Staff are very friendly and approachable. We would like to commend Faiz and Liza for their assistance and service. Both are very pro active and very helpful. Always smiling despite of busy restaurant. Food was great but minimal selection of main course. Overall - amazing experience.

Great place to have breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and has lots of varieties. Everything was tasty and you can be sure that you’ll leave this place with a happy tummy. The staff made it much more special as we were always given a warm welcome and provided with wonderful service especially the staff named ABHI and RABI. They even surprised us with a slice of cake on the day of our check-out. What a nice gesture from them. We will definitely come back!

One of the most amazing & relaxing restaurant here in Dubai. The ambiance, the food & most especially the staff are PERFECT!. We had dinner & breakfast couple of times during our 4 days stay at the hotel and even celebrated my wife’s birthday in this restaurant. We did experience an Excellent Customer Service from the staff with special mention to Cristy, Jassel, Renalyn, Aftal, Tushar, Haitam, Saad, Hazem who really did extra efforts to make our experience more memorable. Thank you & Keep it up! This restaurant is highly recommended and has good value for money. We will definitely come back soon!

I went to this restaurant for breakfast when I stayed at Grand Hyatt. The restaurant is so active and livery with many food corners. Viennoiserie right out of oven was fresh and very delicious. I also liked what they call Kheema pav which was a kind of Indian style hamburger made in front of me.

Good food and many varieties

We had a stay Grand Hyart Dubai for 2 days. We had half board, so that means four trip to this restaurant. The staff was SUPERB!! SAJID, CRISTY, SHAHADAT & HAITHAM were fantabulous. The food was amazing so was the service. The selection of food was good. Just had to wait to be seated and then every thing is taken over by staff. amazing

Excellent Service (especially Hanna and Vineet were extraordinary), the food was good and rich, comfortable atmosphere, we really loved our stay here. I would give 1 Star more if possible....

I would like to share the experience I had in this restaurant. The staff there are very nice and approachable especially Ms. Cristy, Mr. Erwin and Mr. Veneet are excellent at doing their job. The ambiance is quite....I cannot even describe how much I love the place. And the foods are THE BOMB. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

Christmas Eve dinner out. Amazing service from all the staff. On point and attentive. Good range of food. Pizza was out of this world! Amazing experience.

Terrible breakfast buffet for a five star, lack of variety and quality and over crowded.Hotel rooms, apartment and other amenities specially he SPA a five star but when it comes to the breakfast it’s a total disappointment.

I ate here twice a day for a week and never tired of the selection of food. All of the kitchen staff clearly take great pride in their work. Front of house are a pleasure to be around. I would like to say thank you to you all for looking after my family

We are on our way home to Perth, Australia and we had a stop over here in Dubai at Grand Hyatt for 5 days.Our first day went to a restaurant in the hotel, the staff were not that friendly and not very welcoming at all.We then tried The Collective restaurant, absolutely fantastic! Food great and most of all fantastic and happy staff. Always coming past and checking if we needed anything and taking the time to say hi. Our most favourite waiter that went over and above continually would be Rajeev. Always checking to make sure every thing was in order and even getting some of our favourite things ready for us for when we returned the next night.

My family, friends and I have been staying here at the Grand Hyatt for the past week. Each morning, we are always warmly greeted by the lovely staff at the Collective by Market Cafe.We would like to specially thank Josuva for always being hospitable and accommodating to our requests. He always checked up on us to make sure that we were satisfied or in need of something. We wholeheartedly appreciate his wonderful help. On our last morning, he surprised us with a beautiful, special crepe order! It was delicious!We would also like to thank Mabel for her warm kindness. Conversing with her felt as if we were talking to an old friend from back home. Finally, a large thank you to Mamir for my delicious soy lattes! They were perfect, and I always looked forward to my coffee.Our overall experience was nothing short of excellent. I would recommend this restaurant buffet to anyone traveling to Dubai. We hope to visit again in the future, mahalo.

The ambience is perfect but The food quality is not that great.

I went there with some of my friends and we had such a great time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were seated in front of the grill to enjoy the show of a whole open kitchen, Amazing!

Worst experience ever!!! Staff lack customer service food is not ready just they tell you wait for 10 minutes but no food will come to you and when you approach them again they will tell you finish, never will go there again. Very poor service from the Tunisian guy on mix grill section he is hiding the food and tell you finish

The Buffet food was good, not great. But the deserts were amazing.

Was shocked to the quality of the food, this used to be a nice place for seafood nights, to my surprise they changed the entire buffet to a lower guality food and kept the premium price, not worth the drive or the money

Food is amazing great choice and very enjoyable

Went on a Wednesday for a seafood night and was quite disappointing. Undercooked shrimps, prawns and even the lobsters. Overpriced and overrated place.

We stayed at the Grand hyatt hotel and we were customers of this restaurant ...... We felt at home from the first day they fulfilled our every wish ...... Cooks and waiters who know how to do their job and do it with passion a thank you goes to all the staff but in particular to Amro and Sharif who are extraordinary people

We had only breakfast, but it was enough to completely because we still went by taxi or pěžky to Wafi where there was a well-known Carrefour. There was a great choice at breakfast. Everything was delicious and everybody here found something that suited him. Sweet to salty. Really amazing and the service very nice. As soon as you sit down you will offer coffee, juice and always when you are missing, so come themselves. Fact perfect 👌

Great service, attentive staff, very well maintained! The only thing after 3 weeks bit on the mind, the food is always the same, but good quality.
