to them. Their menu on Deliveroo is always not giving you options for the salad menu. Its always down or not working properly. They have 40min to 60min waiting time to order even though they are less than 1k away. I am ready to find a new eatery and dump this ungrateful food eatery.

Great food however service leaves a lot to wish for. Extremely slow and seem to lack common sense in customer services. We had to ask for everything twice as they werent capable of memorising the order (while taking notes of that said order), bread arrived without butter and bowl without a spoon.

Im a regular customer of this bakery - they have excellent bread and cakes - staff is helpful and polite. Normally Im not a person writing reviews, but today the manager made my day - Ive ordered my breakfast, but I did not like the cake - there was nothing wrong with that, just not my taste - so I left half of it on the plate. When I asked for the bill, the manager gave the price of the cake back - saying that the satisfaction of the customer is the most important. I tried to explain that it was not their fault, the cake was OK, but he insisted...

Love love this place for breakfast . Is like a hidden gem. Always busy during early morning with very nice crowd. You can order and pick your eggs the way you like it, bread is beautiful and service fast. Love the freshly baked goods and salad bar. Recommend for get together with a friend. Only down thing they are indoors.

This place is a hidden breakfast gem in the center of Dubai. We had breakfast here twice. Both times the food and the service was amazing. We tried everything from traditional baked Shakshuka, lamb and chicken sausages, eggplant salad, and some cakes. Banana and date bar cakes are absolutely amazing.

Good selection, has lots of healthy options and my go to place for breakfast 🍳The only downside was the service it was a weekend and they were fairly busy but we waited a long while to get our food.Was good overall

You need to sell a kidney to eat at this place. I really dont understand why a basic daily meal is more expensive than a 5 star hotel. No matter how good or organic your food is it’s just unreasonable, and the saddest part you see sooo much fresh food being thrown out at the end of everyday. even the security guard was saying people dont want to eat here because its so expensive.Customer advice: Either adjust your business plan or re-negotiate your rent.I honestly highly doubt this place will still exist by next year.

Delicious coffee and eggs

Crab cake had a bad after taste, it was really small and it cost AED 42 a piece! Ordered other items on the menu, all overpriced, tiny tiny portions, have seriously weird tastes like they were microwaved multiple times and had a bunch of random spices just tossed in while cooking. The food on display looks appetizing and homemade but I will never try it again. Only the bread tastes good.

We did the christmas turkey and sides takeout with christmas log cake valrhona chocolate.The christmas Turkey and sides was great - the best Ive ever had. All my guest loved it too.. especially the turkey and the cous cous with sausage stuffing side.The christmas log cake was pretty and instagrammable ....BUT it tasted terrible, the cake layers were dry- the chocolate cream was boring. i didnt serve more than a couple of slices out to my guests..it was embarrassing and disappointing. I felt the pinch even more as the rate is high, definitely not worth the 275 bucks I paid for it.I wish I had ordered their spices pumpkin pie instead which is amazingThe 2 star rating is based on this single experience of the cake .

Should offer breakfast ALL day! The breakfast menu switches to a very heavy food (pasta) menu from 12!! Why not also offer a lunch menu including sandwiches??

Been there many many times on our various trips to Dubai and always extra good.The menu changes almost daily, or so it seems, and you can have take away or dine in, we have done both.Best lasagne in the world!! except the one my wife makes, I have to add that comment.Hot and cold dishes, salads and veggies yum yum.For some reason this outlet is actually better than the one in the Souk Albahar across the road.

Great place for a full on healthy meal or a quick snack. They have an amazing salad bar - quinoa and buck wheat. Absolutely love their pesto pasta. Bread are freshly baked.Service is prompt.Restaurant is clean.Food quality is top notch.Ive learned to use pomogranade syrup for salads rather than balsamic vinegar pomogranade syrup has a more rounded taste and less sharp. Perfect for salad and bread.Highly recommend the green juice too.
