We dont go often to Caffè Di Roma. But we were looking for a good breakfast and got a recommendation to go there. So weve been there on a Saturday. To be fairly honest it was worth it in terms of value for money, but I left with some remarks. First, very, but very slow service, even though we were the first customers of the day at 8:00 am sharp. Second, not too many friendly faces from the staff to be honest. More than a couple times I had to get back in the shop to get attention. Third, the construction site in front of the restaurant is not helping at all, too noisy. Fourth, and most important, the food was good, but no great, specially the sausage (average) and the bacon (also not impressive). If you ask me, we will come back. Atmosphere, food and accommodations are good, but service can definitely improve. Cheers.

I had a great experience today on this hot 🥵 summer day we came in to get a cold drink , asked about their best sellers and we were given many options ! Unfortunately one didn’t come to our expectations so we informed them and the replaced it without hesitation fir a much better tastier option we chose “on the rocks “ as shown in the picture thank you!

Amazing scrumptious food. Mostly slow service, bathrooms need some attention. I go there regularly and enjoy the rose falooda, kinder pancake, and chocolate pie. Highly recommended, quiet on mornings (inckuding weekends). Their iced coffee is good too! You may need to get the attention of the waiters if yiu are in a rush.

I ordered a Pasta they bring half portion. They reduced quantity even the price is high. Very very bad. Very disrespectful quantity compared to the price.

If we decided to take a breakfast in JBR, Il Caffe Di Roma is the first choice. The price for the is just reasonable. However, one thing i noticed that the presentation is much less attractive than before (no green vegetables on the sides). Anyhow, overall the taste is great.

Wide menu selection. Food quality is very good however a bit pricey for such seating. Service standard needs improvement. We ordered juice that took too long to get to the table as well as food.

My experience on this caffe was extremely great!The staff who accommodated us was hospitable, he even called the attention of the manager to explain the Entertainer offers properly. Kudos to that staff and to the kind manager!I was more than satisfied with the refreshments/ drinks that I ordered, namely, On the rock and Iced Gaya. I super loveeeee it!I will definitely go back in here!Highly recommend!!!!

This place has great terrace however there is no consistency in service.Most of the time you have to wave to catch attention and get your order taken.On top you have totally unfriendly looking manager or whatever who never checks on his guests but rather shouts on staff members which is totally unprofessionalThis place can do a lot more but unfortunately its just average based on above facts

The meat on the spaghetti smells really bad.. and the staff are careless, they take a corner and chat with each other giving the only family inside the restaurant Zero attention. the steak is also Not recommended.

Visited this beautiful restaurant this afternoon and ordered for myself, my wife and my 1 year old. The food was amazing. However my daughter didn’t like her food so a member of staff named Hanandez noticed that she wasn’t eating so he replaced it with something else. This was not asked for but he took the initiative to do so. Highly recommend for a lovely experience

Ill caffe di Roma, you need renovation in your restaurant, inside it’s so beaten up, dirty in the washroom, no AC there, no paper towels. Didn’t have food there, so can’t judge, just coffee

Horrible customer service.They dont accept (beverage entertainer) as per the waiter which is not acceptable as we pay for it so it must be removed from there.The waiter was extremely rude and cant explain it properly even though it was not my fault as I asked if we can use Entertainer from beginning.Irrespective of that coffee taste horrible and cappuccino is just warm milk no coffee no taste.Not recommended it at all, even if its for free.

Good place for breakfast. We visit often with kids. The breakfast options are good and filling. Entertainer vouchers work well. Coffee is great and kids like the juices offered. Only problem with with the venue is that the place for sitting inside has been very hot lately due to issues with their AC. Since its November and pleasant weather we preferred to sit outside like most of the other people but summer will be a problem

Absolutely diabolical... One hour wait for a single dish and they brought the coffee and orange juice after an hour also... Not busy there either... Food average and service atrocious... Will not be going back. Avoid at all cost.

Food was ok but service was very slow. I saw one uncle leaving the restaurant without food as he waited too long after ordering and didnt get food. We had to wait 15 min just for the menu.

