The most inquisitive restaurant at the pointe palm jumeira, The food never disappoints but neither does the service.Parking Entrance - There is a valet,Friendly professional ,He guided me to the entrance...Reception - Upon arrival at the reception,i was  greeted by Rolena she guided me to my table but nevertheless, the girls were pleasant.Champagne was served at the top floor before dinner. The staff were attentive and friendly. The gentleman who served us, I didn’t take his name unfortunately. He wasn’t tall, had curly hair, and a friendly humorDinner at 9pm, we were welcomed by the pretty Russian lady with low tied  tails and smooth skin, saltana. She was quite attentive, friendly, well spoken. What an awesome server she was!Others worth mentioning were joel and Marina who kept our glasses full all night. Kim was quite kind to give us bag holders which I thought was a great attention to detail. Paul was very attentive and ensured our food was delivered on time. They are the perfect example of what makes a place worthwhile and attracts repeat guests.Saltana, kim, Marina and paul. You represent your brand well and I have no doubt that You are instrumental to the success of the business and are undoubtedly the restaurants dream team. This is a nice steakhouse with an all American bar vibe. Great views, nice atmosphere, excellent service (thank you Maryna) and a good vibe.The food is decent, a little luckster maybe, and a tad pricey for what it is but its reasonable for the location and it is the location you will be here for. Which is a pity because this could be an amazing steakhouse destination for true meatlovers.Plating needs some work to look more upscale and feed the eyes. Hopefully a note to the chef will fix that as the service is really good and our waiting staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful.If youre thinking of going to the Pointe, Id say this is a decent option to go for but just dont expect high end steakhouse food quality (more like between Chillis and TGIs).

We were looking for a pet friendly steakhouse and found this gem! The steak was made to perfection, and very tender. The staff were very friendly and proactive with our pet, we enjoyed our time and will definitely come back. the view was beautiful as well.

We came here for a Friday Christmas day brunch. It was awesome! The mock tails and the fried chicken and waffles are the best items on the menu IMO. The view is also nice but make sure you get a seat with an umbrella. 😎

The quality of Weekend brunch is really good. The view and service are amazing. Everyone was so polite, The Spanish host, the waiters, runners. I can’t wait to come back

My favourite place ! We have now been 4 times in the last 2months for brunch , the food is fantastic and the staff beyond helpful . This is now my go to place as I can guarantee the quality and customer service which is just brilliant, I am never having to ask for a top up of drinks as they are so attentive that they are on it before I need to ask, the have remembered my previous orders and make me feel so welcome whenever I walk in which I like . The food is American style ,the staff will happily add anything you want as nothing is too much trouble, which is a rarity here in the UAE. If you haven’t been add this place to your list . I cannot recommend them enough and so much so am booked up to the 1st of jan 2021 .

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Went for the Saturday brunch which was great, strawberry shortcake was not available which was disappointing but the chicken and waffles was great! Parking is validated too which is a added bonus.

This is a lovely restaurant located on the East side of The Point. Friendly staff, amazing food and a great selection of food and drinks. The indoor section of the restaurant is really trendy and there is a great terrace out the front with views over the fountains. Definitely recommended.

Probably the worst brunch me and my fiancée had in Dubai. I took her to celebrate her birthday today and the place disappointed.Poor selection of drinks, the food arrived cold, found hair in the cake…. Just not the way we expected to be after looking at the previous reviews.At least they have a nice service team working there.

We were one of the few guests.Food Quality: 3/5Ordered caesar salad (was ok, nothing exceptional), wagyu beef tartar (meat wasnt fresh, tasted like it was recently frozen). Coffee was ok, also nothing exceptional.Service: 1/5Quite a poor service. As members of LetsWork (co-working app, which cooperates with this restaurant), we requested for the light to be brighter and music to be less loud - both requests were impolitely denied. A clear priority is given towards regular customers.To sum up: quite saddened with our experience, coming here for the first time, we wont return again.

