I Dont want to write review about that restaurant. But if I have to criticise... They need to work on the menu and keep the food little bit hotter. Staff was working so much but they were looking tired and unmotivated. As management please take care of them, they are hard working people. This restaurant is in really nice hotel. They should do much much better than this.

We have got an amazing time last week during our business networking meet up m! The place is real clean and secluded. The food was great and very affordable. Business set menu lunch with overflowing coffee and tea!!! Accommodating staffs who were always around to assist you. Will definitely organize my next meeting here again. Came for Thursday night grill buffet. Great menu and every item was really fresh. Dessert was fabulous. But best was the 6 star service received from Mustafa - he will make you feel like a millionaire. Thank you.

We just dined there with my colleagues and we totally enjoyed the lunch buffet experience. The food quality and options were great but the service was even better. Mustafa and Andrea were always available and ready to help with a true smile on their faces. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect and we all enjoyed their hospitality. So I am sure all my colleagues will join me in recommending this restaurant for business lunches.

My colleagues and I had a lovely lunch date here not long ago. The place was scenic and the food choices were great- I especially enjoyed the chocolate pudding, would totally come back just for that. Loved the salad bar so much, also the fruits bar it was great.. Good variety of main courses but the fish dishes were not good...Sweets are so tasty with the ice cream..They have a band also .. You can find it on entertainer.Highly recommended for all family members.

Had a breakfast buffet here and dinner for two nights Enjoyed the a la carte menu options. Please try the Jumbo Prawns, the Nasi Goreng Kampung, and the Hot Chocolate Fondue. Really happy with those food items. Also for beverages, try the refreshing Sunrise Riser and Bahama Tropical.The place is also very spacious with high-ceilings. Love the pearl-colored pillars. The place is very elegant. :)They also have shisha available.Thank you very much to Khaled, Tomla, Bayron, Bibin for attending to us during breakfast and to Subash, Satta, Sathyam and Karen for dinner!

The brunch was great, make sure you have a zomato gold.The brunch starts from 1 to 4 pm. Make sure you go there with an empty stomach. They had an eclectic collection of desserts.

We had a nice experience at this restaurant. The staff are all smiles and they are excellent in building rapport with their guests. The food varies from italian dish, to japanese makis, to thai soups and a lot of options for people who loves to eat healthy dishes. The area is quite big and the seatings are enough to move freely and eat massively. There is also a place for kids so very ideal for families.

A place in the City I know that caters a variety of dishes in a cheap price.You can enjoy numbers of asian and gulf foods prepared by specialized chefs and cooks.I like the most the Japansese cuisine section. Varieties of sushi is available.Roast beef, stir fry noodles, curries (india) and arabic specialty foods.I like also their choices of pastries and sweets. I recommend the red velvet cake.That raspberry crumble is nice to be on top of a bread (got an idea of a jam).Carrot with ginger soup is tasty. Beef with vegetable broth is recommended to try.The ambience is so good. High ceiling dining place, room temperature is cool.Outside sitting is open for those who wants natural air.The crew are very generous. I like to mention the name Grace. Shes very nice and accommodating.Tips: Roam around and check all the prepared dishes, get your soup and decide. Ask the chef or cook in the counter which is spicy. If theres no one around, have it in small amount and taste it. Same for other dishes, get small amount of them and taste. You can come back within such hours of dining. Check discounts in online shops to have it more cheaper.

I was there for Friday brunch. My main drive was to find a place where I can eat and childeren can enjoy. The place is perfect and taking care of small details(children play area, little chief, screen to watch the children playing while eating children ice cream and popcorn ). My first experience with liwan was not bad, food was delicious 😋, cozy environment but service was poor and the management explained that due to summer and low customer visit the buffet is close for the time being and only pre ordered food is available.

Last week I had an amazing brunch experience in Liwan. Buffet spread was great. Staff has been exceptionally accommodating and professional. Manager Khalid and Subhash was very friendly and made sure we are enjoying our dining experience. Kids facilities are really amazing with designated kids pay area and buffet. Non alcoholic brunch which makes this place best family brunch option

Very opulent buffet. The staff very kindly extended the opening times to accommodate for our late arrival. The food in very diverse and to a very good standard. Our waitress applied a voucher discount, so please ask for it, you might end up as lucky as I was. Ask your way at the reception of the hotel as it is not very obvious to find the entrance.

The food is fantastic, lots of variety. They have 5 live station also were you can request fresh cooked food. The ambience is nice and they have kids section were they can play around and do some activities. Staff are friendly especially there manager khaled who takes time to chat with us. Nice ambiance and dinner

Main dishes were nice. And so was the dessert. But soup was horrible. And the service was bad. Our plates were piling up and no one cared to clear the table until we had to ask several times.

I tried their buffet for lunch several times and what I really like about it is the variety of salads and starters that this buffet offers but its main is poor so if u r vegetarian or on diet thier buffet will be good option for a reasonable price under 140 dhs per person including drinksService somehow is slow... usually u wait long before someone notice u ....

Reasonable international Buffett. A bit too international though. Too many different locales that you dont get enough variety from each food type. Very nice buffet restaurant with a large variety of food items. Mostly recommended for families for lunch or dinner. Reservation is a must as this place is very popular. There are theme nights whith food from different cuisines in the days of the week.

At swissotel Alghurair Hotel.

They do have amazing starters, such as sushi, Thai salad and many Arabic salad.The desert too is amazing, such as Umm Ali, banana budding, tarts, cake and the list goes on.But the main is really below the average!Yet, the staff are really friend and welling to help.

Came here for iftar yesterdayThe seating area is very bigService was excellentFood choices are plentyI liked the stuffed grape leaves and the umm ali a lotGrills are also good, they brought the grills to the table.They also have a live louqmat station at the entrance, definitely try some if that on the way out.There was also a band playing Arabic music and eventually a saxophonist came to play.

The food is really fantastic especially the green curry and succulent beef. For only AED 150, you can eat everything that you’re craving for in a buffet setting (Indian, Thai, Japanese and European cuisines all in one). Went on Thursday during a see food buffet/night. I think comparing to other restaurants is mid average, or you can say worth what you pay for. Choices is not much, mostly desi cuisine. Dessert is not best, more into international dishes, no specials.

We enjoyed our iftar yesterday the variety was good from different arabic and international appetizers ,desserts, fresh fruits and juices and taste amazing with live shawarma station and loqaymat.Main dishes range from meat to chicken with only 1 local fish dish. Ambience was nice with very friendly staff and live arabic music. 4 stars becoz main dishes need more salt and peppers
