Average friday brunch, nothing impressive, very basic starters and dessert consisting of 4 mini pieces of simple french pastries, pasta terrible and tasteless we returned the plate untouched, mini pieces of sushi served not fresh and cold seems they were kept in the fridge since couple of hours. Pizza and lamb leg taste very nice.Not the usual Friday Brunch Dubai is known about, simply a basic set menu.

Very nice and delicious food.For starters we ordered mushroom soup, and Spinaci novelli, both were amazing.For main corse we ordered lasagna. They cooked it the traditional Italian way.Service is amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, One of my fav Italian restaurants around JBR. Rosso is located in Amwaj Rotana, and the outdoor seating area is just the perfect place to relax. Between the many palm trees and the beautiful landscape, it’s your perfect place to enjoy your lunch. I’ve been here many times already and it’s always a good experience. The Paccheri di mare and Risotto al Funghi are my favorites here. I’ve also tried many other items from the menu and it’s all delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable of the menu which is always important to me!

If I can sum it all up in one word it would be outstanding. The place was immaculate, the staff fantastic. The ambience divine and the food was on point.We had the pleasure (because he was amazing) of being served by Isuru. He made our dinner date one to be memorable and as I said, a pleasure.The service was great even with the reduced staff. The place was spacious, conforming and adapting to all the covid regulations and making sure all customers were safe and happy.We ordered the pizza and the pasta and both dishes were divine, nothing was left over. One thing I really liked was that even though there were a lot of tables and guests and reduced staff. We were still treated as if we were the most important customers there.I will definitely reccomend Rossi to my friends and family and will be back soon.Also.THE VIEW 🤩

Really nice food. I did order some pizza balls for starter but they sent something else but ill let them off on that because what they sent was OK. Nice wine selection not much beer selection but we got some pinot and it was lovely. The staff were very attentive, there was a singer women with lovely soft music and she was very good. There are smoking areas and non smoking. Reasonable prices for the experience. Would recommend.

Modern Italian hotel restaurant offering classic Italian food and some fancy eye-catching desserts. Theres even a visible pizza oven (from the back) for the pizzas.Theres indoor seating as well as outdoor rooftop seating and being up a floor, theres a nice secluded and relaxed vibe.The food is good and the table service is great.

I have always liked this restaurant. They have changed around a little with more tables outside. The happy hour until 9pm helped to keep the bill down. Food and service were great as usual. We did have to wait a little longer than we wanted between starters and the main. Try the dessert cocktails, they are marvellous.

The place is amazing inside and outside, staff very kindly and professional, the Italian food they have is really good, I am Italian so I apreciate it too much. Also every Tuesday and Friday there is a Lady singing live. Tuesday Lady night offer is very good and also happy hour. I will rvisit soon again this amazing Italian Restaurant.

Just a food, just a wine. Nothing stucked in the memory...I dont like such places and dont recommend.

Fine indoor and outdoor dining. Place is clean and spacious. Some soft background music in the background. Depending on time of the day you might experience some traffic so paln ahead if you have an appointment. The food on the menu is reasonably priced. Alcoholic beverages are also served.

Food and beverage offering for the ladies night was fair value ... the terrace and location is still great ... but the washrooms were so dirty and no sanitizer available anywhere on the tables,counters nowhere !! When we asked and did get one it was only water ....

While booking a table and entering the restaurant we double check that we have a bday celebration.When we booked a table, assistant assured that there will be a cake, but we didn’t get anything.At the time of our visit suddenly oven got broken (literally passed 2-5 min), so no pizza could be served.. Italian restaurant?No cake, no celebration, nothing was offered, thank you Rosso for this. Never ever again.

Beautiful location and great set up outdoors are good in winter a romantic cozy chilled place to be. The pizza might not be everyones cup of tea but pasta sure is. Will try more dishes next time

Great place for a relaxed night out. Staff is friendly and the drinks (cocktails) menu is look worthy. As the weather is pleasant this time of the year I suggest you take a seating on the terrace. Food is really good. Had it on two occasions, once when we had a customer event (buffet) and the other a friend catch up session. Both time food was at par and the variety provided has something for everyones taste. Music and the vibe is chilled out but would have been awesome to have a small place to dance about. 😊 all in all, a little on the price side but worth it.

