They tick all the boxes (tasty food, choices & variety, affordable prices, and great service & staff).Dined here with a friend, we enjoyed our lunch. Cycle Hub takes customer service to the next level. I booked a basic fitting session. The shop assembled my bike free of cost which is usually an extra charge in most other bike shops.Kostya one of the bike experts in the shop took care of my fitting session. Perhaps one of the most passionate people Ive met. He checked everything that could impact comfort and race performance. Which was beyond the basic service that I paid for.Then helped me find a trainer and walked me through how to set it up. Once home I had trouble remembering how to do it. So he jumped on a call with me and stayed until I managed to properly set it up.Overall, best prices and best customer service. Highly recommend it.

Great bike place with great people to talk about not only selling. It was my first visit and I really impressed the way they deal with customers. I asked a simple question for a bike component and it took a very long and very informative discussion on cycling. Thanks to Abdallah for his attention and knowledge on cycling. The place is well organized, clean and you can easily find cycling items you need. Though some items in the Cycle Hub are expensive, others are quite expensive, that is because their product quality is good and would definitely give you excellent performance. I love their cycling kit (cycling jerseys and bib shorts). I am a first time cyclist (newbie) and I like the service I am getting from The Cycle Hub. The staff are friendly, very attentive and would recommend cycling items that are suitable for you. The Hub, also has mechanics who fix, clean and check bikes conditions before and after use. Moreover, they have bike rentals for those who want to rent only. Today I am very upset and frustrated because I have problems with one of the accessories I bought from The Cycle Hub. I got the knog OI bicycle bell and with all the bicycle tools I have at home I am unable to install this bell!!!! ???? I called the shop and talked to a lady. She immediately proposed that I can come with my bike and they will help me. That is nice but in my case I can not simply take my bicycle (it does not fit into my car. I have to remove the front wheel ... etc ....) and drop simply by at their store again just to install a bicycle bell!!!!! Yes, if I have a big issue I do that, but hey, I am talking about a bicycle bell which is one of the most easiest thing to do!!!! Not if you have a bell from knog! In my 20+ years of mountain bike cycling (in many part of the world) I never ever had issues with my bicycle tools (tool kit). It always did what it supposed to do. I explained all that to the lady and I asked if I can return the bell and get a refund. The lady then made sure I can and also told me in case I paid with credit card need to pay the service fees. I am still very frustrated. Now I also have to bear some additional cost (very little, but it all sums up... all the time I spent... driving from Silicon Oasis to Motor City ...etc ...etc...etc... and I do not have a bell after all this frustrating efforts). The solution would have been easy -> when I bought the bell, the sales person could have mentioned to me that the installing of the bell is special. I still do not know how it is to be installed (ridiculous. A bicycle bell!). My rating here is done while I am still very, very, very frustrated. Also the lady hung up very quickly and I had the impression she is happy to end this conversation. Which I understand - haha - I was not a happy customer on the phone and simply frustrated and the solution to drop by at the shop with my bicycle and help me with the bell .... that made me more .... upset ... as if people can easily drop by with their bicycles ... (to be fair .. some maybe can ....but in my case .... no ... it is far away ... it is simply a (high priced but stylish) bicycle bell... Why do I need special tools to install???? The sales person yesterday was asking what bicycle I have ... but did not mention that it is tricky (or not????) to install the bell. Uff. Long story!- >I watched the instructional video on YouTube! There is one very precisely described (!) and found out that the hex is included in the box! But... now next problem is that I would need a small Oi bell... large does not match my handle bar... Specialized Chisel 2017....> I stopped by again at The Cycle Hub. I again explained two times (2 different persons) what the problem is. At least I got the small sized bell. But my experience is still frustrating. It would have been nice if I would habe been offered - kind of compensation - i.e. a free coffee or tea (while waiting..).

Great place for everything cycle related. Extremely helpful and always welcoming even if one doesnt buy anything from them! Special shout out to kostya and almir who helped me finalise my road bike purchase and also helped me fit it to my car bike carrier which was not bought from them. They are extremely knowledgeable and do not push any purchases on you.

I LOVE this place. Bought my first bike here 5 years ago and Ive been going back ever since. I only go to other bike shops if its out of stock at Cycle Hub. In the last 5 years, Ive also bought my helmet, spare tubes, pedal cleats, power meter and second bike from here.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, prices are competitive and huge selection of cycling stuff. Oh and they stock Specialized bikes which are some of the best and most beautiful bikes you can find.

