They are fraud. They show high quality pictures and then deliver very different then committed. Never buy from them. Just don’t waste your money

I purchased a sofa from Ashgar and it is very nice and exactly like on the pictures!The showroom is nice and people are very helpful. Communication was really great and easy, delivery went smoothly.

Thanks very much to Asghar Furniture for the wonderful bed. We looked for the design online and went to the store to choose the fabric. They have a big variety of different colors. I especially liked that we were able to choose everything : size of the bed, design and color. So it fits perfectly in our bedroom. The delivery took 7 days, which was fine.

I gave a one star and would give a zero star if i could. Their sofas are of inferior quality. I got this sofa less than a year ago and look at it now. The form used has flatten and looking very terrible. I sent these pictures to them and they said they will look into it but have not gotten back to me since.Please do not waste your money on their products so you dont regret it 6mths down the line. Okay, let me share my experience with Asghar Furniture. Initially I had ideas to go for a bed and a nightstand to my bed room. Then once I entered into their office in Dubai, it was magical. The place is structured in a very creative way. I got an idea from what the sales consultants guided and the items which were on display. Meantime there was an on going promotion of TV cabinets. That were yes, really attractive. I couldnt convince myself to ignore. decorated the bed and living room with them. Delivery was on point. As many described below, WORST costumer experience ever. After being waiting for 3/4 weeks after following up every 4 days as they were giving me different days or no answering (Only a Tv stand) they appear with telling you in advance supposing that you are available all day.Anyway, the worst was not yet to come. When they arrive, they tell me that they cannot install it as in the picture because my internet Box could not be remove and I didnt inform them (it is my fault for sure). They install it next to it, which it looks awful as all is very visible and not in the middle of the living room, to finish saying that the tv will not go hanging as I need something to hold it, and my question is, why absolutely no one advice me? Final result: I have a nice tv item, completely not in the middle of the sofa, and the tv as they wish to install it. Very upset. I spend 2k to see my living room look worse than before.Will def not buy EVER again here.

Everything a business should not be. Extremely responsive and eager prior to receiving the order and then the nightmare begins. In summary: (1) No coordination between the agent who dealt with us and reality regarding the delivery date - we were being told outright lies while we were getting different information from the production team; (2) The agent was extremely rude and unapologetic; (3) Eventually when the delivery happened (past the promised date), refused to communicate a day before such that we could clear our schedule and be present to receive the delivery - they assume everyone is waiting around for them. The product is great but the experience was horrific.

Just saw the other reviews and every review showing concern or complaints is given the same reply that the account is not verified and that they have no such customer in their records.. lets see what they have to say for this one... I bought a bed which is of pathetic quality and all they could say for it was that they are sorry.... the product is beautiful no doubt but not at all strong as a furniture especially bed should be. They say they use solid wood... but i have never seen a cheaper quality than this before. Raheeb was the salesman and he followed up quite well until we paid… and after that was very cold. Especially after the complaint, he was not bothered and just had sorry to say.

Worst customer experience that one can encounter.A bunch of scammers who are only interested until you pay money.Ordered sofa. Incorrect color delivered. I was told samples of color available at store will look different on the actual sofa.No respect for customer satisfaction, only interested in selling the next product.You are better off going in for reputed companies even if it costs slightly more. Atleast you have peace of mind.Would give no stars if possible.

Would have given a NEGATIVE star if it was there, worst experience ever. There after sales service is PATHETIC.I got my sofa 4 days after the promised delivery date( which was 2 weeks after placing the order) , and that too after numerous follow ups. Whenever I spoke to them, I got a new delivery date. At one point, they stopped responding to my messages and calls and had to use my husband’s number to contact them.Their internal team is not aligned with each other, one person says something different from the other.When we finally got the sofa it was not the color we had thought we were getting , and the reply we got was there is a difference in the color in the shade card vs a bigger piece ( again after multiple follow ups, not picking up calls etc), which we were of course not told at the time of ordering.There standard response when and if they pick up your call, is we will call back in 5 mins. And that 5 mins never get over.They promised us an inspection guy would come to check the sofa, and show us the bigger patch of cloth, but again that never happened, so no we have finally given up.The mistake i made was to not check the reviews before buying it.But hope this review helps someone, not to make the same mistake we did.

