My second visit because one is not enough...took the Refrescante package ...the traditional one with 18 cuts of churrascaria .. completely most of it ..ate what I liked ..enjoyed it and forgot to take pics..Ended on a sweet note 🍰

A great Churrascaria experience made value for money when using ‘Groupon’ or ‘Etisalat Smiles’. Good selection of cuts of meat. Salad bar was good, service good. Place is a bit dark and dingy. With distance between tables due to Covid, the atmosphere is not the greatest. As it is part of the Crowne Plaza hotel, Valet parking makes it easy and bar available for those that drink.

I celebrated my birthday in Chamas and it’s been a beautiful and memorable experience. Andrew,Noranin, Atul, Sunil and Uday displayed great customer service skills and made sure that nothing was missing, they have surprised me with a birthday cake by the end of the evening, really pleasant gesture. The background music and ambiance is great too, food was delicious. We will definitely go back soon!

The food was excellent hot and juicy, meat never stop coming to our table, Amazing experience specially the service from smiling Waitresses.. You will never go home without being full. Actually its a good food and a good restaurant atmosphere but you will face a bad time to find the parking and to deal with the security guy, He followed us as a suspicious persons to the hotels lobby calling other to verify that we are a restaurant guests!

A typical Brazilian Steak House experience however they do have the best capirinha in Dubai hands down. When I want to have a dinner with drinks this is my go to.

AC was not working and they refused to allow us to use our discount card. On top of that the manager was rude and said our reviews don’t matter and was unapologetic in the way he dealt with the situation. We came to celebrate a special occasion but it was ruined by the bad facilities. If there was 0 starts i would’ve rated it at that.

It was a great experience, specially celebrating my brosters birthday at their restaurant. I was surprised when they gave a surprise birthday cake for her. It was really a touching moment. Very delicious food and excellent service. This is a Brazilian style sit at your own table and get served bbq concept with a lot of different cuts of meat served as much as you can eat. Definitely recommended 👌🏻!

The experience was poor. The meat was chewy and the buffet was limited, and the price was terribly exaggerated. Save your money and time and there are other great Brazilian style restaurants in Dubai.

Chamas is good place to enjoy the evening! Especially for meat lovers! Live music even on Monday, and delicious food! Convenient location in Crowne Plaza hotel as a bonus. Meat was well prepared and served traditionally on a stick. There is many options of meat - Beef, Veal, Lamb, Chicken,...and a lot of starters and appetizers as a buffet style. There is unlimited Caipirinha when you choose the package with alcohol. Staff is helpful and pay attention to your empty glass - brings another drink in a second!

Way too expensive for what you get. They charge you 299 but if u want the alcohol package which is 450 they charge you the difference so its 299 + 149... this way when u go to use entertainer they only comp you 299!! For 3 ppl we had 2 alcohol packages non bubble and 1 fountain drink package and we were charged 1050 aed and that included the 299 discount for entertainer! Total scam especially when theres so many Brazilian restaurants like this.

Great experience. We went on a Tuesday night and there was live music. Good meat cuts came non-stop to our table, as long as the green coasters where facing up :) Super tasty and warm pao de queijo replenished constantly.Smallest churros Ive ever seen, but yummy and nicely presented.Waiter engaged in polite conversation and manager came to check on us as well.Recommended!

Not a typical modern Dubai restaurant in terms of design, entertainment and crowd. Located at Crowne Plaze, one of the oldest hotels on Sheikh Zayed road this place could easily be a set for the Syriana, the movie. A walk through makes one realize you are in a quickly disappearing Dubai that fortunately still exists with all the glorious memories of the past and elements of décor from the 80s. Think vintage furniture coated in fading gold, shiny lamps radiating dimmed yellow light, lots of glass and fabrics in reddish brown tons.The same tendencies are applicable to the restaurant. There is live entertainment represented by a Latin band on Thursdays and as described to me: “not to be missed dancers” on Wednesdays. While we were munching on bits and pieces, a very engaging soloist in a tight outfit kept the good vibes going by roaming around tables, dancing, clapping and pointing her mic at amused diners. A total contrast to the recent trend of nodding unnoticeably or granting a rather lost in space smile from entertainers.The restaurant looked fully booked with quite a few birthdays parties easily identified by the hanging in the balloons. The bar, slightly hidden on the left, would go completely unnoticed if not for the crowd. A conversation in a further corner repeatedly featured words like gold, diamonds, diamonds and gold, several charismatic looking men slowly smoked away their business deal right in the middle of the lounge, a bored expat in transition from an oil field somewhere in the middle east looked for a company before his flight back home, as well and us shaking the settled atmosphere with giggles and camera flashes.The Chamas dinner concept is simple. Unlimited appetisers, sides and desserts from the ready-to-go buffet accompanied by BBQ mains served to the table. The selection of beverages depended on the chosen package; a deal we are so used to in the UAE. Once a guests flips coasters from one side to another, the staff receives the signal to start serving. That was my favourite part of the evening. Timed as a carousel where one offer quickly replaces another leaving you with an overwhelmingly full plate of delicious bits and cuts.

Chamas is very welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit , the food was amazing and Monzir was very welcoming , cooperative and he was all the time making sure that we are happy and every thing is fine. They also played with the kids. The music was nice and not very high so you can have a tasty dinner with conversation.Really recommended.

A 19 minute carnaval festival / scam.We were impressed by all the promotions for a carnaval themed night with live shows. We decided to join on 29/02 with the intention to enjoy a Carnaval themed night with dansers and live band. We came around 7.30pm, to learn that the show starts at 8pm. At around that time two (not 3) dancers showed up and disappeared again 12 minutes later. We got informed the next show would be at 9pm....live band left the podium at 8.45pm...the next show started 9pm and was exactly 7min(!), while the live band took a 45 min break.Food is OK, service is good, but the show and live band are a scam. Overall too expensive and not worth your money.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience of Chamas at the Crowne Plaza overall. We took the caipirinha package to include the Brazilian cocktail. Initially the various varieties of meats and other foods were brought round quite frequently, but we had to ask every time for refills of our drinks (of which we only had 5 of these short style drinks during our 3 hour dining) and after only a couple of other tables had been seated, had to ask for food too despite their green card/red card system (to indicate whether you wanted the staff to stop with food as they pass around the restaurant). This was disappointing and annoying, because they passed right by our table frequently, without checking or asking us if we wanted anything. I realised towards the end that all other tables had tortilla type crisps with dips which we were not offered.
