Poor service. They told me that they will deliver my medicine the next day as they dont have it in the store at the moment and they will receive my medicine the next day (its fine coz I still have 1tablet for that day - this is for my hypertension). They next day come, no update from them. So I called and they told me they will deliver at 9pm (its already late time). Then 9pm come. No update no call. So I called, they told me that they will deliver it now. 10pm passed, still no medicine. Im about to sleep at 11:00pm still no medicine and theyre not answer my calls about numbers of time. Will not take any medicines or products again on this branch. Life pharmacy management, pls take a look on this. Im sure Im not the only one experienced this coz this is not the first time Ive experienced on this branch. Not so happy with the service as my medication is very important to my health that I cant skip even a day as my BP shook up easily

Its been an hour ... I ask lady to deliver 1 cough setup. My building is 2 minute walking distance. 2 times I called her. Till now they did not deliver. May they are waiting for my death. I am unable to breath. Donot order anything. You will waste your time.

The pharmacists here are giving prescriptions to the customers. I don’t think that they are allowed to do that. They should have been trained not to give any prescriptions to the customers when it comes to products used to cure or prevent diseases such as antibiotics.Other than that the pharmacy is in good location in the heart of Al barsha 1 near to a lot of residential places. They give discount when you ask for and they accept returns. They have wide range of supplements and cosmetics.