Wow if you need steak. This is the best place on the Point. 28 day lazy age steak is the best on Menu. So juicy and tender. The view of Atlantis The Palm. Spectacular water fountain show every 30 mins. With outside and inside seating to choose from.

And a filet it was great.

The chicken burger was very good. Crispy on the outside matched with the perfect sauce.The beef burger was also good but slightly thick for my liking giving it a stronger beefy taste as it doesnt get well cooked on the inside. I like my steaks medium but my burgers medium to well or well (I dont always trust minced meat).The place serves alcohol and has a great view.Priced on the higher end for a burger - inline with licenses restaurants.

Very good food and pleasant atmosphere that transported us to North America for a night… Live band on Wednesdays. The view on the Atlantis The Palm at night is the icing on the cake.

Only the view I like to much. The food is over priced and not good at all. Specially the sampler platter was terrible. The nachos with chilli con carne very disgusting, the chicken wings very dry, the meatball also not good taste. Dont ask for this very expensive starter. The burger was good, I really enjoy after the horrible starters, but my side of onion rings, also no taste and no sauce for dipping...

Visited this place while i was at The Pointe. This is located in a absolutely stunning view of Atlantis and the ambience is simply superb for a lovely dinner with the view. Being pretty new it wasnt that crowded. We choose to sit on the first floor with a open terrace which was excellent with the lovely weather. The staff were very friendly and attentive. we started with meat packers sampler which had fried pickles, Nachos, Chicken wings and Meat balls. The service was pretty quick. Chicken wings and Nachos were yum and the rest was good. For the mains we had Grilled chicken half portion with sweet potato fries as side and a Meat packers cheese burger with double beef with a side of ceasar salad. The burger was delicious but would have preferred it to be more juicy as felt a bit dry. Sweet potato fries and Ceasar salad were delectable. Grilled chicken was very good too. Overall a lovely place, excellent service and defnitely can get better on food .

The place is elegant Casual, located in the pointe in front of the large fountain, you can order a very good quality cut and dine while you watch the fountain show, high quality food and it is high priced

The service and atmosphere here was wonderful. The food was okay but nothing that would say I have to go back. My husbands nachos were good but not great, not enough cheese was the biggest part to only make them okay. I am a vegetarian and I was very happy they had a good variety of this. The veggie burger was good but again not good enough to call it great.

Really lovely anniversary dinner, the team were fantastic, incredibly helpful and proactive. Hadn’t been before but will definitely be back, the food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious! Beautiful views over good food. Their steaks are on another level especially the one cooked overnight. Look for Karuna, she’s so welcoming and knowledgable with her recommendations.

A very unique ambiance available at Chicago Meatpackers, service was good and location is very charming looking from their terrace at Atlantis The Palm. Burger was delicious and tasty with very Classic additions Like fried egg and bacon, but the fries require some improvement as it taste little mild on crust surface. But all in all, it’s worth the visit.

From the moment we walked in we were taken care of. To summarise, the staff were fantastic, the food was spot on and the view of the fountain was an added bonus. Thank you to everyone at CMP for cool and chilled experience.

Food is very good, especially the nachos!We went there this afternoon, my wife and 2 small daughters. Portions were great, food quality excellent, view fantastic! I had a very very very small issue, which was not at all the restaurants fault, but the manager helped me out with empathy and understanding of my situation. Thank you.I would 100% recommend eating here. Whether on holiday or living here you wont regret it.

Portion sizes have significantly reduced since my last visit a year ago and paying AED 80 for a fried chicken burger with fries for that small portion size is definitely not worth it now ...

Been there for a team dinner , amazing view of fountain , atlantis . Food was awesome , little expensive (particularly steak) . Their tables are full almost every day so make sure you have an appointment.. excellent customer service

Good place to hangout. I had a brunch with my friends, pleasant place with good menu. Since i am vegetarian, I couldnt try allot of things. I started with biscuit basket, granola bowl and the best breakfast hash without bacon. That was the best egg and vegetarian food i had and was a different experience. Lemonades were good and orange juice was refreshing.My friends had the real fun. They had every single thing in the menu and all enjoyed the food.Must go place, good food, good view, service is superb and good music.

