Not the first, not the second, not the the third. I lost the count of how many times weve been at Black Tap. And still we come back over and over. Epic burger as usual: this time the Texan! Its as big and awesome as a whole meal. Love it. Juicy and tasty. While waiting for it, 2 for 1 happy hour pints of Heineken. What else? My son got the usual Cotton Candy Shake, a monstrosity of shake. He loves it!! Cheers.

The display of the burgers was not appealing at all, even if you go to McDonald its gonna be the same display but the taste of the Burger is nice the only thing that was really appealing on the table and tasted well was the French fries truffle we ordered a kale salad and it was so dry and the chicken didnt have any salt on pepper it was tasteless when you went to order extra sauce they gave us a source that you can use for dipping a meat because it was so solid and it couldnt be seasoned on the salad, We had to go ourselves to seek for The waiter in order to get their attention I even took myself to the counter at the bar and I mixed it with water in order to pour it on top of our salads theyre there were no regular check up on the table and no service recovery done, Nothing to recommend honestly that makes this Place special even the music is so loud that the waiter couldnt even listen to us when we were doing our order and we couldnt give him back when he was repeating the order because he was wearing a double mask and his voice was so low

Had dinner at black tap and ordered mac n cheese, veggie burger, truffle fries and the pepperoni pizza fries. The food was ok overall, the fried mozzarella was really good! The huge milkshakes are interesting.

The juicy Lucy pictured here is not on the regular menu, unfortunately. However Rona whos part of the excellent, attentive and friendly wait staff are there all the time. Cool ambience and a good burger. They just need to step up their bun game.

The black tap is on JBR at Rixos premium. The shakes are amazing but the problem is the whipped cream is more than shake itself so you feel like you are just drinking whipped cream🤦‍♀️. I could not even taste the sweet and salty as the cream took over the shake 😭😭😭😭

The service was so good , we tried the shrimps i give it 7/10And the limited hotdog it was good 6/10The fries was so yummy !The mac and cheese 8/10

We had the most amazing welcome by Seychelles. She greeted us with a warm smile and gave us the best table! She made sure that we were happy and kept coming at our table. The service was outstanding. We had 8 boys and they were allowed to watch the dessert milkshake being made.My son had the best BD BD celebration! Thank you to the entire team, Manilyn , Cecilio and again beautiful Seychelles! We will be back!

I am a big fan of the Back Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes chain. This location is in the Rixos Premium Hotel, JBR. Convenient valet parking directly outside and of course the food is great. One of the best burgers in Dubai and the truffle fries are excellent too!

When I travel around the world I always try the best burger place in town. I must say this is in my top 3 list. Home made buns and sauces, high quality beef, inspiring variations of burger types and one of a kind shakes... lol The only thing they need to change is to use home made fries instate of frozen.

Black Tap scores high on my list of places to visit. The urban vibe is nailed at this semi-sports bar. Their specialisation are their burgers but they do so much so good its hard to suggest any one thing.Most recently I had their buttermilk chicken burger, truffle fries, sweet potato fries and the impossible burger (vegetarian).The chicken was juicy and the batter was crunchy. The Korean bbq sauce gave the perfect added touch to the house made Cole slaw. The truffle fries were perfectly seasoned and covered in parmesan cheese.The impossible burger is cooked to spec since it looks so similar to meat. My wife gets it every time we go. Juicy, succulent, and exactly like meat.A must go to location to chill and have a burger and beer.

Nothing extraordinary. We took 99dhs truffle burgers and extra fries (you have to pay extra for these!), also sweet potato fries which were nice. The burgers were overcooked and no truffle flavour. The truffle flavour was stronger in the mayo for chips. We might go back as we are staying in the same building but we will take only a regular burger next time (half the price I believe).

I thought I wouldnt like it initially as its rare to get a good burger in Singapore & I thought because of the location the price would be astronomical to boot. I was wrong about the burger - it was amazing ! I ordered the Texan Burger. The beef was tender & the bacon was crispy. Im not usually a fan of BBQ sauce but this one was unreal ! I was blown away!! Only things I would change would be the mayo on the bun, instead of on the side. Also, why only craft beers. Would much rather a known favorite than taking a chance on a beer I dont know. The prices are definitely expensive but I guess in Singapore & especially around the MBS its to be expected. Cant wait to return to try a different burger.

I super particular about my burgers, and this place did not disappoint!!!! We ordered one of their award winning burgers and their cotton candy shakes. Call ahead if you have a specific shake in mind, as some ingredients they may not have available. We will surely return.

The Cuban Burger was a delight with a good blend of flavor and sauce with delicious thick patty. The Banana Chocolate Shake was also a good blend of happiness for a cheat Day! Good Ambience too for the place.

Black Tap has been my favorite since 2014. Their premium ingredients makes it a top quality craft shakes. I tried The Cotton Candy craft shake as suggested from the staff and trust me they made it with all love. Outer decorated gems were really good.Outlet ambiance has that vibe. Overall it was worth sitting and sipping.A must visit if youre in Dubai or planning it soon.

