They offer the best service in town for bike fittings. Went through the trouble of going to multiple places but was then referred to this outlet by a friend. It was definitely worth it.

The showroom assistants (two philippine guys) are the most passive aggressive beside almost greeting me when i entered, I requested a specific tube size it was written on a paper that i handed to one of them. They gave me of course the wrong number so i had to refund it after 5 minutes form buying it, they didnt have cash (43 AED one) and the failed to cancel the transaction so they asked me to come back the next day for a refund because the assistant doesnt know how to use the machine. I wont recommend it as it is pricey place you can go the one next door it is cheaper nicer and the staff are polite.

Amazing Service and prices are way better than other bike shops and highly skilled staff that helped me setup my bike to perfection. Will definately deal again with you guys.

Been coming to this shop often in the past but lately had a really bad experience with the integrity of the staff. Their boss was kind and tried to help but none of the problems I faced would have happened if the staff were more mindful and organized.