The place has an awesome terrace that has an great view of Atlantis and the sunset in general. The menu doesnt have so many options but has a variety enough to make you wonder. It is a licensed place for those who drink. I ordered a burger and a mocktail and I really enjoyed my meal.

Good choice to have burger and steak in the Pointe, we order their signature cheeseburger and it was tasty, they have two levels we sat in the upper level for the better view, the staff was helpful and served us happily.

It was a really wonderful experience, wonderful service and yummy food, definitely we will enjoy it again with the amazing view and Atmosphere.

Decent food, atmosphere and music ! Honestly though, totally disappointed by the staff. Do NOT go here if youre inviting family or friends because theyre embarrassingly rude. No hi, welcome, nothing at all - after waiting to get someone to come to the table the server literally just says Yeah? As if we were taking away from their precious time with silly customer orders. Ill be coming back with friends next time but never again with guests - its really sad but they cant be trusted to give good service.

I think I came to the restaurant with high expectations, probably I was deceived by the high score in GoogleMaps. The service was subpar, the greeter seemed bothered and didn’t let us feel we are welcomed, usually the greeter will welcome the visitors when they glance on the menu at the entrance but she were looking at us with the side of her eyes, made us feel that we’re not welcomed in the restaurant.We sat on our table and ordered, the server was alright, but the food took very long time to prepare, we ate the wagyu steak and lamb chops as our main, nachos and corn for the appetizers, the food was good, three regular soft drink, the bill came back 700+ AED, comparing the quality of the food to the value, I think it falls behind many restaurants within this price bracket.I wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s better to be avoided.

The restaurant has the look and feel of a franchise operation where the franchise holder is cutting corners in terms of food quality and staff training. It is poor value for money. The good the bad and the ugly follows.The good. The fried chicken (would be better if made with fresh chicken vs.frozen), the bloody maryThe bad. Service, Big push to sell a package. Asked hostess to taste the prosecco before deciding. Follow up request to waiter (Filipino With Attitude) returned a blank No, we do not allow tasting. Thankfully hostess returned with a sample of very sweet prosecco which informed our choice of package (not the mimosa package). Ordered soft poached eggs with the short ribs, they arrived as bullets. Pointed this out to FWA (above) who asked how many new eggs did we need (?), he returned after 10 minutes with the eggs in a bowl. The rest of the short rib dish had been eaten by both diners by this time, but they gamely tackled the dry poached eggs (no hollandaise). The short ribs looked and tasted like shredded braised steak, no hint of a rib on the plate. FWA went back to holding up the door post to the restaurant for the remainder of our meal. The dirty empty plates stayed on the table for 20 minutes until we asked the African waiter from another section to clear.The Ugly. The brunch runs from 11 to 3 with last orders at 245. What this means Im not sure, do they throw you out at 3, we didnt stay to find out. At 215 we ordered another glass of red and white wine, the red wine was heavily oxidised, and the white wine was changed to a very yellow coloured sweet wine. Is it the practise to switch to lower grade drink towards the end of the brunch time? We returned the white wine, and I went to the bar with the oxidised red to complain, a replacement glass was provided from a no label green bottle, clearly decanted from a bulk wine box. At 230 I decided to change to beer, but was told by an Eastern European waitress that I could not have another drink until I finished my red wine! My regret (apart from going there) was leaving a voluntary 10% tip (service not included in the bill), I hope the good African waiter gets his share. Poor value at AED 1300 for 4 people.

0 hospitality 0 managementNo one at the reception...We were two expecting one to join. We walked in and sat after asking on of the waiters if the table is available. He informed yes it is. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to approach us with the menu. A waiter came with the menu and informed us that if we are two only we cannot set on a table for 6. I told him we are three and his colleague assured us that it was available without mentioning that... Then he started asking if we have a reservation. I told him no we walked in. He said no problem.Again the manager Bran approach and he was rude enough to not letting me finish my sentences and mocking me. Without apologizing asking me to move from the table.You ruined my evening. I will never recommend you. I did not have the chance even to think about it.

