Kingsley was an absolute amazing bouncer and made us feel safe and made sure we had the most fun while making sure we didn’t break any rules. Have a really good time. Will surely come here again.

Not really a good place been here last night at 10pm the lady manager is trying to kick us out after spending a lot. She is so rude and no manners doesn’t even know how to speak politely with the guest I should never come to this place even the other manager the guy is rude too. Im working as a manager too but that’s not the proper way to handle such situation, should teach your her right manner, I don’t know if she’s a manager she shouldn’t & never should be very rude

Went out to this place for a girls out with my friends and Loved it!Great chill out bar located at Dubai Marina very accessible and has very great rates ,offers and music with a fusion of African afro beats every Wednesday soo unfortunate we can not dance yet.Their food is soo delicious especially the pasta and spaghetti Bolognese and service is really nice the waiters were friendly !Taxis right outside and the tram and metro is a walking distanceWant a good night out with friends this is definitely the place

Terrible experience, the waiters are rude, the food quality is terrible and they just want to serve you ASAP and kick you out after your 2 hours slot is done. Total lack of customer service. And the music is so loud you cannot have a normal conversation, not even if you scream at each other.

Waiters are ALL rude!!! The way they look at the guests are exceptionally unwelcoming, giving you attitude, unapproachable and makes you feel uncomfortable!!! Came there to enjoy and have fun but the waiters are giving you the opposite. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR AT ITS BEST!!Deals were good. DJ was great. Table service? Very poor.

Forget about overpriced drinks and food, Hideout is all about creating an exceptional customer experience without leaving you feeling taken advantage of. I genuinely had the feeling that the staff and owner were committed to me enjoying myself and everyone has always gone the extra mile to be friendly and welcoming. Its easy to tell that hideout is a passion project. Also the drumsticks were AMAZING. Cannot emphasize enough how happy i am with the service, the food and the atmosphere.

The Hide is a great steakhouse located in the Al Qasr hotel. It has a very different vibe to the style of the hotel itself - almost a “big city restaurant” feel, with big brown leather booth seating and dark decor. We had dinner at The Hide as part of a stay at Dar Al Masyaf and visited the restaurant on the day it re-opened after COVID-19 closure. Overall, the experience could not be faulted.Bottles of hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes were available on each table and guest seating arrangements adhered to the “social distancing” requirements.

Few times were visit Hideout with a friends. In general Good service and very friendly workers. For sure we will visit again.

Celebrated a friends birthday here yesterday, we all had a great time and Fina was extremely helpful in setting the place up and organizing everything.

Very discriminating place I have ever experienced! We were told to leave within less than 3 hours even though we ordered drinks and some food! My drink was not finished but we were to told leave immediately for the next customer! Only targeting our table but not others! Never go back to this place ever again!!!

I just recently re-discovered this place. Its a really cool chilled out bar. The manager is so friendly and the staff are really attentive too. They have amazing evening brunch deals most days. Much better value for money than any other bar that Ive been to in the Marina.

We were denied entrance because of no reservations, I later called my friend and he spoke to the manager and they agreed to let us in. Service wise its okay wasnt busy night.They have good deals on Mondays for both male and female.Overall experience was average.

All u can drink for 125 with a side of choice of beef/chicken/cauliflower... distancing Norms being maintained but ideal for a group of 6 and not more.. if youre 8 people, you move to another table.. service is pretty good and quick.. the cauliflower teppanyaki was decent... so yeah.. u wanna come here come with 6 o or less.. 80 music .. expect a loud boisterous time.

Ive honestly never been to a bar that has better service than the hideout, the place was full and the average waiting time for each drink was around 3 minutes!! One issue to keep in mind is that the base was extraordinarily loud, so if you’re planning to talk to your friends finish the conversation at the front door.

They have the best manager Hassan who assisted my friend aa she got food reaction after eating their food. He was kind enough to check up on her and gave her a refund....

The vibe was amazing. Especially pre-covid times, the music was top notch and they always have sth going on every week so would recommend to check it out.