Food was good but they brought the wrong pizza, had to wait for another one while everyone else was eating and they charged it. I asked them to check. They removed the extra pizza and brought a new bill and did not even apologise. Customer service is not great.

Terrible service. Although the staff is friendly, the service is extremely slow. It took them more than an hour to serve us the first course and another one for the second. The food was tasty and the location is great, but because of the delays, I give two stars.

Food, ambience, service all perfect, only thing,I was embarrassed when we paid through card, the guy ask for tip to be entered and I was taking aback, this is the first 5 star restaurant we had been where we are asked for tips. If I have to give, I wil leave the change from my pocket but how can a staff insist to get the tips from customer by asking for it.

Customer service was great.. and the wine was ok! The truffle pizza was a disappointment and didnt really taste of anything (and especially not truffle) but it was otherwise ok.

Visited this hotel for the Friday feast because our hotel didnt do one.(Friday is the holy day) quite by chance, were blown away by the service and the quality of the food on offer.It cost 249 dhiram with alcohol.The choice of food was spread over 2 restaurants with a variety of world cuisine. Well worth a visit...

First of all, stuff is so far nice and friendly - but - I ask for sanitizer - she say she will check but she dont come back, I ask one hour later for a Singapore sling cocktail - he say he will ask never he came back - and now the bad thing, its already 2 30 am in the morning and still I have stomach pain and vomiting from this food - I order Spagetti with mussel shrimps, i already feel bad after I eat the food, a waiter ask maybe i need a new one - really? if I feel already bad he ask about a new plate - thanks god I dont eat all and I stop after 5 min eating and 100 percent was something wrong with the food and for me is one sure, never i wanna eat in rosso - and hello Manager im still thinking to go in a hospital because for so a restaurant is it a shame to serve this kind of bad food!

Food was okish but the staff was very rude. They charged us extra drinks and when we complained about it, the manager Rajesh even called my friend a liar. This behavior is unacceptable and we have never experienced anything similar in Dubai. The bill was returned 3 times because it was not correct, and what they have done is reduced the number of drinks in one line, but then added the same in the bottom of the bill. Not only this is disrespectful but its also illegal and unprofessional. I will write a formal complain too.

Nice Italian restaurant inside Rotana hotel at JBR; access is through the lobby, second floor of the hotel ( if its a part of an hotel means they are allowed to serve alcohol); somehow the service was really bad although the place was not packed. When you are out for fine dining you expect things to be more smooth and not wave your hand for minutes to be able to get a drink.

A nice quiet place where you can have a decent talk with the appropriate music and amazing cheese and wine platter.The atmosphere is so appealing and I would go to Ross anytime I have the chance to.It is very important for me to find places like these as I rely on them for my coaching sessions.I would recommend this place for sure ❤️

Ive went to two brunches over there and i can confidently say that at best the place is average!food is ok but if you go for the alcoholic option, the drinks are a total disaster.the atmosphere and ambiance are just ok and nothing special about it so dont get your hopes high!

Got a few draft Peroni with my friend at Thursday evening. Next morning both of us had a huge headache. Alcohol was fake. Not recommended visit this place

Very good food and atmosphere, since we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Service was good but unfortunately the food was not the best. The breakfast was tasteless and the rissoto rice was still hard.

Staff could not do enough for us. Very courteous and polite.

On the 2nd floor of the Amwaj Rotanna hotel, lots of outside seating and quite big inside as well. They also serve pork, and have a good menu all round. The pizzas are particularly good, and if sit out side there are good views of JBR.Valet parking available at the hotel also. Best to take the last marina exit if you are heading AD direction on SZR to avoid traffic.

Great happy hour, fantastic food and friendly staff. The brunch has a very wide selection of food and is great for families. The pizzas are brilliant!
