Was referred to RPM bikes to do a custom paint job for a mountain bike. I was initially a bit sceptic at first but u have to say Muhib and his team did a great job and it turned out much better than I had expected. Thank you RPM bikes for your support and great work.

Worst possible place you could go for motorcycle repairs. Complete disregard of vehicles kept in their care and no value at all for words given to customers. I have known them for about 13 years and never heard one good opinion. Had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with them recently (as much as I didnt want to). The bike had to be given to them for only for damage estimation as they were the insurance company garage so I had no choice. The bike was given ONLY for damage estimation and they still managed to drop it an cause more damage than there already was due to the accident and honestly I was not even surprised. The owner tried to deny it but paint marks from the rack it was dropped on were very obvious. I was given all possible promises to provide a replacement fairing and as soon as I left the garage both the owner and the manager started ignoring my calls. Went back couple of times and more false promises, ignored calls and no response. Obviously it was pointless and that was exactly what they wanted. Absolutely pathetic! I hope Noone would have the luck of dealing with them. And it wasnt just me. There have been countless such bad experinced with them all through the motorcycling community, so dont expect any different.

Very bad service, they repaired my bike and never did the job properly, they painted it 7 times just to get it remotely right. They never answer the phone , and job was very bad. The fender has a hole that only God knows how or why was made. Wouldve given them zero stars if i could.

Seemed like a good place and service was quick but then had hidden charges in the invoice. Not helpful in solving the problem. Too many other bike shops in Dubai.

RPM BIKES was personable and helpful when discussing the best bikes to hire. On the day the bikes were great and did not let us down. All round great service!

Terrible customer service, organization and overall customer care. I provided them with an item to fix and after a few weeks I had to follow-up with them to check the progress only to find out they did not know where the item was. The only thing this place is good for is ignoring your phone calls. Would recommend staying away from this place.

Bad experince people with mechanical + electrical part of the bike . Got my bike after 7 months of repairing and still there are alot of things are not repaired well so each week i resend it to them to repair it . In addition to that staff dont care about you as customer they dont .

You will spend years calling them with no answerThey estimated the parts needed for my bike with an amount about double what the agency ask ! And they needed a 30 to 60 days to get the parts while the agency took only 12 days !!!No honesty all lies and whenever u argue with them they will just keep telling u about how many bikes they done before although i think its noneUnless u want to forget about ur bike for months and u really have extra money u dnt knw where to waste it ... just run whenever u hear this garage name !
