The place is beautiful, staff is very friendly, highly recommended to everyone
Very hospitable restaurant with plenty of delicious food and sweets. Interior is fabulous. Service is great, staff is attentive and courteous. We came here for Iftar dinner and didn’t regret. A coffee man Moustafa is just amazing, his coffee is so tasty, service is excellent. Thanks for such a great experience. I would recommend to visit this place with a family.
Lovely ambianceWent there for IftarFood selection was good but the food was cold, and food quality average. All they have is black tea or coffee. No mint. No green tea.Eccentric arabic coffee man, was very territorial and was arguing with the waiter because I asked him for coffee. Was polite to the customers however. He gave my 15 year old daughter a lesson on how to hold the tea cup properly.
Al Bahou is the perfect mass gathering venue located at Movenpick at IBN Batutta. The venue is in the middle of the hotel, in what is a massive open area which creates the feeling of luxury and royalty. The location itself seats about 300 people and they are spread from one end of the hotel to another basically. I thought this was nice because it gave you the feeling of dining amongst hundreds of people (which you were), while maintaining privacy at your own table. The tables were spaced far enough to give you privacy while close enough to others to feel that you and your guest(s) are not dining alone. I really liked the way this was setup. The buffet had a fairly large spread and covered mostly Arabic cuisine. This was ok since it was Ramadan. There were some other dishes were Indian and Chinese, but the main event here were the Arabic Dishes. I am curious to see what Al Bahou serve normally outside of Ramadan. In terms of flavour, I thought the food at Al Bahou had some of the nicest marinating and spices used in their food of all the not only buffets, but restaurants that I have tried in Dubai. I didn’t find anything oily and the combinations on all the dishes worked nicely with the ingredients that they were prepared with.Pricing is on par with all the other 5* hotels that also offer iftar, maybe even a little less in some cases, but don’t let the price be indicative of the quality here because it would be a mistake miss visiting Al Bahou.
Worst Ramadan iftar buffet . Very crowded . Food selection is limited . Not a good taste . This resturent shouldnt be in a 5 stars hotel .
Worst Iftar in Ramadan , very crowded , no social distance , most of ppl not wearing mask , they took food by themselves .I fight with them and I left the buffet before start and I warn them that I will call police for this bad service .Stay Safe and dont go there , even the food is totally not recommended
Excellent 🆗☺️
A cracking good brunch. The staff take real pride in their work. They photograph their own creations. Loved it. Great service and excellent value with entertainer
I m sorry Bahou but your food didnt make to wowww 😥 I rate your food poor
Food quality is fair
Fantastic family friendly brunch. Pork, seafood, roast beef and lamb, tantalising desserts. They also keep you well stocked up on drinks!
It is one of the few places that my hubby and i love to un-wind... the service is discreet and friendly, snacks are well-prepared; also good value for money.
Setting in the banquet hall is fabulous. Food is always very good.
Good variety. The food quality is average though.
Vast buffet, there is something for every taste. Thank you.
The food and ambiance was excellent
Very good . 5 stars
Amazing place for food
Beautiful place and great brunch
The restaurant is located in Movenpick ibn Batuta Hotel, moroccan arabic cuisine. Visited for iftar. The hotel has big long arabic lights on the top of the lobby connected to a restaurant. There is live music of tanbour during iftar. Food is tasty and we found variety if choices. They made long buffet as people will not queue. The staff is very polite, attentive and helpful. Recommended to everyone, for couples, family and all.
I dont like the iftar,
Good food good ambience but the jumping castle for kids below 4 and above should be separate
Excellent presentation of festive season
Excellent brunch
