I want to say thanks to Peter a African guy who is working there with lot of patience..When we went there to buy perfumes Peter was busy with other customers though he attended, informed us about the offers going on and told us to call him when necessary.We want to gift these perfumes so we need to wrapping which is free..Peter done it nicely and asked us politely if we need anything more.Great service and offers I got from this guy.Thanks will visit again if I need something necessary

An awesome place to buy perfumes, I bought a hell lot of perfumes for my girlfriend and she was really happy, I really found myself that the candles are are really nice and good it’s worth and the place is cool I loved this place

We were shopping for candles from Bath&Body Works Burjuman and was about to pay. The kind lady in the cashier told us that they have just started a promotion for candles (which we did not know), the ones we chose were not included and that we could save more if we will choose from the ones on promo. She led us to the promo rack and we ended up buying more. Sad I forgot her name. Best experience we had so far!

I visit this shop 2 days ago, and we all know how the prices of mostly of the stuff here, and those promotions they have, but I was not impressed that the cashier who attended me was not that polite to tell me that I know it such a rude manner that she ask for a small bills since I just purchased only not that much so I should pay only small bill, I handed her a five hundred dirhams bill, I already told her thats the only my cash. But still she handed me a change of it even she said to me already that she dont have change for that. I think shop should be aware that its not a customers fault that you dont have a change. Its your business so its always be your one priority to be ready time to time, and giving us the perception that you are ready for business. Whatever amount it cost the customer are paying, know they payed for it.

Good quality products for bath and body with cheaper rate.

I ordered the eucalyptus and mint candle from the aromatherapy line from the website. I opened the candle as soon as I got it and found a few hairs in it. Extremely disgusted by this, I contacted them continuously for 10 days before I was finally able to get my replacement and each time they would say itll take just 2 days. I have contacted them for a complaint on this but they havent gotten back to on that. Basic hygiene should be followed by a body care company and the customer service system at alshaya is just lousy at this point. I will not be purchasing another candle from here because the idea of burning a candle potentially with hair in it makes me want to puke.

Nice outlet as usual. Plenty of affordable products as a massive discount sale is going on. The best thing about Bath & Body Works stores that they actually encourage you to try their products before buying. Perfume and bath and such creams are very personal and it is always better to try and buy. Worth a visit

Visited on 6Nov20. Overcrowded Stored, Poor Customer Service and Rude Staff (Sales Person- Nisansala). Best to avoid and go to alternate branch.

Great products

They have a very nice smell perfume for mens and some affordable products that me and my wife bought for our home use. We also sometimes buy their products as a gift for our family members when we go vacation to Philippines. Sometimes they have big discounts during summer fest and even during the change of season from summer to winter. We are satisfied with their product line and even their staffs are customer friendly. Thumbs up 👍

The people working in your burjuamn branch are literally giving the brand a bad name . I am usual customer with bath and body. Went today to get the new collection, but due to the inappropriate attitude and carefree attitude of one of the staff named Ali I decided not to make the purchase.. They should be given a 101 lesson in customer service.. Utter chaos..
