We went on Wednesday the Arabic Night buffet, it was very nice food and the quality of cooking is very good also. All the staff team were very helpful and welcoming, their hospitality level is top. We had birthday celebration, they did nice arrangement for that, appreciate their efforts.

Seafood night theme is very delicious with wide range of food (not only seafood), limited selection of delicious sushi and several options of fantastic desert. Recommended but require to book ahead of time (at least 1 week before)

I went there yesterday with my friend and I felt welcomed. The staff were so accommodating and nice. The seafoods theme night was absolutely delicious. We also have a bit of sushi and was really good too. Overall I like the vibes, food, staff and definitely recommend this place for family gathering, events, or celebrations. Thank you.

We went to their big family brunch and it was really great. All precautions and safety measures were taking into consideration for the brunch. All the foods was behind glasses so you just pick what you want and they will serve it for you. There was lots of options and variety. Sea foods, cooking stations for pasta, desserts, shawerma in adititiond to so many foods snacks and drinks. It is definitely a family oriented brunch where the kids can enjoy multiple activities like baking and coloring .Also there is a dedicated buffet for kids with lovely snacks and bites . Cinema and play area for kids too. So yea it is really great for families . I highly recommend it if you really wanted to have a good time during brunch.

Average place proposing average food quality. Certainly overpriced and over rated. On top of that when recovering the car from the valet we saw a small damage. Of course they denied but thats another story. In summary better to find another place to invest your money for a good diner

Recently visited Pergolas at Swissotel, Al Murooj, for dinner. It was a pizza and pasta night. Overall the food was great though the options were a bit limited. The desserts counter was impressive with lots of options. Overall Nice place, friendly staff, safe as they followed all covid protocols, and a nice property.

I dont recommend it .it was better. Now less care. And changed policy of vauchers before informing .

Nice place for dinner. It is located at the downtown area so it is close to Dubai mall.The staff is nice and the food is good.I liked the deserts the most as there were plenty of selections to choose from.The sitting area outdoor is nice and reveals a beautiful view of the swimming pool.

Went there for breakfast with my son enjoyed the breakfast was okay but the whole experience was ruined by the rude restaurant manager. I really don’t know how such a rude person does a job like that where he deals with customers in a rude way he belongs in the kitchen where he doesn’t engage with customers.

We were there for a corporate dinner. Its an international buffet with decent spread. Outside seating area is nice. Valet parking is really slow! Overall a decent place to spend an evening.

We were there for an iftar experience. Great selection of food. Love the outside seating area where we dined al fresco (while the weather is still fine before summer season kicks in). Really enjoyed the moutabal (and the salad/cold mezze station), the lamb ouzi and the kibbeh!

What is wrong with the people here in the restaurant... there is a tall manager this evening who is the rudest person ever. Obnoxious and rude to their customers literally screaming at us because we sat at the wrong table

Really disappointed that they had no information on their page about no buffet during Eid holidays.My husband and I reached their parking lot for dinner last night and when we called to make sure there is a table available for 2... They informed us that there is no buffet!

Great place for Seafood Lovers ( Tuesday Night). Live station, outdoor grill where you can choose prawn, lobster or fish to be grilled. Dessert selection was the best. Everything I tried was just perfect. Cheesecake was melting in my mouth 😊 . Staff could do better with interacting more and better service. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Overall it was very good.

I have been there on Tuesday,and it happened to be the seafood night.they serve amazing seafood collection with different cuisine mix between eastern and western kitchen; also variety of sushi and sashimi in addition to live grilling station where you can choose your fish or seafood and the chief will be cooking it for you.also worthy to mention the deserts variaty and fresh fruits,Overall food is fresh and delicious service is good.

249,- for Friday Brunch. If you are a fan of extremely loud music in a non-party venue than you won’t mind the efforts of the DJ. Food varies from Arabic, British, Tex-Mex to Indian and a seafood station. Each station has one tasty dish at most. The seafood section offers no Tiger Prawns. A lot of cold dishes are available at every station. Dessert variety is huge including cakes, cookies and other sweets. Waiters are very service oriented.

Took some friends for brunch ... they had good variety of everything !! big variety of starters , sea food , cheese ,bread (more than 10 models ) deserts . Fresh warm Turkey and the chicken kept coming even at 3 pm . There were a coupe of supervisors (one could tell men of experience ) who went around asking guests if they NEEDED anything else etc...

