Since the world is experiencing a pandemic, i think that your standard way of delivery should change. it happened to us twice that we are ordering bulk for our clients and they delivered it in a sharing box which was not even instructed and orders of wraps are all separate.there is no way to even recognize your own order as everything is cut into small pieces and you cant expect everyone to check the cuts 1 by 1 and touch them.would like to raise a complain about it as its not hygienic for some people and not everyone ordering bulk are a family to share.Thank you.We ordered from barsha heights branch but the customer service said its standard for all branches.

Zaatar w Zeit never goes wrong . They have the best manakish, wraps, pizza and salads in UAE . The service is really good and the employees are extremely friendly. We ordered a delivery and the food arrived on time and it was still hot . Usually it is crowded after midnight as it is the best destination after the party .

Cant really go wrong here... Good location with nice views, full complement of tasty snacks and arguably among the better manouches available in Dubai.The zaatar and cheese manouche are excellent as are several of the other breakfast options.Service is invariably excellent too.Highly recommended for a snack anytime.

Don’t order from this branch is you dont want to risk getting your food delivered very late , and getting your food delivered with missing items,I live in jlt (7 mins drive form the branch), i ordered at 7:37, i got my food delivered at 8:30 with missing items (wedges)I tried to call the branch 5 times and no one answered my phoneI contacted the delivery company and they tried to reach out to the branch and they told me no one is answering.At the end the delivery company managed to reach out to them and approved get my missing item delivered.Its 9:13pm now and i am still waiting the delivered item to get delivered,The food that got delivered at 8:30 is cold waiting in the table.Its been more than one hour and a half, i had tens of calls, and i am writing this while i am still waiting.So dont risk ordering from this branch if you dont want to have similar experience

These guys have no competition If you want good food at a reasonable price...their menu has variety of options with Mediterranean food and drinks.If you’re vegetarian, try their green wrap which is delicious.

Nice hand out and casual place for a hearty breakfast or some comfort food. It has a small capacity but if you are lucky to find a table you will enjoy the Marina walk view!

Bad delivery timing. Usually takes max 45min but took the delivery guy 1.5 hours. On top of all that the food we received was cold and inedible. I called their call center to raise a complaint and the representative said that this is how the food is delivered according to what I ordered. Very bad experience. I will not order again from here. ZwZ quality of service has deteriorated badly.

Me & my family stopped here today for brunch. We had a very good and satisfying meal. Manakesh, Pizza, Chicken Platter were excellent. The staff were very attentive & helpful especially Chrisnell & Sara. It was our first time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance avoid this place.For some reason I thought it was a place that serves healthy food. I was surprised to hear a suggestion to try turkey when I’ve asked what are the best vegan or at least vegetarian options on the menu. The waitress had no clue, what she was talking about... I’ve asked about the soups that were listed on the menu, there was no meat amongst the ingredients and it was written “our soup are dairy free” so I was wondering why aren’t they marked as vegan or vegetarian? What’s inside? Meat broth? She couldn’t answer this question and kept saying “no, meat madam, no meat...” Of course my questions were not important enough for her to call someone else to answer them, and I was quite tired of talking to the wall, so I gave up asking. After all I’ve ordered vegan bomb and it was not tasty at all, I don’t even know why I’ve decided to risk it after that dreadful conversation, should’ve bought my food elsewhere.
