I believe it is one of the best cafes in Dubai. All the items in on the menu are delicious. I tried several drinks and snacks. I extremely recommend it.

They have very nice outdoor/indoor/roof top seating. Huge space.Seats are very comfortableService is fast, staff are very nice and friendly.They have offer 79aed for (pizza or pasta or sandwich “you need to chosse one” )and shisha and water.I recommend visiting this amazing place.Going back soon

I like kana cafe but this specific branch got really POOR Service. Most of the things we ordered were missing stuff and every time we tell a waiter to bring something they be saying that i will call the other waiter to take your order and they never come. I prefer the branch in Business Bay because its way more organized

Kana is the most cozy middleastern cafe. The vibe, staff, seating area in most branches (business bay, and silicon). They have the best custom-made tawla (backgammon).If you dont smoke or allergic to shisha, this is not the place for you as there are no nonsmoking areas I believe.

Food is great with a lot of choices.In love with their milkshakes (Mango, Oreo and Strawberry), Francesco chicken sandwich and the crispy chicken boneless wings.The reason for me giving a 4 star is the music they play is way too loud. Very difficult to have a conversation when the table is inside.

We visited Kana lounge the non smoking area .The area was vaste and quite .The food was below average, I ordered a tenderloin steak that was dry and cold.The lentil soup was not very good .

Very relaxed, fun and also professional staff. Absolute happiness with the service.Wide choices of great food and beverages. Have to highlight pizza, which I consider as the best one I Dubai so far I have had. But this might be subjective.Shisha available as well, with constant re-charcoaling and overall great quality. Very happy I dont have headache which I am prone to experience at some lounges.Visited place few times, always sitting at outside area, which I personally prefer. We order food almost once a week or every 2 weeks! we call the restaurant and ask for delivery since we leave 1 minute away. They are always confused and some of the staff have no idea they do delivery! Tonight we order food, but they forgot to send the bread! I called and ask to speak with the manager (his name is Mohamad), I told him the bread was not sent with the order and that, by the time he sends the bread the food will be called! his answer was epic: no problem, will send someone to take the food and then will make new onewow!!! the manager speaks with Bro , Whats up?, aham and some other words which are embarrassing to use from a manager!! the price for very expensive!! the service not bad, very bad! manager reaction....not existent!!!never again will order from this restaurant!!!

Worst place ever i been at. The food was terrible and not good at all. When i complain they take my food and they reheated again even i tasted some of it, so imagine the hygiene level.....When we complain to the waiter, he even did not care and was looking at us like he wants to fight.I am wondering where was the manager who clearly did not care.The place is beautiful and big but it needs alot of work on the food and service.I will never come again.:(

To people who smoke shisha be careful about the pipes open the bag by your self make sure its cover not used it happened to me and i admit it was my mistake until now i am so confused how i accept to smoke although I noticed some thing weird and in corona time its crime just i want to send this message to kana management watch your workers.

The problem at silicon oasis branch, employees attitude, no proper training how to deal with clients and I think this one could be more important from food quality sometimes, surpassed me the man who is handling the shisha when we asked for the chq even before paying and I’m still holding it in my hand he remove the shisha without even asking, the guy who take the chq after paying throw the paper from the machine on the chair and didn’t put even on the table or handle it to us , it’s just the place where I don’t wanna go again really

Cozy place and great drinks 🍸

I visited Kana Kitchen yesterday during my lunch time and ordered soup along with kesadilias. There was only 2 customers including me therefore I received my food very late.Moreover kesadilias came late . Beef stake kesadilias was so dry almost no cheese. Considering very expensive price they provided very poor service. So disappointed.
