There is alot of sporty activities that goes on here. It is both residential and commercial place. Better because it is a bit away from the city.

Considering the price, I can understand the quality of the place and service. Not so great but would come back once in a while.

It is a nice and quiet place to live with family. Obviously there are many place for sports activities like golf, football, cricket, running track and many more. Though there is only 2 grocery stores in the area, you wont have to travel long to go to maisem city centre. Overall its a nice area to live in.

One of the oldest Snooker hangouts in town. They have been operating since the early 90s. They also got Table tennis, Billiards, PS games, Arcade games and foosball to enjoy along with good food.

Not much but sand, horrible roads that drive you crazy.Outdated apartments except very few buildings.Nearest Carrefour in IMPZ, no banks, no retail of any sort.

A very old cafe that offers billards, snooker, foosball, tabletennis and a few arcade games. Not the best lighting work provided for the pool tables. And the place houses quite old furniture and cheap chairs for sitting. It also has a built-in cafeteria. Lastly, their rates are among the cheapest in dubai which attracts quite many age groups to play.
