Very bad experience...We ordered chaat, n they served it all direct from freezer, me n my family all got soar throat after eating there..Will not recommend anyone...

I bought kaju sweets for my wife to US from Dubai and this is what they gave (lower layer was full of visible dirt- they intentionally put smelly and dirty peaces in lower layer to hide and give authentic Indian feeling of fooling customers).If you care for your health -either avoid this Restuarant or be watchful on what you are being served.

Pathetic sweets, I ordered and rasgulla, kalakand and Indrani cup , all felt stale , rasgulla in specific.On calling them and telling them about this, they refused any such feedback and said they it is fresh and to them it tastes good. This is not the quality of sweets and food you get in Bikanerwala India , hence better not to order and dissatisfy yourself

Never expected the poor quality of Thali from Bikanervala. The curry is full of oil, even Dal also having too much oil. Its looks like they put only oil instead of the curry. I dont recommend thali. Thw desert Gulab jamun is hard to eat. Price 3/5, Quality 1/5, Taste 2/5.

Never order from them if you want it delivered on time. They just dont respect time. Plus has no live tracking. So rider will go and deliver some other order n the restaurant will keep lying to you that he is coming. Zomato is also no help as what they do is just to say sorry n refund u some small amount as a voucher. Avoid this outlet of Bikanerwala for ordering at all costs. Unless and until u r fine with having lunch at dinner time or tea time snacks at dinner time.

Really sad to hear even if you call the food directly from the restaurant they ask for delivery charge that also just across them..

Had their Pav bhaji It was not delicious salty very little butter on the pav, the bhaji no butter, their North Indian food is good but Mumbai food they dont know how to make... wasted 20 aed

1 hour and 25 mins for vegetarian delivery! Ridiculous. Order wasn’t large either. Speed of delivery needs to be improved. Wouldn’t recommend if you are hungry!

The staff is least bothered in attending the customer and not at all friendly. The food is ok.

One of the worst restaurants in this area. Food have no quality at all. Pure waste of money. Instead go & try Kamat one of the best in this area.

Felt humiliated at this shop.The staff would prepare your food according to your looks. Same culture which is followed in india.I went to this shop for take away order they prepared the food for customers who came after me not for me. This clearly shows how they are and what type of culture they follow.I felt so bad I didnt say anything to them I was just looking at them even after knowing everything.I know I am not a person with fair complexionBut I a gift of God.No one has the right to treat someone in this way. We all came from blessing of God we should respect each other no matter how you look like.Thanks

The worst experience ever. Pathetic services.I called to place order at 10 in the morning ..Several stuff like kachori, samosas, jacobi, dhokla etc he said it will be delivered within 45 minutes.I called him after an hour said the order was left for delivery and no one turned up.Later went I call him at 12 after waiting the person who answers my call takes down my order all over again n says there was a confusion and the order was not even placed. Just so annoying.

More commercial, staff isnt very friendly and raise their eyebrows if you ask for a little more curry than what they serve. Their Karama branch is a lot better in every sense.

Staff is good...food is standard and pleases on any day. Kulfis are a bit too sweet so eat only if youre ready to down a weeks worth of sugar !

Just Like one of the reviewers ,the staff seem to serve persons who look loaded and ingored me completley as I had a backpack,walked out of there without buying anything rang the manager ,no reply,since coming back to Australia ,been telling everone to avoid this place like a plague.Bikanerwala in India is much better.This place does not even hold a candle to its Indian Couterparts.

I always loved Delhi street chats from my childhood. Now i am working in Dubai and whenever i miss home and city i go to Bikanevala. It serve Chat in a foreign land while keep original taste. i makes me feel back to Delhi everytime i come to bikanervala for snacks or dinner.

Bay Avenue is an excellent and enjoyable place, having many restaurants/eating places catering to choice of various places of the world, and these provide high quality food and service of the global standard.If in Dubai, one must visit this place, otherwise one may miss something of Dubai.

Too Bad, too much cheating Morning offer, the sandwich they serve is only one layer bread cut into 4 pcs, the paratha is like chapatti stuffed only with buttermilk type curd. The Metro Falcon nearby is best - specially for the Parotta Roll, sandwich at half price and good filling, Mentioning apology and say sorry is so easy, but your staff behaviour varies from people to people. Keep one satisfaction survey unit to know about your staff service

Always been a fan of Chaat and Bikaner wala is a Chaat Hub.😀They have a huge variety of Chat on their Menu and I had to try the Samosa Chaat which was delicious and had a great quality.Couldnt resist a Vadapav as well. Was Yummy.For desserts, I tried the Rasmalai. Loved it! Even got a parcel.
