I’m usually big fan of Paul , I love to have breakfast there, I’ve noticed the quality of the food has been dropping, I keep getting my omelets, hash brown potatoes always oily! No matter how many times I mention to avoid too much oil! Bakery section is always a star and the coffee is good as well, I guess the latest are the best part of the menu, I wouldn’t seek Paul for a nice lunch nor dinner!

Authentic French delight in terms of food , it is my go to place and I have tried multiple items here..Croissant , tart and pastries are available with multiple options and I must say all are delicious 😋Mushroom soup is must try.Sweet potato fries..In Coffee you have multiple options with hot and cold beverages.It is bit on expensive side but overall ambiance and decor is magnificent. Place is quiet and good place to have meetings.It has indoor and outdoor seating.Download the app to add points on dining or can order as well using app.Lastly, It has good 1kg , 2kg cake options as well for birthdays and anniversary.Staff is extremely courteous and I have never seen one visit where there is no greet from staff.Do try if passing by International Media Production Zone (IMPZ)

I like that there is a small appetizer before order arrives which arrives btw super fast , everything is okey and decent with this place , If u can’t decide between sandwiches turkey sandwich is better then club chicken :)))

Paul is one of our favorite places for breakfast and coffee. Their pastries and desserts are one of the best in Dubai.They also have Paul app where you can order a delivery and order will be 25% off. You will collect points and redeem them for your future purchases. Sometimes the Paul app doesn’t work properly but overall good experience.I love their selection of smoothies. My favouite is Passion Mango smoothie and Chia kale. Must try!

Not very impressed with the package breakfast unfortunately. Juice and coffee ok but what is included is not worth it atall. (pancake type thin. omelette. and they charged 8aed extra!!! for cheese which I could hardly notice) and rock hard ciabatta toast difficult to spread butter and jam on this type of bread ( rock hard butter ( and nearly broke my tooth on the bread)

A great bakery/restaurant to have either tea or coffee and a fresh croissants, cakes or have salad, fresh sandwiches and more...Although I would have appreciated if the staff were a bit more attentive and warm with clientsOverall a nice place to spend a time with family and friends 👍

Had the best service from Nick at the IMPZ City center branch however the pastries werent fresh at all. Was disappointed on that bit

Tried their famous traditional onion soup which they serve in bread bowl. It was simply awesome and fulfilling. You can eat the bowl too in the end 😁

Love the truffle mash tenderloin! Very juicy and soft steak. The desserts and coffee are great as well.

Service was really nice, but the food not so much..I ordered the kids pasta meal and my kid didnt eat it because of how tasteless it was. The pasta was overcooked, pasta sauce tasted like water, and the chicken was too dry and crispy.Even the cocktail juice I ordered was so bad..

Excellent food. Went there 3 times and was three time positively surprised about the quality of the food and the food combination of flavours they use.One small improvement, the vegetables were almost raw, they could have been more cooked.

It is a nice cozy place . A little bit small comparing to other branching . The waiters are very welcoming and always smiling. Definitely recommended

My experiences at Paul have been rather mixed, but the one at Meaisem is great. Maybe its the size or the relative tranquility of the location, but service is always prompt. And the food is always top notch. I feel like their menu offerings have shrunk slightly, but what they do have on offer doesnt disappoint.

Quite hot during my visit so I didnt stay as much. Had a lemon ice tea and chicken targatelle. Had to add salt to my meal tho. Really love their strawberry crepe.

Lunch in Paul, salmon overcooked not possible to eat. Ingredients not as per the menu. Food returned and they provide only 10% discount. Paid and not had food, went out hungry.

Got some millefeuille from this location (chocolate and custard) and both of them tasted excellent. There was 50% off on the price too so good value for money however after ordering I realized that this branch has higher delivery fees as compared to the Arabian Ranches branch and the same offers running in both places. If you have delivery from both the branches, pick the arabian Ranches one.

This cafe has a great French design and the uniform of the staff are equally well-designed.Presentation is perfect and gives you a real quality feel. Everything has the Paul logo on which gives you the impression that they have spent a long time on attention to detail.I had the Oeufs Benedict au Bacon (Eggs benedict) and whilst the portion wasnt particularly big, the bread and butter before hand makes up for it. It also came with potato wedges and tomato sauce dip which was really tasty and then the salad was simple but very nice.I had the orange juice which is slightly bitter but not too much, but I think this changes as it is freshly squeezed. I also had the Cinnamon Vanilla Latte which was incredible!!Staff were attentive but not too much and overall I had a great breakfast and would certainly come again!!They offered a survey at the end which was done on a Samsung tablet and was super quick and easy and had the Contact me for editare deals part deselected as standard which is always a good sign of non-pest customer service.My waiters name is: Arvind KMy bill for all of this came to: AED 83

Paul is my favorite place for having a decent cup of coffee and a mouth watering croissant. They have variety of french pastries.Their parfaits are way beyond yummy and healthy as well.If you are a croissant lover go for pistachio or almond croissant, choose the parisian petite dejeuner, in case you want coffee and croissant for a nice price. Their halloumi cheese sandwich is very yummy too.They start serving cakes up from 11 am, i have only tried one of their chocolate cakes i don’t know the name but the taste is from heaven😋😋.Dont forget to download their loyalty applocation, you get free piece of cake in your birthday in addition to frequent offers and a 30 aed voucher for every 300 aed you spend.

The waiter was rude. When asked to warm up the croissant he picked up with his hand instead of using proper plate and fort to pick it up and warm it.

Ive been coming here for many times now. I love the food and the ambiance. I find the serving portion and cost very appropriate. And I love the selection they have on the menu. Taste is sensational. Our server, Apple,on Christmas night was so helpful and attentive. That is something that adds greatness to ones experience.

Lovely place for a gathering with friends and family especially on weekends. Staff is very friendly and quick. The selection of fresh bakery products is great. But also the dishes from the menu are great. Always pleased to visit this place. Parking facilities very convenient.

Croissants and bakery are fresh and nice, however wouldnt recommend to order hot dishes (omelette for example) from there. Delivery is not organised well, so youll get it cold.

It is a very good cafe that has an option for sit out. Good breads, food and coffee. I had a repeat meal there which is not usual for me. So you can definitely go out there to satiate your hunger pangs.

Pauls is always a dependable choice for a good meal. Some of the items in the menu could be an acquired taste... however its not otherworldly and can be enjoyed by most.always remember the potions are pretty big. so think about the food wastage when you order!

They have the worst employees .. Disrespectful and they make fun of you if you ask some special request in your meal. Their ingredients are not even fresh!