Not just for carnivores! Two veggie burger options (both excellent) and I loved the crispy brussels sprouts starter. Their famous milk shakes taste as incredible as they look, and theres a vegan shake, too!!! Giving 4 stars because it is pricey and the only water available is the expensive imported stuff... kids menu has reasonable prices and portions, though. Fast service, fun music and decor. Overall, loved the place and we will be back!

It not worthy the quality for that price. The burger was bigger and comes before with the fries, now you have to pay it separately and the shake is pure sugar, only to show off. Dont spend your money there. You can go to other places to have a proper burger. Remember parking its not free after you hug bill you need to add another $ for parking.

This place is actually good. Interior design is simple but trendy. staff are amazing and service is fast. Prices for the drinks are average or reasonable. In terms it depends on what youre getting. the one i had is 75aed chicken and sweet potato fries. its enough for 2 people to share. I find the burgers to be on the expensive side. all in all the experience is good. ambiance is great. will definitely come back again

Service was terrible, waiter forgot about us multiple times. A burger and a salad took almost an hour to come and the burger was well done even though he asked me if I wanted it medium, the meat was a bit burned but it wasn’t the wordt burger I had. Salad was okay. But both burger and salad were overpriced. Do not recommend. Much better burgers around JBR.

Expensive and bland.Sadly the vegan black bean burger wasn’t worth the AED69 as it lacked flavour and seasoning. The falafel burger was also similarly bland and dry. Brussel sprouts were very oily.Best bit was the fries but these were also underwhelming (and aren’t included in the price of the burger).Sadly the service wasn’t great either as it was slow and our waiter never returned with the vegan mayo we asked for.If you’re veggie/vegan then I would avoid this place! Would not return.

First time to this black tap location I’ve been to the one in New York but first time to the one in Dubai! I like the location how it’s close to the beach and shopping! I ordered the burger and sweet potato fries it was good! My fav was the cinnamon churro milkshake!

It’s One of my favorite burgers in Dubai.our order ..-the all American burger with sweet potato ...Classic delicious burger fresh beef and veggies with American cheese .-the Greg Norman burger with fries ...Wagyu beef with blue cheese.It was delicious I would recommend it .

This is my views just on this store not on every one as I am a huge fan of the New York restaurants. Strangely as Dubai tends to do just about everything better than NYC.Shakes equally as fantastic I would 100% go just for how good the shakes are.Burger would described as over cooked as we asked for medium rare. For some reason toppings seemed lack lustre compared to previously. Now don’t get me wrong it was still delicious but for the price I do expect a lot better, it could just be penalised for a bad currency conversion though I speak in comparison to other burger places in Dubai.But, shakes are just really that gooooddddd.

Venue has a nice vibe too it, especially at night time. Good range of burgers, good size and tasty. Tried the Pina Colada mocktail and loved it. Wish I tried the milkshakes, but didnt have room for it!

Its also a bar.. and a sports bar when a football game is on.. the ambiance is amazing (good for big groups) and the staff are just friendly and helpful..Now to the menu.. lots of options for starters as well as burgers.. I tried the Pear Bacon Jam Burger based on the waitress recommendation.. And it was a piece of heaven! Juicy.. tasty .. with a touch of fusion!

Located in Rixos JBR .... Black Tap is one phenomenal place that was hyped to the extent of me going like “What is up with this place?”Well their signature shakes is what’s up! The ambiance is amazing and they have a wide variety of food as well. My favorite was the cookie crumble. It definitely is a must try! Can’t wait to visit this fabulous place again.

Visited black tap on the occasion of Christmas. I had heard of their monstrous shakes and was quite tempted to try them. The place was good,very lively. Service was great. We received beautifully decorated and yummy shakes. The one star less is for seating arrangement for non-alcoholics on the outside. You would probably freeze to death on a cold winter evening if you were to sit out.

A nice simple restaurant with, good easy food. Good service of the staff. Can be difficult to find parking around it Thursdays and Fridays.Its not possible to book table.. if the restaurant is full they can call you...

I am a huge fan of burgers and I can give this place easily one of the top 5 burgers I ever tried! The place is cool, clean and has a great ambiance. Service is second to none, and the burger is super tasty! You can smell and taste the ingredients freshness and everything is done towards perfection. Now regarding the pricing, it is not cheap but I believe it is totally worth every penny. Will come again for sure 👍🏻

This place is amazing. I live in JBR and have been to been to many bars and restaurants but something keeps me coming back to this place. The friendliness of the staff is like anywhere else in Dubai, the food is really good and the selection of craft beers is unique in Dubai. If you do like I do, and start coming here, youll find yourself coming back again and again. A big shout out to Eddie, Shyam and the Manager Carlo, who go over and beyond to make sure every visit here is memorable. Experience it for yourself and I guarantee you wont be disappointed. I was very upset with their services and management which I feel is the main thing in a restaurant.I had gone with friends for some drinks but they were so rude. Without asking us they offer us complimentary single shot were as we were having double. After giving that dongle shot they staff comes can tell us the manger has not allowed so I will charge you for this.We returned the shots and had something else.They dont even feel the need to inform us about their last order? Were they suppose to??? Bcoz I have always went there at day time so I had no idea about whT time they are closing. They just gave us the bill directly how rude is that???Please improve your management and service