Great restaurant for a quick lunch! I was hesitant to visit this place due to the mixed reviews, but now after Ive been there it was all a good experience. The manager himself was present and took care of our table. We had salmon and it came with baked potatoes, asparagus and dried tomatoes plus a grilled lemon. Quick service, tasty food! I used entertainer, but saw they had a great lunch deal for only 39aed. If you are collecting skywards everyday points - they are part of this deal too!

This is my second time to visit Di roma but the experience today was so great ,though it was busy but the Barista Ms Edith was so patient to take my oder n she make for me a perfect cup of cappuccino with a smiling face, keep up the good work wil definitely come back for a quick coffee

This restaurant used to be one of my family’s favorites, not anymore. We visited today and were surprised by how bad this restaurant became. Our usual meal was always served with salad, this time it was served without salad, and when we asked them, they said they don’t give salad with it anymore. Even the ketchup and mayonnaise used to come in small Heinz containers, now they are served in open small plates and are not tasty. The quality of food is not as good as before; the chicken in the sandwich was so chunky and not cooked properly.Usually, when we come to JBR for dinner, we account for the free 3 hours parking when we dine at Di Roma. This time they said they don’t validate parking tickets anymore!Overall, unfortunately, a bad experience.

I hoped this would be very nice, unfortunately it wasn’t. While the pesto creamy pasta was relatively tasty (though nothing special and relatively small), the veggie pizza was disappointing. Though it kinda of had the right veg on it, some of it seemed to have been added after the pizza came out of the oven (the peppers, the tomatoes). Unevenly cooked, it was a strange pizza. As if we hadn’t gone to an Italian restaurant, but to a place where they specialise in a different cuisine, but will make pizzas as a last resort. The water was indeed 17aed like someone commented below, but that’s just the price in Dubai I’m afraid. The price here wasn’t the problem, it was what you got for it.They have tablets as menus, which are easy to browse etc, but it looks like maybe they invested some money in the wrong place. It needs more focus on the food and ambience.

Disrespectful and rude towards customers.I was waiting in line behind an elderly woman who was trying to get the attention of the waitress. No one answered, so I attempted to get the waitresss attention and pointed at the elderly woman as to help her. The waitress just rolled her eyes and ingnored me and went back in again. Which made me furious. Told the elderly woman to go order somewhere else, its best for her.I demand the Managment to call me.

I hung out with a few friends here on a cold cold December day and sat outside. Its a quaint cafe with an outside sitting area where you can sit and watch the world go by.I ordered a lovely thick hot chocolate that hit all the right spots. The hot chocolate was delicious and creamy with a great velvety texture. The staff were also quite delightful and attentive and made a lot of suggestions before I placed my order. The service was fast and I enjoyed the time I spent there. Will definitely be visiting again to try the food.

Today we had lunch in Caffe di Roma in JBR Dubai Marina.I actually am very disappointed by the slow service and the quality of the food. I ordered lasagna and the besciamel souce was not fresh, and it caused me diarrhoea and digestion issues. My husband ordered a salmon, which was not properly cooked and bad quality of fish. We didnt like this place at all, and most of all, my health and stomach are paying for it.Never again!!!!

Good place on the Marina to have a nice Italian meal. Although the menu is continental, I like the Italian collection. Service can be a bit faster but overall quality is quite good

Very nice place for eating, good food and coffee. The only missing thing is the Italian music, some years back I was walking in front of it with the enjoyment of listening nice Italian music. Nowadays they play music which is not suiting to the name. That was wonderful before

People watching at its finest! As is most of JBR... the added value here is the outstanding coffee... try the sorbetto, you wont regret it!

To begin with the veg pizza was good and the tiny hot breads with sprinkling of white sesame seeds and olive chutney was awesome. Waiters are sweet. But the ambience was terrible with your getting practically cooked possibly due to faulty air conditioners. The unimaginative air coolers added to your misery by raising the humidity and making you sweat. Washroom was a disappointment. But the worst was being charged 17 dirhams for a large bottle of water which costs less than 3 dirhams outside - after all that sweating especially. I will never go back.

Breakfast here is affordable and mouthful. If you are looking for a nice breakfast, dont miss out this one. 😊😊
