Loved this place! And kids enjoyed as well. The social distancing was nicely managed and the drink we ordered was Caramel High rise Cooler. Which he customised it according to our needs, and it was Amazing!!! 🌈

When you come to Dubai mall and enjoy shopping, it is usually the case that you get exhausted and need the venue where you can take rest. In that case, this Caribou Coffee in level 2 is ideal. Conveniently located at the corner of the shopping mall with vast seating, you can find your favorite way to get refreshed!

With plenty of comfortable seating in a quieter part of the mall, this is a great place to take a break. The coffee is good and the food is always fresh.

Caribou is one of my fave coffee shops in Dubai. This Dubai Mall branch is usually crowded which I normally don’t like. However, because of the pandemic, it is not crowded these days. That is why I’ve been visiting this coffee shop. 😁I love how Caribou is consistent with their service. The coffee shop staff in any branch are very friendly and are always smiling. The same with this TDM branch.Salted Caramel Budino and Turtle Mocha are my faves. 😁😉

Plenty seating and great view! Seating for group of four and 6. Tables for laptop users. Good place for work_from_cafe users. Closest parking is through GRAND parking ground level!

Caramel HI Rise and Blueberry Cheesecake, outstanding combination. Well placed location, in the middle of the mall yet still a very quiet space.

The Mochachinoo with cream and choco chip really good.Overall good place for meetings as well.

Our default cafe for our mocha fix; weve always enjoyed the ambiance here and we are happy that Caribou manages to maintain the quality of its brew throughout all its outlets

I liked the salted caramel hot drink. It’s delicious. I also ordered Americano, it tastes good, but you can find better than this Americano in other Cafe’s

Good place for a meeting with colleagues, serving a wide variety of hot and cold coffee selections and light snacks. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating with a great skyline including Burj Khalifa. Friendly service at the counter although no waitresses, you have to take your ticket and wait to collect your order. Thats about the only point Im not keen on although the service was prompt, I still appreciate table service. With lots of other coffee shops in the same area including Costa Coffee and Tim Hortons, this place has plenty of competition. Enjoyed sitting outside and will visit again!

Stopped at Caribou out of curiosity and when I was desperate for some coffee. Liked the ambience and the seats. The coffee was good but not as good as I expected it to be. Recommend this place for a long discussion/reading session/break over coffee. Be careful about the selection of coffee.

Ordered Monte Cristo waffle few days ago and it was very bad quality. Just oily flat waffle with peace of turkey ham... Before it was really same like in ad picture and taste was great as original recipe . Now- waste of money. Pity

Good coffee here and the food is decent also. They have egg whit sandwiches and some other eats. It is located near the burj khalifa entrance so you can get a coffee while you wait.

They have one of the best espresso in town. Was saddened to see the usage of paper cups at Dubai Mall. It slipped and spilt the coffee but the staff was courteous enough to refill it for me! The choc chip cookies are also very nice

If I could give a negative rate , I will give this place the lowest !!! I still feel disgusted and throwing up after they served me a spoiled strawberry scrumble cake,... Worst experience ever !!!! I wonder how many days before they throw away Thier items ... The municipality or health should watch out over these kind things, it could Couse food poisoning ! .. ps. The strawberry on the of the scrumble cake was obviously decaying . I wonder what was the manger or incharge doing .arent they checking !!? 🤮🤮🤮

Love this place as its located just around the corner where you can have a great view of the mall, while studying or chilling! The coffee beans were also very authentic and they have their own mix of specialty coffee which I highly recommended to try!

Loyalty card brings you the free coffee faster than other franchise like Caffè Nero for example

The best hot chocolate in town, staff amazing , location is perfect, always next to you, the jasmine green tea is great too, cozy and warm.

The coffee and food where good but a little expensive

I do enjoy a cup of joe here on the regular, made the mistake of ordering apple pie, which is better described as ice cold slices of layered apple, cinnamon and sugar stacked on top of a pie shell, ohhh and apples were treated with some crazy preservatives, dont make the same mistake that I did.

They serve people who cut Ques , extremely rude , refuse to serve, I want to lodge official complain, and please spare your hard earn cash to get insulted here. I always use Caribou in my Keuirig. I have never seen an actual store until I visited Dubai. I had to try it, and Im glad I did. Latte was delicious.
