They have great collection and wide variety to choose.The parking to the mall has seepage entrance for ikea so you can park and have hassle free shopping experience, the food court inside ikea is best, good to have break and grab some snacks over there and continue shopping.

Went on a weekend at 1pm. The place was crowded, but lesser than pre-covid levels. Its still impossible to go in and out without buying anything. 10/10 will come back again.

In and out in less than 10 mins without entering the mall and only from the parking.

The best in town for home furnishings and finishes. You can go around and take pictures of the name price tags so that you can pick the bigger things from godown searching the names like 8 f or so. Also you can pick smaller ones in your baskets as well. You have to assemble the furnitures by our own. Also dont forget to grab the freebies like ikea pencils. Also theres a part sale going on now.

Most furniture shops have great showrooms but lack after sale and delivery quality services, i have to say that Ikea has absolutely amazing delivery and assembly service, i bought full furniture for a studio apartment, 3 workers arrived they knew exactly what to do and distributed work between them in a very professional way, took them around an hour to fix everything and they threw all the boxed when they left to keep it clean, definitely recommended

Amazing place full of everything your house will need plus the prices is really affordable so theres nothing expensive there and they have very nice items and really beautiful designs if you want to get home furniture go there plus if you want something cheaper theres section for the items with small damage and cheap as well

If any1 is looking for a dinning table there , avoid the INGATORP model completely....Ive bought one and after a few months it started peeling of spontaneously (even on areas where we dont usually sit) ,After so many calls back and forth and lodging complaints I got a second one.... and it also started peeling off (from top and bottom surface), which means its poorly made even though it was not cheap... Disappointing.

Good quality items with the best prices. Staff in Ikea has to be increased as customers usually search for the staff in different sections in-case they need any help. Moreover, food section (inside Ikea) has to be enhanced as the prices of almost every meal is too high with the below average taste.

The mall is quiet, as I dont think it has really been discovered yet. The new water feature is worth going to see, think it runs every day but not sure. Went there when it first opened and it was just brilliant. Great to see at night time, when the darkness makes the light show up the building really worth a visit.

IKEA is the best place, its humongous and very mesmerising. If you are looking for a furnitures, home decors, plants pots anything you can find in this place, they have a family loyalty program and a quality food available breakfast lunch n dinner.

Great place with a lot of furniture and home goods supplies. Walking through the showroom getting to see all the different ideas is great. Plus the restaurant serves nice food at very attractive prices.

I recommend everyone to visit the IKEA Dubai Festival City. First and most important thing I like in there is its restaurant on top floor. The food is very delicious (especially fish) and cheap and clean. You will find everything there. Parking free. The only small issue was, I visited one of the bathrooms in ground floor and there were lots of people waiting, so I waited around 20 minutes until my turn comes. In the end, I liked this place and will recommend to everyone.

Having a good food before shopping always saves you from buying anything you dont need :D ..... this is what gets perfectly applicable when you are at IKEA for shopping. I have tried their Breakfast, Lunch amd this time it was Dinner. Though due to Corona it was a little quiet than usual IKEA FOOD COURT I know. But the food was tempting and amazing as always.

Customer service have improved a lot and I must say that in all departments they try to support and help you. The only thing I dont understand is the range of selection of products they have that is quite outdated comparing to Europe.Lack of colors, models, and missing products ....seems like there is not a real specific selection for Dubai Market that should be more up to date and modern comparing with the rest of the Middle East.I fell like there is not a real criteria and research on the selection of the products for this Market.

I bought a light shade for the main light in the living room. I asked the lady in the store if I need to install a light fitting or if I can use the original one. She stated I can use the original one no problem. I get home and open the box and see straight away that I will need to install a new light fitting. Total incompetence.

Good spot to shop your home needs. The warehouse styled structure, although a bit hard to follow for me personally does help with serving yourself and saving some time. My favourite part of the store is the food court which has some amazing lasagne on Thursdays. Alongside the chocolate daim cake which is always a go to! Free coffee during weekdays for members is a perk you wont wanna miss.

Beach baby lodge offered an unforgettable experience, we stayed 6 nights and had an amazing tome, the 2 owner managers made us feel at home, messaging us before arriving and asking if we needed anything special to be done, they even had a baby cot made for us before we arrived, our rooms were clean and tidy, and serviced daily, there is a bar fridge in each room. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, as well as airconditoned, breakfast was good and wholesome, however its not a buffet, dinners were very tasty and the portions were large, service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and full of smiles, overall experience was a 9/10

Lets start the day with saying how disappointed I am with IKEA. Ordered a full wardrobe for my house but a mirror was missing from the order which I kind off let things slide as mistakes do happen sometimes but the horror did not stop there, little did I know that 8 items from my wardrobe was missing and the assembly team (Elite 9) did not even care and keep in mind the utter confusion of how to install the wardrobe but lets let that one slide and after everything all I got from the team was we will TRY to deliver tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable knowing well enough that I had to wait more than week for the delivery not only the countless efforts in obtaining gate passes and permission slips for the work to be done. Sadly, excitement day for a new wardrobe was brought to a abrupt halt. Please Ikea do something about this and make this rage of disappointment that I have in me stop. Just maybe be more aware and organized or choose better companies to handle your goods as your reputation is on the line. Well theres nothing to do now than pray and wait that this day is over.

The place is enormous and a great place to shop for furnitures. Its cost is lavish but you can be sure that all are durable and you can never go out of trend. The place has supermarkets, a bank downstairs, clean toilets, and adhere strictly to covid 19 guidelines and protocols.

No staff is there to tell you anything or else you can say they hired less staff comparing to there showroom.I been to this place lot of time and no one is there to help if you ask some staff they will give you excuse sir I am from different department.

Passed by Kempinski many times but never had the chance to visit Olea before. Came with a group of friends to smoke shisha. The terrace area is quite vast and spacious, allowing it to have some private areas which is nice when you’re in a big group or just want to have some space to yourself. Very friendly staff with fast and efficient service. The manager Faraj was very attentive and professional.

I was looking for a piece of curtain holder which comes in a whole set. Yet one local sales agent was very supportive and searched for that piece and gave it to me chargless. Moreover, the agents there are very supportive and friendly aven the security guard.

Its always a good feeling visiting Ikea. Just amazing... I went for breakfast 2 weeks ago and it was not crowded. I like their food too. Now they have started giving ice creams in cups which cost 2 dirhams instead of 1 dirhams cones. That was really worth it though.

Visited this Ikea store recently and as compare to Ikea in Abu dhabi I found is quite small. The options and items are quite less.I went there to buy some beddings but couldn’t find much options as I expected but still found some good ones which I bought in the end.There isn’t any huge sale going on in these days. Prices are a bit high(personal opinion).I ordered some food from the cafeteria and found out that potato wedges are served on the cash counter by the cash collecting lady then I have to get in the lane to get my ice cream and again I have to go on the other side of the cafeteria to get other food stuff. This was quite weird for me. Why they dont have one counter to get all the food itesms together. 🤷🏻‍♂️