I bought a couch and a shoe cabinet. Both are of great quality and Price is very good. They also offered to customize my couch to fit into my living room and choose from many fabric.Really positive experience. Would give them negative points for customer service. If you dont want to go through the headache of calling 15 times and keep waiting, please DO NOT bother ordering from them. Highly unprofessional, no respect for the customers time.I have placed am order for a queen size bed, coffee table and a TV unit. The delivery was supposed to be on the 8th of September (+ - 2 days). Its 12th of September, 4 days later, no furniture. I have called the sales team, who dont answer their calls. After making more than 10 calls, got a number of a delivery boy who has no clue about when the products will be delivered. After chasing him for 2 days, he put me in touch with the supervisor. The supervisor has absolutely no manners or professionalism when it comes to customer service. He kept lying to me that your products will be delivered in the next 1 hour. I had to keep myself available for the delivery and be at home in that time bracket. Yet no delivery.

April has helped through the purchase process at Asghar furniture.. Thankyou for the extremely efficient approval, bills and safe delivery... Even past midnight, April has been extremely sweet to have sent the different options available and process it soon... The product quality is excellent... Perfect finish... Really satisfied.

Picked a color on the couch we ordered and they delivered a different color. Staff blamed us that we did not check THEIR code properly. There is no mention of color on the invoice and if staff have entered the code incorrectly, there is no way for customer to know.As a customer, we pick the color and it is the shops duty to make sure the same color is delivered.Very very bad after sales service and very rude staff.Very proud of saying they have no refund policy which is against consumer rights.

An absolutely terrible company to work with.I can truly say, that this is one of the most disorganised, in-efficient companies I have ever dealt with.I went to the store to order a custom sofa & bed.I gave the full details of the order to our salesman Farukh. He insisted he didnt need to write anything down, as he would remember it all.It took them 4 days to just give me the final cost.When this happened, we asked for some modifications, which lost us another 4-5 days.Finally 10 days later, we recieved our invoice.On this, there were mistakes in the size & the style that we had asked for. Seeing as we were due to move in imminently, we decided to just go ahead with it.We were committed a delivery date. We called 3-4 times in advance to ensure they were on time, as we needed these items to move in. Each time we called they said yes, no issues.On the final day when delivery was due - I called another customer service lady at their office called April. She was at least very helpful.She told me that our order was delayed by 1 week.I ended up calling 6-7 times and finally convincing them to deliver, 3 days after the due date.This was followed by repeated follow up calls to get the item delivered.The product quality is quite good - we were happy with the sofa & the bed.The sofa is quite comfortable. but not amazing.the bed is very good.but as a company, there is no co-ordination between their different departments, they are very disorganised and they require a massive amount of follow up.

When I looked at a certain bed, that was advertised in a few colors only but sales volunteered that I could choose more or less any color and sent a rep with color swathes. I chose my favorite color and received my custom bed within 7 days. Staff was nice and even dismantled my old bed! I’d go back :)

DISAPPOINTED!!We placed our order recently with Furqan in Ajman. Before placing the order we made it very clear we need the sofas before Eid, 20th July because we have guests coming. Furqan checked and confirmed with management they can deliver before the 20th if we pay the express fee. We went ahead and placed the order and paid the full amount of the bill.Yesterday my husband did a follow up only to be told the sofas wont be ready in time because they have been some issues in the factory. If my husband hadnt contacted them they wouldnt have informed us.This is very disappointing and clearly shows they dont have the professional mannerism, commitment and respect towards their customers. Dont bother placing any orders with them. You will be disappointed. They dont even deserve the 1 star!

If there would have been less than 1 star, I would have given to this company. I am very disappointed with the kind of quality these people provided. Sofa legs broke down in a week & I could see the quality of wood they are using inside. Firstly, the order is delayed & afterwards they send such poor quality. Not at all recommended for any furniture items.

About 9 months ago we purchased the Delsea modular sofa, we customised it to suede and the beige colour as seen in the sample. As you can see when the sofa arrived it is nothing like what we ordered. We decided to keep it as we could not wait any longer for another sofa to be customised. Funnily enough I actually wrote the review here but got several messages asking me to take the review down, stupidly enough I did, i know mistakes happen but to this day I do not understand how they managed to get the colour and material completely wrong, after clarifying several times with them the style we wanted. It hasnt even been a year yet and I can already notice the material deteriorating. A very disappointing experience.

Hi. I really want to tell the people around me that please do not go with this company if you want to keep your family members happy and peaceful. They promised us a number of times for the delivery and we waited thinking we have paid and we shall wait for the same.But I never expected such a horrible thing! After giving them a chance to deliver, they sent the bed with all the dirt and stains and couldnt imagine the bed would be in this horrible condition.Please do not go to buy any furniture from this company which gives false commitments and worst furniture.

