An amazing corner to have a delicious dine out. They serve almost all sort of coffees, sandwiches, salads and cake pastries.They have a delicious range of food dishes and drinks. Fresh and hot beverages. Most of their branches have a same interior of black and glass.

I always liked this restaurant with the almond vanilla latte as my favourite, so good. Adhering to new social distancing rules. The menu doesnt give any idea about the food presentation and seems quite ordinary but the look and taste is quite the opposite. Always try the strawberry Charlotte cake. Average cost for a meal ~AED70/person

Im going to Paul Branches very often. Great overall. Good that they also went to the plant based options in the menu. Now the big miss is that there is no sourdough bread available, I have to go to Spinneys for that. French bakery with no sourdough?! Are we serious here?

We had the traditional onion soup in Festival city, and unfortunately, the bread was not arranged well for the soup, so it was almost 80% bread, and 20% soup.I told the waitress about it, but she just told me I will advise them.Regretted eating from Paul there.

Was simply amazed by this place! We had the complete breakfast with some add ons from here. The ambience plus taste of every item from Almond croissant, the bread spread, omlette with veggies, orange juice and jams were top notch. Special thanks to Binish for his great service and reccomendations. Will definitely come back!

French onion soup is excellent. Spaghetti was delicious. Passion fruit mojito was refreshing.

Paul is always a safe option to treat your guests.

If you have ever been to any Paul bakery, youll find the same high standards everywhere. Paul doesnt drop them in any of their shops.The same story in Festivall Mall. Wide range of pastries, extensive menu for a coffee shop, delicious food.Sanitisers available at all tables, touchless menu.

I went here exactly a month ago, it was around 12 in the afternoon, I asked if I can have eggs benedict, they said they dont serve it because the kitchen is too small so they dont serve all the dishes in the menu. Eggs benedict is just poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. Even though the excuse did not seem legitimate in any way, I just let slide. But I hope they work on the excuses they give next time.

This is one of the best Paul restaurants in dubai. The location of this Paul branch in a very logistic and spacious space in the Festival city. Unlike the Paul branch in mall of the Emirates which is located under the escalator and tables are very close to each other.

Must try the Mille Feuille so yummy

Enjoyed the almond vanila latte the signature coffee of Paul and upgraded it with macrons.loved the sitting area.

The breakfast offer is tasty, but the portion is not that big, the bread is too hard, I am not sure if it is suppose to be this hard, the staff are almost friendly, but the service is very slow, maybe they have short staff, will try the lunch or dinner once more, to give a final review.

This Paul coffee ☕️ shop it is one of my favorite french coffee shop in Dubai they have own bakery and pastries with lovely 😊 taste of real french bread 🥖 it is excellent for breakfast 🍳 and for dinner 🥘 also i am always enjoying with my best pistachio pie 🥧 with chocolate 🍫 the taste of coffee ☕️ very good and other 🍮 desserts also so delicious 😋 try the onion 🍜 soup the staff was friendly and so helpful great 👍🏻 manger with big smilesi am recommend this coffee shop for everyone enjoy 😉

Menu doesnt evolve or change frequently, may get bored if you go there too often.

The Croissant that was served was not heated and was cold as ice, the Tea that was served didnt include sugar until we asked for it. The sad part here is that the 1st waiter was a snub. The good part is that the food and the 2nd waiter was great.

Best black coffee so far. Bread is awesome with butter and olive paste. Over all is the place to relax after shopping tiredness.

The restaurant does not qualify as international restaurants, the seats are uncomfortable as they look old, and they sink without comfort inside, and they are dirty and disgusting, they do not reflect the employees’ interest in the general appearance and comfort of the visitors,, the food in general is good and ok and the prices are appropriate

Very bad experiance as waiter was very rood and non respectful to the customer. Was with my kids and a cake was missing.called the waiter and asked to bring the cake for my baby kid.but, he shouted back to me dont you see me busy

Good food, good service, Covid complient, reasonable price for the quality of food. It is however more on the $$ side of the spectrum.

Food is amazing as usual, but the waiters aren’t.. both plates served were terribly dirty on the sides due to waiters unclean hands.. moreover, ice tea shaker was leaking and the waiter did nothing about it other than a very quick wipe, i had to do the rest.

They serving a good delicious breakfast but their services is very slow and you have to repeat your requests many times to get it delivered. I think they have to review managing their services. They don’t have kids menu

The worst Paul Dubai branch so far.. service is too late .. they have shortage of items and not enough waiters to attend to our needs specially after their new expanding tables.. kids meal was way less than usual size and when I reported it was the normal size for them with 4 PCs of small chicken pieces .. I am regular client at MCC branch and I wouldn’t recommend FC branch to anyone

Good service from energetic and polite staff. Nice menu choices and tasty food cooked with a bit of care.

It is a good place to sit down and have a cup of coffee. A minor issue, several tables are set on the perimeter and separated by partitions. The issue was that people decided to cut over by the tables with customers.

Been here unexpectedly but was shocked by the awesome service by Marwin . After SM time the manager Purnima asking about food we ordered. I asked about the COVID situation and she was very pro in answering my queries. I would recommend all to visit for safety and your health to this particular outlet. Unfortunately i use to visit paul every week but recently i noticed that their service and food quality is not good at all , i had 4 bad experience with the food and in my last visit i almost got sick and nauseous and couldnt wait to go home.
