One thing comes to ur mind when u visit ride bike shop in Dubai, and that u are entering your own bike shop ! The team are super friendly and professional, you can blindly trust any advice whatsoever! Their collections are super but also discounted to their loyal customers! As for service fees , it is quite competitive comparing to the quality they provide! In summary, they draw the smile on ur face before u leave their shop!

Went in to purchase new rubber handles for my daughters bike 40aed.He then charges me 50aed as a labour charge for simply adjusting the handle bars and lifting the bike seat!None of which was put forward to me.Its not the price of labor that bothers me, its the principle! He could have just said by the way we charge for a simple seat adjustment and handle bar adjustment.Then the guy is rude by saying what do you think its free?Id rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I bought LIV riding gloves. Literally after the first ride they fall apart. Just so bad. The customer service also was bad. Never again.Update: I went to the shop to give back the gloves and the manger was very kind and apologetic. He did exchange the gloves for me without a question.Its not his fault about the quality of the gloves, thats for sure.Again, we were very happy with his attitude towards the situation, thank you!

Unbeatable Price and Superb Service...

I bought a Look keo blade pedals which costs 900aed and then the staff member just put on the cleats on the shoes without a fitting at all and asked for an additional 350aed just to get the cleats fitted right and I refuse to pay the extra which I shouldn’t have to because I just paid 900aed and this should be with the fitting of the cleats!! Also he installed the cleats with no grease and tightened them so tight that I can’t even get them out to get them in the right place!!! Really bad customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere.P.T. I went to Wolfi bike shop and they adjusted the cleats for me and got me fitted for 100aed which is reasonable and it turned out that the cleats were horribly in the wrong place that the worker at Ride placed them and I actually felt the difference. I wouldn’t recommend Ride at all.

Very nice bicycle store in convenient location on Sheick Zayed Road. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They can offer also bike fitting.

The price of their cycling shoes too expensive, if you guys planning to buy shoes i would suggest Decathlon in Mirdif City Center is the best. The brand of the shoes is shimano and the model is the same (Ride Bike price is 500dhs while in Decathlon is 355dhs only)

Personalized care. The team is absolutely awesome. I service my bikes there and my last purchase was a TRI bike. I asked if im allowed to give it a try on the track before i decide and they accepted. The process of buying the bike was OK and the prices were fine. however, the delivery process was not as good... I was promised 3 weeks for delivery (my size was not available in the store) and it ended up to take 5 weeks!!! It was a bit disappointing the fact that no one called me to tell me about the delay during this period. I just had a feedback because I contacted the staff directly . additionally, the feedback obtained was different in a couple of occasions.

EXTREMELY friendly staff. Ian and his team are there to help me no matter what issue i have. From replacing parts and servicing bikes to asking about suspension settings and any other question i have. Highly recommended bought my last two bikes from them.

Purchased a 26inch Liv - the service we received was excellent - we felt that the advice given was in our best interest long term - after a week of use we can see that it was a great choice. They took time to allow us to test different bikes and adjust them to suit - unhurried. There was real passion in the salesman. The shop itself is cramped (compared with other shops of the same which seemed better laid out) and the choice seems limited - we couldnt tell if they were waiting on more stock - but we would have bought two bikes possibly three unfortunately there just wasnt other 26inch bikes (for my wife) or 24inch bikes for my son. I could see that people were coming in but there just werent enough staff to look after them so I can see the frustration. The passion is there - just needs better resourcing and layout.

Are you looking for a bicycle shop on Sheikh Zayed Road? You will find a handful of them. However, there is one and only Ride bike shop that truly exceeds anyone expectations when it comes to friendliness and after-sales service. The staff there, are really trained to serve you first rather only selling. I visited them one month ago, looking for a new bicycle and this salesman spent an hour explaining to me the difference between the each and every model and brand hence I eventually realised I was about to spend my hard earned cash on a wrong bicycle. Not only he helped to buy the correct bike, but he also stopped me to waste money on wrong accessories (where all businesses make money from) so I picked up what I really need.Finally, I had to go back yesterday for a repair following a little accident I that morning and it was then I truly believed that this shop is there to keep you satisfied rather than taking the money and shake your hand goodbye.I really recommend this place, (I say place rather than shop because soon after your visit, you would find its just more than a shop) for any beginner who is confused about what they gonna buy and any enthusiastic rider who needs continuous great service to keep him or her on the road.

Seems like they are just focusing on road bikes, which is understandable , but after several visits over time, I’ve never had a good experience , as for mtn bikes, they will order in....but I can also do the same....sooooo, no need to pay for your store costs ...

After five trips to the Mirdif store, I agreed to purchase a wheel set. Each time I was at the store, I queried to ensure the price quoted was for both wheels. On the fifth trip, after agreeing to purchase the wheel set, I left my bike for the wheel installation. Two hours later, a low ranking employee called and said there was a mistake on the price and tried to sell me a different set. A classic bait-and-switch scam. Dishonorable and untrustworthy. Would highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Brake cable crushed, front wheel spoke damaged and general service required. Bike was with Ride for 1 week with collection and drop off (spare parts unavailable). Bike returned very clean however parts claimed to be changed unchanged, front brake hose unchanged, still crushed and leaking oil and im 404 AED down!!! Ordered parts on Amazon, Aramex shop and ship and I will do it myself!