Lovely spot to cool off, nice view both during the day and at night.Their burger is American standard.Sitting there at night will give you the opportunity to watch the Fountain dance to nice music in the background.

Its been noticed that Ive been going there alot for a drink (PinaColada) or just to chill with my girl. But the only reason why im going there again and again and driving 45 minutes ( from were i live) just for that is because of the wonderful team, staff and runners that really appreciate every person. Friendly Staff, good food and generous portions. We had the 150day Grain Fed fillet and it was very tender and cooked perfectly. Great thing with this restaurant is you can bring your Dog and sit outdoors or upstairs indoors with them.

Great place to take your dog and really nice food. The only busy place on the pointe because of this, atmosphere not ruined by dogs as they are only allowed upstairs. Burger was particularly nice, staff and service friendly.More places in dubai should allow dogs inside!

Nice setting, view of Atlantis and access to the walk, sunset views are amazing.Good steak & drinks. Starter sampler is decent but quite small portions, would share for 2 max.However overall it was quite expensive, they seem to classify themselves as fine dining, but the experience is quite casual...I compare it to Texas Roadhouse rather than The Meat Co., but the price is closer to the latter.

A Great resturant with a view of Atlantis. The food is reasonably priced (unlike other resturants in the city), and delicious. I had a Ribeye and Sticky Toffee bread pudding which was amazing. The staff are nice aswell.

Unfriendly!!! Empty tables but rejected to be seated on a better table. Wouldn’t recommend - better places around at the pointe. Thanks “Dinky” for making this evening a negative experience.

I have been trying to keep silent about this place cause the first time I came here, I was invitedI must say that despite inviting people the bar tender still managed to be rude and arrogant to me while i was ordering. . I have honestly never been treated so badly in a restaurant let alone at an invite... I hope the bartender learns a little bit of hospitality and manners... but who am I to say...All in all i love the fact that they accept dogs... but there is a lot of work to be done regarding the service.We are so spoilt with choices in Dubai that the last thing we need are rude bar tenders or as he claimed to be the manager of the barNever ever coming here again

The venue itself looks great, excellent decor. Unfortunately the service and food were just OK. Some of the steaks we ordered were not cooked as requested. And while we had a really nice hostess, the maitre de was quite argumentative when he brought out our replacement steaks. He kept insisting that nothing was wrong with them and we did not have a clear idea of what we wanted. From a service point of view, this is the wrong approach to take with paying customers esp when your restaurant is practically empty. That was enough for me to drop the rating to 2. The 3 stars, however, acknowledge that the rest of the food was good, and those that received the steaks cooked correctly, were extremely happy with them. Overall, I probably would not recommend the restaurant considering the multitude of options for steakhouses available in Dubai.

The location is very nice, like all the other restaurant at the Pointe, but the food is awful and the service terrible! The steak was over cooked and full of water, fries cold and not crunchy, an hamburger over cooked with a disgusting cheese! The cheesecake has been served with one raspberry and one blackberry on top: both completely frozen!!! The water arrived after 15 minutes even if the restaurant was empty. We’ll never come back

Food is good and so is the service. Staff is always incredibly accommodating and go out of their way to help which, for me, makes up for anything lacking in quality of food which hasnt happened so far. Best thing: for large groups, they can give each person a token number and separate the bill so everyone pays for what they eat and drink. Really solves the ever present problem of someone ordering the most expensive dish on the menu and the other just an appetizer and still having to pay an arm and a leg when the bill is divided up.

Must try the burger there, and I love the fact if you bring your pet you will get additional discount

Amazing service, dog friendly and wonderful casual vibe. I highly recommend this spot especially if you have pets. Its the ONLY outlet that accommodates pets indoors on the upper level!!!! This is the next best outlet first the entirely family.
