The concept is great. Tried the Spanish latte, it was really good. In the Shareable Bites we had the Fusion hummus bites and Jalapeño poppers. And in Desserts tried the waffles. The food was fine. They have a vast variety of games here. There is an additional charge of AED 35.00 for playing the board games. Good ambience, Great place for game nights with friends and family.

The hot new spot for hanging out and gathering with friends. They charge a fixed 35 AED per person. The place was extremely crowded when we arrived at 9 pm. We waited for 35 minutes to find a table. The food is average, the drinks are great! We enjoyed our time, we left at 12 midnight which is the time they close.

This is an awesome place to hang out with your friends - for only 35AED per person you have unlimited play time with any board game you can think of although you cant book a table and it gets busy on the weekends they can accommodate you by putting you on a waiting list so you can walk around downtown while waiting to be seated - their food is also pretty good and you have a lot of options their fries were really crispy and i mean really crispy - you can also park in Burj Vista Arcade for free thats just below the building where the boardgame cafe is which is really convenient for downtown

The service of the Filipino/Filipina (not sure) is great.I like the interior of the restaurant, the high ceiling and the display of the board games.Ordered Food:Chicken Katsu - My kids loved it so it must be great (Theyre chicken fanatic lol)Chicken Quesadilla - Flavor is good (i dont know if all the chicken quesadillas still differ)Halloumi Fries - I loved it. I love cheese!Explosive Shrimp - Flavor is good but the coating is seriously hardChurros - Almost like a stone that its like not eatable (not that ive tried to eat a stone LOL but its seriously hard, believe me! The service is extremely slow and very arrogant most of the staff not all to be fair. Also the nachos portion is great but the dipping is very less and too small can barely take two pieces of nachos. Their is a difference in service for some reason and discrimination I dint understand why and the waiters don’t understand or can’t hear or don’t pay attention I really don’t get it. It’s such a disappointment because their place is such a gem and on top of that you pay a minimum spent which is okay but atleast the service should be up to standards. The setup and the place is beautifully designed and very visually appealing and nicely structured!

Great price for boardgames (AED35 pp I believe) and you get unlimited access for the day, with many games to choose from. Food and especially beverages are pricey but are good quality and service is fast. Only issue is that no local water is sold🤨!Would come here again.

Great place with a ton of board games for everyone. You can go here with as little as 2 people or as many as 10 and still find a variety of board games to play from their amazing collection.The staff is very patient and friendly. The prices are great as its only AED 35 per person, and you can stay for however long you want. The food looks and tastes amazing, and the ambience is beautiful.This place radiates good vibes and Im definitely going to keep coming here.

Ambience was very appealing to look at, just as shown on the website, however I cant describe much of my experience there as I didnt get to have one. Despite visiting the place on a Wednesday afternoon we were disappointed to find it packed with teenagers leaving us no choice but to enlist our names on the waiting list. We only received a vacancy call 2hrs later when we had already left the area. So a major suggestion to avoid such a complain would be to start a booking facility so people are guaranteed a spot and wont have to cancel plans last minute.

Terrible drinks. We didnt try the board games, we just sat in and ordered a couple of drinks and they were horrible. Couldnt even take more than 3 sips.If youre going there for the games, order water, its the best option.

Really cool place, quirky, lots of choice of boardgames. The food is good, surprisingly large portions of chips etc, although the menu is quite fast foody and there arent very many healthy options. The games were great fun, staff are friendly and helpful. There are 2 bathrooms 1 male and 1 female this isnt ideal, but at least you dont have to trek into the mall for the loo. I did wonder baout how they sanitised the games after they are used, I think there was a process for this. The drinks were lovely I can recommend the passionfruit Mojito mocktail. The chicken selects were also to die for. But again I was craving a little bit of green. All in all a decent Thursday night. Although finding the parking and getting in was tricky so we ended up parking in the mall and walking over.

Great time with friends and family I recommend to go for the whole day and get your moneys worth. they have 1000s of games and its all good vibes there. have lunch somewhere else the food is overpriced and not worth it to be honest and then spend your entire day here and have a great time.

I hosted a games night at the Six and it was great fun. They’ve got wall to wall shelves full of all kinds of board games. The ambience is great and the snacks&bites do not disappoint either.And the better news is, if you don’t know how to play, worry not- the staff will teach you!

You cant book online. So you take a chance and just turn up. My daughters were put on a waiting list and told to wait outside. Its June. This is Dubai. It was well over one hundred degrees. They werent even offered a bottle of water. At best inhumane, at worst criminally negligent. This company may be selling an old fashioned concept but needs to be dragged into the 21st century with a decent online booking system. We will NOT be returning.

