Occasions Cake shop is located in Karama near Emirates PO and EID/ICA office Occasions seems to have lost its quality over the years. Tried their Rasmalai and Chocolate pastries which were ok. The puffs (paneer) were not fresh at all, seems to be staled.Customer service: GoodSeating arrangement within the premises was good.Management needs to look into the quality and freshness of the items sold asap.

Just don’t taste good. Tried 5 types of cakes and none of them tasted good!

Has to be very careful if any customized.... but its right choice with good finishing touch...

I was so excited for the Rasmalai cake that I had ordered. The delivery was superquick. Unfortunately the rasmalai cake is an utter failure for Occasions cake shop.The rasgullas placed on the top of the cake are just an illusion of rasgulla.They are not even 5% like rasgullas.Looks pathetic n tastes pathetic. When u cut the cake theres no rasmalai juice .Its morelia a pineapple vanilla cake ...Extremely disappointed.

I just bought some Pastries yesterday from al karama branch & they were really very worst in taste & not fresh at all,seems like they were expired product & very bad in taste..this happened for 3rd time so just thought to review it,so people knows whats happening.I always buy pastries for my 3year old daughter & have bought on all of her Bdays till now but from now onwards will never buy from this Branch..will start buying again from their Al Mussalla branch & if same thing happens again will stop buying & recommending other people as well.

Bought a KitKat cake. But we could see that the chocolate wafer used is some cheap copy instead of KitKat. When I called and enquired, they did not give a proper response. Disappointed with the bad experience.

I BOUGHT RASMALAI CAKE IT WAS TOO GOOD AND TASTE PERFECT . MUST TRY

The cake was really good but then all that didn’t matter since they messed up the delivery and spoiled my son’s birthday celebration. When I ordered I had clearly mentioned the address is different from what was in their system and I gave them the address it was to be delivered to. We had booked the place for 2 hours and cake was to reach 30 mins before the end. But instead they sent it to the wrong location and delivered late. All my son’s friends and family had to wait, then we had to vacate the place and cut the cake in the food court. Disappointed would be too kind a word for this experience. The cake can be the best but if service is not up to the mark then the purchase is never worth it.

Ordered sausage puff from occasions karama branch. The taste was pathetic and the sausage inside looked rotten. Went to the outlet next day and the staff just ignored our feedback. Really horrible taste. Zero customer service and stale items.

What a rude manager. Delivery app says est. 15 min delivery so I order 2 cakes. AED285. Not cheap! Upon check out it says delivery 15h55pm. 4pm I check and it updated to 16h30pm. Pointless as the person who the cakes are for will leave before. Manager was SO RUDE. Refused to cancel and refund. I am astounded that in this day and age companies treat customers like this. I will tell EVERYONE to never use them and I myself will never order from then again. All because of one rude manager.1 hour later and the cakes still did not arrive.Eventually cancelled.
