The stay is pleasant and the staff very welcoming, especially Mademoiselle Raizel. On the 23rd floor, you can contemplate a magnificent view of Dubai. Minoli, her female barmaid colleague, mister kenyan boy, and Mr. Love at the 23rd floor reception are really nice and attentive. On the other hand there is a slightly older waiter who was on duty on September 19, 2021, he should quickly retire because not welcoming at all, nonchalant and transmitting no sympathy. However, it is still interesting to take a walk and have a drink on the 23rd floor. In my opinion, you dont need to display your status (diamond or not) to be treated well, and the nice agents understood that. Not the last.I recommend you to visit the Movenpick plaza media city. it is great, the quality of the food, cocktails on the 23rd floor the service is overall top.. i liked it. 🥰

Very exciting place to enjoy with friends and family with a good drinks deals and food was ok but not in a good portions compared with price and service was good Even the hostess was very nice kind to give a table outside and drinks was quick and literally we order only snacks for some bites and the only thing disappointed with the food was portions and quality. Covid regulations are highly maintained with all the team and great place with stunning views and perfect evenings with great views are here in this venue. Best to grab the deals with happy hour as well with a unique pricing 23. Which is pretty cool. Ambiance is great. Bar is fully filled with lot of positive and enjoyable vibes and views. Mainly the entrance wow. Great to take pictures and stuff. Presentation of food was great as well. Always mask on signs in every area and safely maintained. Good work team.

Nice, quiet.with amazing views on the left wing overlooking Palm Jumeirah. The discount parts are actually quite interesting...Happy hours from 4.23 till 7.23...beers at 23 bucks and food at 23% discount makes it reasonable and pocket friendly

Very nice hospitable staff. The view is just spectacular. The food is good to taste and nicely presented. We had two cocktails which was custom made according to what you prefer. Samosa were nice. And I got chicken bun which was very tasty. Nice decor.

An amazing rooftop lounge with great food and a DJ that spins chill light music, not too loud, so you can hold a conversation. The ambiance is incredible and worth a visit during the week. They also serve a nice shisha. The prices are not expensive either and are on entertainer. A nice spot in knowledge village and lots of basement parking. Will be coming back!

View is amazing but food quantity is very small

Average Ambiance, watered down drinks, if they don’t cheat you in the first place… we had two orders with single shot, and one, the more expensive one was poured at half size of the other one.Dismissing the volume discrepancy, I’ve never had scotch taste like water anywhere in the world.. not even the smoothest & oldest barrels.

Always one of my fav hh spots for 35 double shot drinks from 4 to 7pm... Great view, staff service hit and miss... Music gets better after 6pm...

Location and view is amazing.The menu is not so strong, but you will enjoy the experience as staff is really professional and nice. Vallet parking available, or you can park in the basement without any charge. I advice to make an advance booking if you smoke, most of the seats are taken during the evenings.

Lovely view from the outside bar. Not that crowded (late july, saturday), with various range of drinks. Blue lights create an atmosphere but on the other hand, dont looks great on pictures.

Had grt expectations from the reviews but was so disappointed. We ended up leaving after only 1 drink & going to a different venue for the evening.Poor customer service: waiter rarely checked on us or our order, no napkins or tissues on table, Menu for food & drink was v limited, the food we ordered was too salty & had a weird after taste, drinks were weak, flavorless & watered down. I had just a rum/coke and when I received it, the ice had already melted so the rum was ruined from sitting in the ice water. How can anyone ruin such a simple drink & still have the nerve to serve it to customers. My friends had similar problems with their drinks as well.Seating was wet & uncomfortable due to width between the cushions & table, music was so low & seemed to only play on the inside with little to no sound being heard outside on the balconies.Place really falls below expectations, such a disappointing evening.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Always ready to help and assist. Either you need a drink or a lighter, they always try to keep an eye. Ambience of the place is very pleasant, good for communication & relax, very proper lighting. But seating places are not convenient enough.____ 🔹 Music & Entertainment. During a week there are no any entertainments. Music is not very appealing and doesn’t match with the place. Tuesday- ladies night. 2 free drinks for a lady and a drink for a man. Unusual. Live Latino music. The good thing, they combine old & new sounds, which makes it very attractive & moving your body. If they would add some light to the stage and singers, it would be perfect.____ 🔹 Location & Parking. Location is good but difficult to find the way. Use GPS )) also, if you go back home by taxi, you won’t find any downstairs. UBER won’t help hhh ask staff to assist you.____ 🔹 Rating. 4 out of 5.___I liked the place. We (unintendedly) went here during ladies night. There was nice music and an even better atmosphere there. Staff was very nice and polite and the snacks and drinks were great.If youre anywhere close, go here for a drink a great ocean view!

We had a positive experience in this bar. First the food is delicious, the drinks are amazing. I tried a new beer that i didnt drink before, but i didnt like, and when i informed them that i didnt like the taste they removed it from my bill.

The environment is excellentthe salmon fish was old. extremely tast bad. they should not survive rotten fish. I ate few spoon then left it

Bellow expectations.Non-alcoholic cocktails were really low level and the happy hour bears are about to expire. Ordered both kinds of beer, but the taste almost disappeared which made me check the expiration date.If they would improve the products and offer better value I might consider coming again as the view is interesting.

I think the Spacd is Fantastic, a great vibe and ambiance. The Team were really friendly, but just all over the place and the food really lacked consistency. I ordered 3 portions of chicken wings and all 3 were so so different, 1 portion extremely spicy, (which were full of flavour and really delicious) then 2nd portion just taste of Salt were not great and the 3 portion were just friend wings and didnt taste like they had any seasoning... I ordered 2 sheishas, 1 came in maybe 5 mins the 2nd I had to ask for a further 3 times and then waited roughly 45 minutes for it to come. (Was a fantastic sheisha when it did arrive). The cocktails however, amazing there were made by someone who takes the job seriously, some of the best cocktails I have had in Dubai. So for a relatively expensive visit there really were some low points. Defo worth a visit for Sheisha and Drinks though. Inwill certainly give it a 2nd visit to see if they can make up for it.

Have been to this place twice. First time was pretty chill. Second time was a disaster. Table for 4 was given away since we were 5 min late. Another group came after us, more than 5 people. They also lost their table. But after one member from their party yelled and almost started a fight with one of their employees, they were allowed in. We were patient, said that they would try their best to fit us in, then said sorry, you won’t be getting i tonight after the aforementioned fiasco. Bottom line, there are better places to go for bad music and average cocktails in Dubai.

The food options are not too varied and very expensive. The Happy hours are good. For the rooftop view, you need to reserve the place in advance. It is a nice place to chill.

Brunch was magnificent. slight wait on ordering however overall food was delicious and pricing for brunch extremely good value for money. would highly recommend

If is impossible to reach this place. their line always busy or they will jist ignore your call. I have been to this place before and i liked their food, but the husstle to make a reservation makes it a bad choice for those who wanna plan things well ahead.***Update after my last year visit.They have changed the menu and now the food options are limited and boring, Drinks taste old and bad. Very bad experience and we left in just 40 minutes. Waste of time and money. Highly not recommanded

+ Interesting concept (23rd floor, etc.) .- Service is slow (order at the bar if you want your drinks ready in a reasonable amount of time) & music is too loud.- The terrace was windy and the indoor seating is placed between 2 open doors (grab your jacket if youre visiting during winter - they do have blankets but with the slowness of the service...)- Offers are not clearly explained to customers prior to ordering - employees are not really interested in explaining them even when generating the bill - read the fine print before going there to make sure they dont ruin your experience.
