Pretty ok service. I had a tube puncture so I came in the store wanting a change of tube service, but instead opted for the full service package. Dropped my bike around 5pm and got it the next day all looking brand new 👍🏼 with a fixed tire. Bike looks and feels really fine with clean chain, tuned up brakes and gears and very clean frame 💯

This place is trying to loot people. Dont go there too high prices and terrible. Tried to change tyres of cycle which they priced over 300 AED which i took to a local shop in karama done in just 45 AED.People dont go to this shop. This place is garbage.

The best cycle repair shop Ive been to. Prices are cheaper compared to other places. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they know what their doing. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to fix their cycle, buy one or get advice.

Very bad service They took the scooter kept it for 3 days to change tires then returned on third day without changing it moreover they totally damaged my front original tire when i asked why they damaged it like that no answer from their side and asked me to go complain wherever you want we dont care and don’t come or call again 100% not recommended

Honestly a really beautiful place with loads of gear and equipment but service mechanic and service pricing was a letdown. Came in with a bike I bought for my kids birthday (just needed to tweak the brakes as I don’t have the tools at home). The bike mechanic wanted to charge me 190AED (the bike only cost 300AED), told me to come back another day, and I got a lecture about that’s what happens when I buy a bike like I did out the box. Still, on the plus side the bike mechanic directed me to try revolution bikes across the road, and that was great!! they serviced it for free and on the spot.

Kevin was extremely helpful! He took care of my bike (full service), adviced a lot about bike equipment, adjusted the bike to my height etc.Professional approach, quick service, good prices!

Good team, reasonably priced maintenance services for your average bike, wont cost you an arm and a leg as most other bike repair shops do

Went to the store at the end of April to purchase 2 bikes. I personally chose a bike that was AED 650 – this was roughly what I had budgeted. I told Nawaz (store manager) that I simply want to cycle around my community 4-5 evenings a week 30ish mins each time. He said the bike was more than suitable for what I require. I changed the seat to a more comfortable option and added a drinks holder, a phone holder, a bike pump, lights and a safe lock for my garage. My friend’s budget was slightly higher as she preferred a bike that was more aesthetically pleasing – she chose ‘Sunspeed’ dark green and white coloured bike at AED 1900. We told Nawaz that my friend was new to riding a bike and he agreed that this bike was a good option for her. We added the extra items to her bike as well and waited approx. 1 hour for the staff in store to do a service on the bikes before they kindly helped us to the car and lift them into our 4x4. We were happy with service offered in store and felt very confident and excited. Once home we took the bikes out of the car and noticed my friends tyre was flat. We were confused and thought somehow it must have happened on the drive home so we called the shop to let them know and later that evening we stopped by so they could fix the issue before heading to the Palm for our 1st evening cycle. They fixed the inner tube and off we went. 4km into the cycle my friends same tyre went flat again. She called the bike shop back frustrated, but the store manager said it must be her fault and she must have been driving off road however through a cycle app she could prove she was cycling on a normal footpath. The store manager became angry and raised his voice. In the end, he agreed to collect the bike the following day from our home and replaced it with a brand-new bike. Note: they did not fit the seat correctly on the replacement – it was facing upwards so you can only imagine the pain after the first cycle. We took the bike to Decathalon at this point just so they could screw the seat on properly as it was closer to our home than Tecom. My bike had been ok up until this point where I had started to feel something strange whilst pedalling – 5km more and the pedal came off. Luckily, I was going at a reasonable speed down Jumeirah Beach Road and was able to safely stop and walk home. The following day Nawaz arranged for someone to collect my bike, fix it and return it by 5pm so I could enjoy an early evening cycle. Off I went cycling the streets – it was around Iftar time so the streets were nice and quiet, luckily, because the next minute I was lay in the middle of the road covered in cuts and scratches. I was winded so I had to catch my breath before I could move myself to the sidewalk. My stomach was also very badly bruised from the handlebars. Unfortunately, when my bike was returned the handlebars hadn’t been screwed together properly/tight enough and the pedal was still loose which caused the accident. I asked Nawaz to send me his managers number because at this point as I did not want to deal with him again (he always raises his voice and puts the blame onto you somehow). He refused a few times and then eventually I was given the CEO’s number. I explained what had happened to my friends’ bike in the past and what was happening with mine and the following day he replaced my bike with a brand new one. At this point and still to this day myself and my friend could not even get one apology from either the store manager or CEO. Guess what – a couple of weeks later my friends bike had another flat tyre (same one) so she went back to the shop in a very bad mood. They fixed it again and by the time she came home it was flat AGAIN. At this point there was no chance we were going back to the store; we did not have the energy left within us to speak to Nawaz and listen to his made-up stories about how this all our own fault. We found a company in Dubai who came and fixed the bike – they told us the inner tube was not the right size for the bike and this would have been the issue as to why it was deflating constantly.

Remembering the uniformly positive reviews of this shop, I stopped by the Bike shop Dubai when I was in the vicinity to get some help with a defective rear brake. The owner and his assistant wasted no time in finding that the brake cable was damaged and replacing it and the brake pads; then i was charged a very modest fee for this prompt, courteous, and appropriate service. I echo the hearty recommendations by others and will return for any further repairs.
