Very disappointed I’ve always loved their food till today I’ve ordered the hummus avocado sandwich and I wanted to eat it with joy but then I saw a hair in the wrap….so disgusted I lost my appetite and I wouldn’t never trust them with the food again. Me and my kid loved this place but now I can’t even think about ordering from this girl place ever again. How could let the employees make wraps and have their hair on it ? Take a look at this…I can’t say more …

Excellent food served with very friendly staff. The location is a little bit small and can get crowded around peak hours but the outdoor seating helps with that when it is not too hot.One thing to appreciate is the consistent quality of the menu items and they usually serve you fast!

Zaatar w zeit never goes wrong . They are the best when it come to Lebanese fast food specially in manakish , wraps , pizza and all dough related food . I highly to recommend akawi cheese , mince meat and wild zaatar manakish, for the wraps famous chicken , kafta daw sandwich and specially their new added food on their menu the shanklish kaak.

Great place, nice food and good service

Order was placed on an app at 7:47 pm. The delivery time showed 29 mins. Order was confirmed by the restaurant and was being prepared for almost 50 mins. When I checked with the app why is my order being delayed for so long, they replied saying the restaurant is not responding and when the driver checked with the restaurant there was no order according to them. After 1 hour when I called the restaurant they called it a technical issue and can’t do anything about it. If I wouldn’t have called to find out why the food was being delayed I would have been waiting endlessly. The funny part out of all this when I called the restaurant they asked me for the order number and when I gave it to them they were able to pull out the details of the order from their system so I don’t know what to believe.

Two times I ordered from this location and both times was terrible.The first time they forgot to add some ingredients I pay for but somehow at least the order was ok.The second time, I order a special chicken wrap with no lettuce, no pickles and garlic mayo and I got something weird with some kind of ham, with lettuce, with pickles and I also order a manakeesh that didn’t arrive.When the driver handed the order, the box was open with no napkin or bag to protect the food. It was disgusting! Please don’t order from this outlet! Lack of sanitation procedures in times of covid on top of bad service.Order number 2356

Standard semi fast food eatery.Food is very well prepared and clean.Have not been to other branches but at this branch the service is Impecable. Staff is very attentive and courteous.Great place for fast bites and to order.Also has healthy options.

Super tasty, friendly staff

Got the kafta wrap with double meat and it was a nice fusion of American and Arab food. It was like a gyro but toasted with Mayo tomato and cheese. 👍🏽

They should have better system for repeated guests profile especially if we order on daily basis and each time their execuse is that the system update. 2 times in a row they were delayed on order for more than an hour and their execuse is that they have a big order....its not client problem to hear that. It should be better management and delegation to keep your repetead guests loyal.

I dont recommend at all. Ive been a loyal customer of Zaatar W Zeit for years but yesterday it was the worst experience I ever had. They have started subcontracting their deliveries by Careem and it was the first time for me ordering ZwZ and getting delivered by Careem Now. I received a call from the Careem Now driver requesting the location map when at my end Ive already had all the address details in the ZwZ app so I shared a location map on Whatsapp and the driver came more than 1 hour after placing the order. Food was cold so disgusting, bad service and ruining years of trust...

I wish I could give a negative star to you guys... We ordered 2 wraps at 2120 and we had no communication till 2340.. after contacting zomato customer care we found out nobody is answering the calls...bwe never received any call. Nobody even care to apologise. In that time I can start a new wrap company and also deliver it to my first customer. This might be my hunger talking but I will make sure you atleast get 10 1 star from my side..you should remember that you are in service industry.. Thank you for nothing

Good customer service and good food

I was sincerely surprised during my short visit to this place. It was clean and neat, staff was polite and friendly. As I was late, they were professional and made sure that I don’t wait long and the order is ready as soon as possible (it took only couple of minutes - very fast). Keep it up guys!

When someone orders a fresh orange juice there is a reason behind it! Yes it meant to be fresh! The fresh here is squeezed in the morning from a different store and now its 21:00They don’t have squeezer to make a fresh orange!

Ordered several times and never had issues until today that leaves me very disappointed.First of all a wrong delivery was brought to me (can happen) which the restaurant was contacted to raise the concern. They ensured a quick delivery to replace the mistake.Coming to the second, that “quick” change took 1.15 hours... quite upset.And finally the taste of it “bbq steak” has just everything but a bbq taste or whatever similar to what I could previously have.The overall remains a bad experience almost 2 hours waiting for something not worthy.

Service suck. Paid and got three dirhams short change. When asked answer was sorry have no change. Memory check always pay with credit card. Then waited 20 minutes for one flat bread. After that i went back to the counter. Sorry we dont have white dough will tou take dark? If i had not gone to complain about the long wait i would still be waiting.

Location – located on the ground floor of Ibn Battuta Mall very close to Grand Cinemas. There is a big seating area and the seating is comfortable.Service – the service is quick.Food – Amazing food. You will fall in love with the food here. The menu is versatile and there are a lot of healthy options. We tried the famous fattoush, chicken wrap and for dessert we had the chocolate and banana wrap.Fattoush is basically salad consisting of all greens along with halloumi cheese and bread squares. It had a vinegar dressing so it was a bit sour. Amazing taste and it was so light and fresh. It’s a must try for everyone.The chicken wrap was equally good. We ordered the chocolate and banana wrap because of the uniqueness. Its very easy to make it at home, the combination of chocolate and banana is really appealing.We really enjoyed our meal and I am looking forward to trying out more dishes from their menu.