We hear about people who lost their soul.... well here is a story about a restaurant that lost its soul. Few years back the Hotel was Al Murooj Rotana. Good old times... Pergolas WAS: Great food, perfect service and very attentive staff. People who went there were treated like kings and queens. Well... all good things end one day and so did this. The Hotel was acquired by Roda and is called Roda Al Murooj now. Quality and taste of food decreased, service becomes a luxury and very bad and the staff is extremely unmotivated. Many previous regular customers are avoiding this restaurant now because they feel the difference. This Hotel and Pergolas have lost their soul.... Another sad story...

We came back yesterday for seafood night, as the hostess Sheryl recommend to us last time we visit roda to our anniversary. Food was delicious lobster, prawns and lots... Sheryl was really nice to us shes assisting us very well and explained the buffet. You can see to her that she really known well the details of the product. And also i would love to thanks lots, our server Rajmati shes doing her best customer service. Well done roda staff.

I like the restaurant but there are only limited choices to choose from. Most of the food isnt something that most people eat, so I suggest that pergolas adds more options to pick from, but their great service kinda balancee it all out.

The variety of dishes on aplenty and there was something for every taste and preferenceTheir dessert section is stupendous.And my fav from the brunch.Service is very good. The staff are generally friendly and attentive.Highly recommended if youre looking for a good Friday brunch 👍🏼.

Liked the range of food on offer but staff could do with a smile

Food quality and variety declines year over year, it used to be one of the greatest buffet spots in Dubai but not any longer.Pergolas restaurant serves box wine which does not qualify for 5* hotel. We’ve been clients for so many years, but unfortunately not coming back again. Dreadful experience!

A big let down. We travelled quite some distance to enjoy an evening dinner at this restaurant, which is situated in a 5 star hotel in downtown Dubai. Unfortunately, our entire experience was a big let down and far removed from any level of 5 star experience.We intended to make use our our apparent zomato gold benefit for dinner. The app clearly stated that we could avail of this (see attached screenshot). When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that they were beginning their buffet in the main restaurant area and that we could order from the a la carte menu and utilise the zomato gold benefit whilst sat at a different area, next to the restaurant but down a few steps of stairs. That was a bit odd.We went for a brief stroll and when we came back to take our seats for dinner, we were surprised to discover the same man telling us that we could not use our zomato gold benefit afterall. We thought he was joking but then bewildered to discover that he was maintaining this position. When we queried this further and showed him the the zomato gold benefit, he said that the hotels contract with zomato had expired... the day before! Yeah, right. We were absolutely stunned. When we pressed him further and asked why he had told us that it was fine to use it, he said that he had made a mistake and again started talking about the contract expiring or some rubbish. We were two simple diners who just wanted to avail of our zomato gold benefit for our dinner and which was showing as available, we did not want to hear a long fairytale story about contracts between the hotel and zomato apparently expiring 1 day earlier. This is not the level of standard or customer care we expect from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.We had no choice but to leave the restaurant and opt to dine elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and money for us coming all the way to this restaurant for evening dinner and just a big let down. We were so disappointed.We later contacted zomato support for help and they informed us that they had spoke to Madawa at the restaurant and confirmed that we should be able to utilise our zomato gold benefit. By that time, we had of course left and went elsewhere.Madawa later called us and told us that we could not use the zomato gold benefit again, due to some contracts and miscommunication between the management. Half an hour later, he called back again and said we could come back and use the zomato gold benefit. What an absolute palaver. Giving guests conflicting and contradictory information and ruining their evening is just not acceptable.By that time, we were exasperated by our experience at this restaurant and told Madawa that it was too little, too late. We had already dined elsewhere and were disappointed by the way we were treated at the hotel and all the inconvenience and disappointed it had caused us. They wasted our time, money and ruined our dinner plans and our evening. Madawa apologised profusely, which is fine but ultimately, they did not do or offer anything to make things right which simply added further disappointment. It is just not the kind of level or service you expect from a restaurant in a supposed 5 star hotel.We were extremely saddened by our experience. They ruined our evening and we wish we had never bothered making plans to dine here. Our experience here was a big let down.

We only had breakfast here. Breakfast was good, due to the different warm mostly Arabic dishes almost a brunch. You can sit both inside and outside. Part of the terrace outside is smoking area.
