Excellent and quick service by the staff at Rosso. Friendly and gave me good advise not to replace the original shifter since it was functioning properly. The rates are reasonable as well. I got my sons bike fixed which had a broken brake lever in quickest time.Perfect LBS (Local Bike Shop)to say. Keep up the good service!

Small place with big customer focus. Has wide range of new and used bikes. Tell your specs and they will find what u want. Good skilled technicians. Never tries to rip u off. They suggest what is necessary. Reasonably priced.

Bought a Japanese bike for a reasonable price. And i cant complain. With its price point the bike was amazing. Also the staffs are very friendly specially yulia. She was very helpful and jolly. Best part is, they are giving me warranty. Excellent customer service indeed. Will be back surely to upgrade my bike.

Been there for buying two bikes. One of them having loose headset and I fall because of that. Staff was not friendly and loose customers..

So we discovered this shop by fluke really. Was out looking for an older bike shop to repair two old tires, which later we found out the tubes burst. Popped onto Google Maps and lo and behold Rosso was just within 10 minutes. Met Yuliya who was extremely helpful. Took a look at our bicycle and gave us really competitive price for the replacement and service for two bicycle tubes. Bubbly personality and Im glad to see her passion catalyzed the start of this establishment. Anyone needing simple bicycle repair or servicing do give her a shot. Ill definitely be back to service my other bike.
