We went to try their famous banana pudding and it was so nice and delicious 🤤 we tried the medium size and it was big portion specially it’s heavy 😍 so if you are only one order the small will be enough if two the medium more than enough small is 18 AED and the medium 28 AED

Having eaten at the original Magnolia Bakery in New York, I found this place a bit lacking. Had pick you a birthday cake Devils food cake with mocha cream. The sponge it self was slightly on the dry side and the cream was too sweet. Will try out the other favours some other time but this was my first impression.

They dont deliver under 23cm cakes. Deliveroo brought a cake with its layers slided off, which eventually broke. So my sons 10th birthday started with a smashed cake. The chocolate sponge was muddy and nonsweet. We have loved magnolia for years. But no more. 🙏🏼 we are done

I didnt know banana pudding before this place, I am sure they have a lot of great products but the banana pudding is so good that I never had the chance to try other products.

We tried the Chocolate Raspberry banana pudding, seemed very different from the picture. It was also extra sweet and no taste of Raspberry at all, unlike the banana pudding. Overall not satisfied.

We put in an order on a Tuesday for a cake wanting to collect it at 11am on Friday. Luckily we were running late and were planning on collecting it at 12pm. We get a call at 11.30am saying its not ready and you can collect it at 5pm because they hadnt even started making it. Customer service was terrible, no apology, nothing! We specifically order this for a special occasion with 2 days notice. Will never be ordering from them again!

Banana pudding is must try

Extremely poor customer service. I always ordered banana pudding and never had always came fresh. Today the banana inside was black,obviously not fresh. I called the restaurant to tell them. The guy that answered said is not possible ,thats all what he had to say. No apology or trying to change it,nothing.Im disappointed.

They used to be much better and the service was great! But today we went there and the service was really poor and slow................. we were the only customers sitting in their sitting area outside and it took them a while to serve us only 3 cups of coffee and a a couple of their terrible apple filled pastries -did i say they used to be better!!- and a single red velvet cheesecake. Thank God we were alone there, cause i cant imagine how slow their service wouldve been had their place been full !! But the worst thing was the attitude, the cold spirit and the lack of courtesy!! Add to that theyre overpriced and the quality of their cakes have deteriorated considerably. So definitely not going back to magnolia bakery. Not in Dubai Not in Sharjah and Not even in NY!

Really what can one say about this bakery! Their cakes and cupcakes feel like a piece of heaven in your mouth. Try the banana pudding and you will be going back many many times. They are not cheap but if you want the good stuff you should know you need to pay for it.

Ask for Betty. She will recommend the best cakes and cupcakes and deserts. Shell even throw in a few laughs for free.Best bakery and the fact that they are just inches from home makes my waistline very afraid.Waiting for another week to pass so I can have a slice of their devils chocolate cake!

Staff is OK. We ordered a chocolate vanilla cake with flower decoration. It was the most horrible cake I have ever had. Nobody ate it more than a small bite. The icing and frosting on the cake tasted horrible. It was inedible, I would say.I usually go to Magnolia in Dubai Mall and their Banana pudding is to die for.I wouldnt bother trying the cakes again.Complete waste!

Workers here were impolite and standoffish. We stood their for several minutes before they even acknowledged us at the counter. The one worker scooped banana pudding from a large bowl into our takeaway container with no gloves on, it was nasty. The outdoor area was so dirty, with piles of rubbish sitting on the tables, we had to clean up just to sit down for a minute.

My husband and I decided to try this location of Magnolia Bakery. What a horrible decision! Although there were 3 ladies behind the counter and a security guard standing in front of the display case, we received no service. Everyone was so busy laughing and giggling that they did not even greet us or ask if we wanted anything. Talk aboutunprofessionalism and immaturity! What a disappointment! We usually LOVE Magnolia Bakery , esp the one in Festival City Mall. However, this location is horrible because the staff is horrible!

Banana puding, best taste ever!

I always order online from talabat but today I decided to visit the store, it was an unpleasant experience, staff had terrible attitude, she made me very uncomfortable.Having delicious banana pudding is not everything, but customer experience is everything.I will never visit the store again and I will report them to New York.

I visited their golden mile store which is located in building no. 3.. It was not good experience. Staff is impolite and not helpful at all.