This is a busy place that has a great team. Louise was so eager to help and to follow up with all the cycling clothing I tried. Martin was really helpful with selling and recommending a cassette for my indoor trainer. The technical team is awesome. The marketing manager was also there to take comments and feedback from customers

I asked for offers from two separate bike rentals in Dubai.Antonina from the The Cycle Hub was quick to respond and clear up all questions.Rented a Tarmac SL6 for a week and had great riding experience with the local crews.Almir helped connecting with the local team rides and also got my wife to try out the electric Turbo Creo SL, which as a novice rider, she absolutely loved. Great service, a friendly team and a nice cafe on site to refuel post rides.

The Cycle Hub, an all-around modern bicycle store that also works as a café. They have all sorts of branded kids’, road and mountain bikes and accessories along with servicing.

Went there looking for information about where to cycle in Dubai or if there were any groups that cycled regularly. I met this guy Martin who worked there who was really friendly and welcoming and told me everything I needed to know ... 5 star service!

Have alot of variety of bikes with an array of segments in designs.Nice ambience & interior designs, very much cooperative staffs both front office and Cafe staffs...BTW Nice food too...neat and tidy..

The shop is good. The items is good. But nobody treat me even ask me. I am just hanging around alone almost 30minutes there. So i decide to left the shop.

These guys and girls will literally run the extra mile for you. We visited this weekend along with so many other customers. I’ve never seen such a busy shop but It was clear to see that the staff were willing to help everyone.There was a nice selection of bikes and products from beginners right up to professional. A true bike shop for all cyclist.

I went to the new one in Jumeirah and Rafa took care of me, he took the time to explain me about the service that I was paying for, he showed me the new shop and even took the time to help me out with the right posture and seat high/angle, in order to be comfortable.Highly recommended, definitely will go back! 👍

Very professional staff namely Almier, Haydarah and JR.... They wait at the entrance and dont leave u untill very satisfied.... All parts of my bike were readily available off the shelf. When I later on wanted to have the bike fitted professionally, JR spent more than half an hour adjusting....So happy doing business with the cycle hub team 👍

I cant believe the unprofessional-snobish attitude of the staff there. I went inside to ask about bikes and most of the staff were free but no one wanted to attend me at all and you will have to beg them for help. Such a terrible place to visit. I would never recommend anyone to buy from there.

Went there today with a doubt because the person on the phone wasnt very at all convincing but the once i got there the service was exceptional. Not with one person but you can tell its the culture kind of. I recommend this place to anyone . Apart from the place being organized you feel very taken care of.

Such a terrible service. I went to replace my bike tyre inner tube and everything was fine. They charged me aed 60 for the tube replacement which is fine. 3 days later while riding my tyre went completely flat and when I removed the outer tyre to check I found out that they havent repaired or replaced the tube or anything. They have just filled it with air and gave it to me. Such a terrible experience. Deffo not recommended.

One of the best, if not the best bicycle shop in Dubai. Great selection of bicycles and accessories and the knowledgeable staff takes time to answer any questions and can help brushing up your cycling knowledge. The place has a spacious layout and also has a cafe inside with a decent and healthy selection of food

I havent experienced this kind of racism in Dubai for a while now and wasnt thinking that in a time of Covid19 I would even have to face it.I called ahead of time to check if the shop was open and i was told it would close at 8.00PM. I reached the shop at 07.20 and noticed few staff around. I thought that since they were close to thier closing time no one was attending to us. I even reached out to the the staff at the counter who seemed absolutely disinterested. My husband and I eventually decided to leave and return the next day at an earlier hour. As we were walking to the door, a European gentleman walked through the door in front of us and i saw two staff behind us walk to the door and ask if they could assist him. Coincidence, I think not!

Cool bike shop with professional service. Bike hire, bikes, apparel, accessories and workshop service - everything is here. These guys really know and love what they do.

We came here for breakfast thinking that it was a healthy option... however while every dishes have a healthy component its certainly not clean eating. They claim that their food is all gluten free and no sugar is used which is true and the reason that brought is here. However I struggled to find a fully clean dish. I ordered a dish with sauteed kale(good, although you loose some nutrients when you sautee) free range poached eggs (good), gluten free muffin (nice), smoked salmon (not so good), with hollandaise sauce on top(which is basically egg whites and ghee - really bad). Thankfully I asked for the sauce to be on the side. The other dish had a huge stack of beef bacon which was way too much considering its all processed meat.A nice place perhaps if you need some extra energy before/after a long bike ride but I wouldnt exactly call it clean eating.I did like the coffee with the almond milk option. A nice twist. The eating area is also quite nice and comfortable with magazines available to read.

Very good customer service to all the limits, & very patient employees too. They definitely understand your confusion & assist you to the last moment to make your decision. For the pro bikes price range is also acceptable & prices dont vary alot from one,s published online so one can verify & be confident about his purchaseHowever, for some reason its more road bike oriented & have relatively less variety for mountain & cross trail & hybrid bikes.. but I highly recommend the shop.