So we went in this club last night for a Team Building, we booked for 18person and they gave us 2 separate table and the worst thing is YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAND just to check the our other colleagues in the other table, you cant even dance on your seat. The 2 bouncers are so rude! We also ordered 2 bottles of vodka we didnt finished the other bottle and they dont let us take it home for the very expensive vodka! I will never come back in this place again!

I had my birthday here over the weekend and I will definitely be back again. They organised a cake and balloons and were great. They have great packages on offer and a very good atmosphere.

The tall bouncer with small dreadlock hair style was a nightmare! I am a very regular customer of Hideout and I had so many good nights out their! I like the place, the price is fair and all the servers are very good with great attitude.But that bouncer on the day of July 15, 2021 treat me like some kind of rubbish. He shouted at me infront of many guests at the gate that I am not allowed to get in. And when I ask him why? He kept silent. I asked him again why would he shout at me in front of all those guests and some of them they know me personally, i told him were friends I am here everyday why would you treat me like that he kept silent again Later on he said You guys dont treat us, so I wont treat you well, I dont have a friend who doesnt treat me, if you dont treat me you are not my friend. This is what he said word by word, if their is any CCTV around the gate which can record a voice you can hear that exact words. For real. And after a while I realized the place was full and also our table that we booked for 4 people are already occupied by some other friend of ours. I came to realize this when the manger came and talked to me (by the way he is a great manager, so helpful) and I fully understand him and told him about the bouncer act. And as he was busy he couldnt do anything at the spot.I was stunned by the bouncer behavior and he has no right whatsoever to treat me like this... it was very shamful to be treated like that infront of people whom I know and work together. Very shamful. I felt so bad for really. And I saw he treat some other customers also so badly. What a shame.

Poor service not even 1 star.I was there last week with my friends and we just took the package.As there was no service at the table and my glass was empty I walked to the bar to order but the manager with dreadlocks and glassestold me its not allowed to stand while Im trying to explain myself he called the bouncer and kick me out.I didnt even enjoyed the package which I paid for,anyway money is not the problem next time will go to a better place where they treat guests better and offer personalized service.

Nice venue some good events but 100% the drinks are watered down I cant normally make it past 3 and had about 9 drinks in one night and got myself a, sugar rush at most.

I very rarely go to the effort of doing reviews but the hospitality shown to us should be noted. From the beginning they were so accomadating while we added more and more people to the original booking. The service was excellent on the night, such a reasonable brunch package , my friend wasnt eating meat or drinking alcohol and they were so accomadating by making her a vegetarian platter and offering her mocktails. The offered us a drunch deal after the brunch package was over. Couldnt say anything but positive things. Whoever is over the WhatsApp has the patience of a Saint. Ill be back for sure 👍

The Nigerian Tall bouncer doesnt know his job description at all. Is always behind guests. Feels like a prison whenever I visit with friends. Kindly take him for a training before being exposed to guests. Is very unprofessional rude, aggressive. Other bouncers are really friendly plus all the staffs.

Shoutout to the GM who helped me so much while planning for a birthday. I was way too early bringing things in and she still managed to be so wonderfully accommodating. We had a blast and the music was just right. We will definitely be coming back!!

My experience last night in The Hideout and The House of Queens was pretty bad. I ordered the package of 175 AED, which includes drinks and platter (picture attached), together with my 3 friends who paid the same package. Well, we only had 2 platters. When we asked for the other 2 platters they said no more. The table next to us were 2 people paying the same package and they got 2 platters. Clear robbery! Also, the food was terribly bad and took 1 hour to arrive. And on top of that it was supposed to be a RuPaul DragRace viewing and the sound was bad and not even subtitles. ALL WRONG. It is easy to do things better but all of us we are not coming back again.

What a horrible and super devastating experience I had on this bar!!!First of all the attitude of the bouncer on how they interact with customer by saying you dont look like you have money which makes the environment so bad at all for us. Secondly the black manager who is wearing eyeglasses with dreadlocks doesnt even know how to manage the attitude of the staff instead he tolerates it, He dont even follow the protocol of so called Social Distancing but it seems he is doing social life with his friends that night. This is so bad and If I had only an option of zero I would really love to do that. I will never be back here again and this is banned!