Great place to chill with your friends!They got over 1000+ Board games, and most of them (from my experience) are fun.Most of the games are 4+ players, so it is great for big groups.Its also kids friendly, alot of nice games for the little ones.Their food are of good quality, I recommend the pink sauce grilled chicken pasta, and the shareable snacks specifically the nachos.They got a new outdoor seating area that is nice, you can enjoy the weather outside in winter, but you better cover your legs in order not get eaten by the mosquitoes 😅Their indoor seating area is nice too, the art on the walls are nice.

THE SIX is one of my favorite go-to places. Amazing staff and amazing service. I’ve been to the six a few times but I always look forward to going, and playing from the many board game options they have. I’d have to say though, personally the food isn’t as heavy as I’d like it to be, I’d see myself ordering sushi, burgers and a milkshake but still not feeling full. I would love to see a more heavy/light food balance. Overall, I have so much love for THE SIX cafe and I’d recommend for everyone who’s looking for a night out with friends and family.

We had the best time ever, we loved the food, the ambiance and the impeccable service.Plus the huge variety of board games, name any board game and I’m sure you’ll find that there.The jalapeño poppers were everybody’s favorite a few others were, crispy chicken sliders, and their heavenly beef sliders. I loved the fact that they had smoothies on their menu as well.From the desserts out favorite were, waffles, churros and the Maltesers molten cake *drooling*.If you guys still haven’t visited PLEASE GO NOW plus they got a great view of burj Khalifa.

So this place became one of my favorite places in Dubai. Not only is it welcoming to all people, they have a good atmosphere, good seating options, SO MANY games, a good selection of food and drinks. THE spot in town, great game selections, great service. David was a great host, friendly, approachable and constantly checked in on us. Just wish the wait time wasnt SOO long.Other than that, grab your friends, head down and if the wait time was as long as ours, grab a Tier scooter to Dubai Mall for a few hours untill they call you back 😉

Nice place to enjoy your day with board games, they have a nice collection of board games. And you can enjoy as much as you can, food is a little bit expensive but thats OK as youre getting nice view, nice atmosphere with free car parking right in front of burj Khalifa so its digestible. But nobody is forcing you to eat, as you are there to play.

Located at the heart of Dubai, in Burj Vista on The Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, the place is easy to access if you are coming with a car or from the Metro. The Six is also in front of the incredibly famous and most towering Burj Khalifa.Our stay at The Six was amazing, really! It is a great place to hang out with friends. We usually dont play a lot of board games, but it was fun trying out something new – from decking tiles in Azul to persisting the undead apocalypse in Zombicide or running through a game you haven’t played yet, here you will be entertained. If you need assistance or dont know where or what game to start with, the baristas or game gurus how they call themselves are pleased to help you. They are very mindful on the games and will run through with you the mechanics that are available in the cafe.The food they serve was great. They offer shareable salads, hot and cold drinks, coffee and tea, and savoury munchies as well for hungry gamers!We will come back here soon, for sure!

One of my favourite Games cafes in Dubai! Great design, decor, range of games with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Free basement parking the first right after the cafe. When you can get hold of a Games Master they are great, special shout out to Preston who is always very helpful & checks in on how we are doing when we are playing new games :).Its a 4 star for me though because I dont know if they are understaffed.....the games masters are always busy/cant find them and hard to get hold of so when you initially sit down you can be waiting 20 minutes + until someone is free to show you how to play a new game. It would be 5* if as soon as you sit down a games master is ready to welcome you and help you with new games if you need so you can get set up straight away. We always try to find Preston as he helps us as soon as he is can!

Always nice to be here and never a boring time. Love the concept and the staff, they’re always so kind and their knowledge of the games amazes me. They are really always full but worth the wait. The only suggestion I’d have is to distance tables and limit the capacity as the last time I went it seemed too crowded and not super comfortable.

Please do not come here. Staff were very rude, especially the girl with the red hair. Would not let us bring in our food or water. Terrible food. Dynamite shrimp took two hours to arrive and tasted horrible. Save your money please.

Visited this place for the first time with a couple friends yesterday, and I have to say it was a very lovely experience. The cafe is innovative on its own, with a whole wall of board games to play. All the food looked very delicious, and I highly recommend the KitKat Cheesecake.The best part though was definitely the customer service. Chef Wasan and Mehak (I hope this is the right name/person) were particularly helpful, suggesting new games for us to play, as well as taking the time to show us how to play them. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Wasan is also a wonderful chef/baker in addition to being a lovely human being! Thanks for the experience guys - will be back!

This is the first time I went to a board came Cafe of any kind, and it is safe to say that The Six blew my mind. I would say that they were packed to the brim and there was decent wait time when I went in with my friends but it was worth it. The choice of games to the ambience to the friendly staff to the energy in the room....it is just mind blowing. It doesnt matter if you belong to a generation that grew up with board games or if you are from a generation that has an app in their phone for the board games, you will have a good time.
