Mexican Food is tasty, lights inside is weird and it’s really old inside, like less taken care. Prices are expensive. Couldn’t have tried outside as it was hot.

Went for dinner with friends, but the food and drinks were average and dint really enjoy the place like we used to go before.

The food was amazing! For the starters they bring corn chips with dipping. The portions of the main course were huge, not too spicy just as I like! We had Chato de Pollo (comes with little bowl of rice on a side) and Vegetarian Fajita. For the Fajita they offered sides like rice, beans, guacamole etc, and it was tasty! Service was fast and overall they have a great team there. The atmosphere is good for casual meeting, music is not loud.

One of the best Tex Mex restaurants that have maintained their quality over the years. Its always a pleasure visiting here.

I loved the place. Tex-mex, quesadillas, soups, nachos, vegetarian options too. Wines, beers variety of cocktails and shooters, tequila cocktails, they also provide huge portion of free colorful corn chips and salsa on the table. Menu prices are reasonable. Place has a huge outdoor sitting area. I saw a child chair, so I believe you can come with kids. Latino music. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is huge and usually not very crowded. I recommend if you are looking for something really decent and cozy.

Cactus Jacks restaurant encapsulates all that is great about Mexican Food in Dubai - excellent fare at reasonable prices served in a relaxed atmosphere by very attentive staff is how I would sum up the entire experience. This restaurant is Highly Recommended!

I like the ambience of this place especially the outdoor seating is nice during winter season. The food is pretty decent and tasty too. They got some nice rates for happy hours. I recommend that sometimes they should host some promotions to attract more customers but all in all its a nice place to chill with your friends. They also go shisha by the way which is cool.

This is one of the few places in Dubai that serve good food, drinks, and sheesha all under one roof. They have good Mexican food and drinks. Their sheesha was also good but didnt last very long. We were welcomed with some nachos and Salsa on the table. Here we orderedA. Cactus Jacks Fiesta platter - so this one platter had everything. Jalapeños and cheese nachos, calamari Fritos, veggie quesadilla, beef Taquitos and chicken wings. Served with guacamole and sour cream. Was really good.B. Enchilada con verde - two tortillas rolled around spinach, onions, mushrooms and coated with tomatillo sauce and cheese.

The restaurant is nice. Food is delicious especially the nachos salsa dip.. Stefanny, Filo, and the other male staff (Indian I think) are all accommodating and friendly. Happy on my visit. Will visit again in the near future.

A weird resto bar that has disco lights inside that apparently cant be turned off even if theyre bothering customers. The food is alright, probably the only good part tbh. The drinks are nothing special. Our waitress was really strange where when she was serving food at the table, my friends phone was in the way and she picked it up to move it. My friend then (while laughing) jokingly said you can take my phone or something along those lines, after which she got extremely offended and told him that she wouldnt do that and shes not that kind of person to which he let her know that it was just a joke and also apologised to her. She said it was not right of him to say that to her and she can get her own phone if she needs and doesnt need his. At this point we all let her know that it was just a joke and all apologised to her but she continued to let us know she was offended, continuously dismissed our apologising and said that it wasnt a funny joke before storming off. After this point we got a new waitress for our table and we were glad to because, even if the joke wasnt funny to her, I dont know what more we could have done than apologise to her. Bit of a drama queen and kind of ruined our night. I guess she had a bad day and decided to take it out on her customers :)

The oldest and one of the best Mexican restaurants in Dubai. The food and the service was top notch. We ordered the fajitas (chicken and I asked specially for the fish (not on menu)), beef burrito (asked them to put sliced beef instead of the pulled beef), chicken quesadilla and prawns. Excellent food and the staff was very helpful!

Good time to spend but expensive too, should run promotion. Badly lacking in promotion is the reason for less crowded pleasure environment.

Been coming here since more than 10 years now... And Ive never been disappointed. The food is great..slightly understaffed... But thats okay. The taste of the food makes up for it.

Staff was amazing even though I felt lil rushed but food was worth waiting and portions was just enough. Only the test of Guacamole felt like just avocado with salt and a lots of elements are missing for example the onions, lime etc.., because the lime was served on the side. Gave it 4 stars because it’s worth the experience, I would definitely give another go and I recommend it.

Not to bad. Like most places in Dubai, expect to pay more than you would in the States. Food and atmosphere were good. Ill eat her again for a taste of Mexican abroad.

I just celebrated my birthday tonight here at cactus jacks. The food is good, the ambiance is nice and the service and staff are excellent. This is the place everyone should try.

No one of get you a table when you get in, lack of staff - just two servers managing all indoor tables, no one would even offer a menu for 15 mins since we got the table, food took good 20+ minutes to come. We ended up feeding our hunger on chips & salsa....2 star for service

Last year I was here had a good fajita plate . Returned 2020 ordered the same they give me pico de gallo so small it wont even fill one tortilla and It was tasteless . The chicken and beef tasted a same.Chips where fine.

I have eaten here twice now on two seperate visits to the hotel. The food has been excellent on both occasions. The wings are great, and good value for money, the enchilada was big and tasty, and the signature dish (the name of which I forget) which is like a cross breed of enchilada and quesedilla was also very nice, and spicy to my liking. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Would recommend

Im glad we called for a reservation before we came because they said we couldnt get the discount on a holiday (eid) for ek platinum. Then they said its just 25% not 40%. Eventually they gave in but it was a little difficult to deal with the wait staff when we ordered: burrito came very late, they couldnt answer questions about the menu, etc. We still had fun though.

A nice place where you can eat really well. The staff is very attentive and the audience is a colourful mixture.

Ordered vegetarian Nachos, waited for 30 mins & got served beef nachos, the issue was not in the mistake , which happens, but the casual attitude once we pointed it out ! Ordered again, didn’t get served for 45 minutes and finally got served an incomplete order. Unable to understand a very basic order in English. At a loss for words on what to write for such an experience !
