A bit expensive, considering its inside the hotel, but a cosy environment if you dont mind being surrounded by a social crowd and a few that start binge drinking pretty early in the day. They open at 12, and serve decent food. Their coffee is machine-made, so not that great. The staff is excellent though (especially Ryan), and so is the service, and you can smoke indoors. They also have free underground parking, a pool table, and a dart board, and do specials on different days of the week (teachers, nurses, hoteliers ... etc).