Just received my Grace Velvet Bed and it’s beautiful! Was nervous after ordering reading reviews but it came a week earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Asghar Furniture!

We placed an order of 3 beds and they assured us order usually takes 8-10 days. We even gave them extra days for the delivery but on the scheduled day of delivery, we received a call that beds are still in production and they need additional days.We have already sold our beds, have scheduled our apartment move on the day they said they would deliver, so now we have no beds and all they could say was sorry.It would have been appreciated if they called a day or two in advance so we can plan accordingly. Such a disappointment so please be careful when ordering through them. They are very good at assuring you upon making the order but when you need answers, they don’t respond on time.

They give you promocise and after they will not do the delivery on the same day that u discussed and they need the money in advance due not refund because they have a very bad quality, the service is very very unprofessional

Ordered table console and mirror. I am online shopping person but never had such horrible experience before, they are very nice while taking your money, after that too much unacceptable excuses on delivery, much much delayed deliveries, they will keep you begging to them for delivery and then after 3 months, what you will receive will be like worst furniture items. We recently purchased a bed by visiting their office. Most items that this store sells is of very poor quality in materials and workmanship. Their so called MANAGER who attempted to help us was pathetic and knew nothing about the product and had to keep calling another salesman for answers to our questions. I spent almost ten thousand dirham in a few items and had problems with all of them. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming innocent people.Edited my response today 26 Dec, 2020.As I wrote they are so pathetic that they copy furniture product images from internet and other websites and sell by putting them on their website, same they have responded me by copy response from some online website. At least have something your own copy-cats. Shame on you people for double-crossing others. What a bunch of habitual liars.

First purchase and worst experience.Their app, product, behaviour of executives, returns, policies etc everything is fraud. This is a place of frauds. Better to go for other websites.They do not accept returns and I was stuck with curtains despite writing hundreds of emails showing pictures of color difference.They denied all claims.

If it was possible to leave no star at all, I would have done that with the kind of service you get from this shop. I bought a customized sofa from them in November. It was delivered on 30th Nov (after much follow up). On January 10th (not even a 1.5 months) I noticed that the stitch on the ottoman is coming off. I sent them a picture and complained about it. Waqas who was the salesperson who handled my purchase even said he doesnt think its a manufacturers issue. Like as if you will try to pull the stitch so your sofa can be damaged, even if you have kids, they wont be able to pull it out. After almost a week of following up on this issue, they come back with theyll repair it but I need to pay AED150 for delivery.First of all, the sofa has only been delivered less than 1.5 months. Its an ottoman, its not that used. Only goes to show this is the kind of quality they offer their customers. Second, aftersales service is so poor! If you complain about their damage product, they will blame it on you or will make you pay for the issue. If you want to buy a decent furniture for your house, dont buy it from here. Save your money and go somewhere where you can get your moneys worth and service. There is a reason why they have so many negative reviews here. Thankfully, I have not made any review when they delivered it despite their request to submit a positive feedback because they do not deserve a positive review with the kind of product they sell.

Ordered what I thought great local quality deal. King size frame with extra drawer that I payed 300 AED ,two sides tables , mattress and even two pillows. Sound fantastic however reality its not like that. Bed arrived very late , without side tables ( they forgot). Mattress wood hard that even if you jump on it it doesnt move. Pillows the most synthetic and hard pillows I have seen in my life. I told all my concerns to sale person, I explain this not what I expected. The answer was ‘ those items free’ so its means i pay 2k aed only for frame and got the lowest quality mattress on market exist..After talking to manager Scoko from Ajman branch and CRM, I agreed that they can keep side tables pillows but give me better quality matress. They said okay, afterwards another sales person started messaged me on whatsupp saying I need to pay for matress as they dont even have that good matress in their company so they will buy from competitors! Its furniture company!l that provides bed.. anyhow I said in that case please take bed and thats it, I have no where to sleep now because there is bed which I cant use. After lots of whatsups and more calls they said will bring me matress samples. It come one sample of little different matress then they provide. Also they promise to pick up that hard matress at same which they didnt. In the end they said its not possible to take bed. so I am stuck with bed and matress that i will not use and no side tables. I am schocked that people in UAE cheating on their customers like that.

Very dusty and filthy with bugs! Bad condition! No proper hygiene!! And why did it come with no boxes proper wrapped??! This company purpose just to steal money!
