Bath & Bodyworks This is a great store, I love everything this store has to offer.There are so many scents to smell and many new ones that its so hard to decide which ones to try and which ones to buy! I have my favorite that I must have always, but then I always like to try one new one as well.They always have great deals (ex. body cream & lotions, body sprays/mists - buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 get 2 free.)I mostly adore their gift baskets with all the seasons, it is really a good option to gift your love ones.I like their body cream and lotions as it lasts a long time, it goes on better & the scent lasts all day.Just love walking in this store. I love all their sales! The store has friendly and helpful assistants.

They accidentally over charged when they had a special buy 2 get 2 free on the 25 August the machine didnt pick up the special. Which is okay BUT I still have not received my money and I have gone back to the shop NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 times. This is absolutely terrible!!The manager said she would phone mebut I havent heard from her. Its almost a month later.

The quality of there product is amazing. From hand soap to body creams . Hand sanitizer to body wash all the product are great.Scented candles🕯are best for gifting 🎁.Also they have multiple option of gift box.There are couple of range or product which is not to be missed.1) Stress relive oil,cream to body wash and scrub2) Aromatherapy range3) Men -Teak wood and Noir are my favourite.

The best candles, 10/10 😍 only started shopping here since I moved to Dubai as we don’t have this store in UK! I always bulk buy the candles when they are in the sale as they are the best! - the smell fills the whole room.The store itself is usually great but due to COVID regulations queues can be quite long & you cannot smell the candles. This is expected though!These are my fave candles below....❤️

I love your perfume, but your cashier staff is NOT accommodating!We go to your store in MOE today and everything run smoothly even though we fall in line for about 15mins just to get in, I understand because you have SALE!We are about to pay for our purchase, two counters were open, and they told me that they only accept card payment because BOTH of them dont have change! When I asked one of them if they will not sell to me because I dont have change, the only answer i got is I dont have change. They are both RUDE!! You have a Sale so you should expect bunch of customers! You must be prepared and mostly YOU MUST HAVE A CHANGE!So dissapointing!

It’s a great shop with good quality products. They are famous for their candles. They have a wide selection of scents.They have some promotion going on during Dubai shopping festival and during salesStaff are very helpful and really friendlyCandle price : 90 AED . During sale season you can get the candle at a price of 35 or 45 AED

The products are good and excellent quality. Pricing little expensive and you can feel value for money.

Yesterday I went in to buy my friend a birthday gift - the products itself, I love them! Honestly a huge fan.But the staff 🙃 the men employees are all nice, all helpful and super politeBUT THE WOMEN oh my. Like I’m always extra polite and I do my best making their job easier, BUT as I came to the cashier, she didn’t greet or smile or anything. She took the candles, scanned them and told me the price in the most rudest way possible. So I told her I want it gift wrapped, and she just pointed her finger behind me ?? I had no idea there was a wrapping and gift bags there cause this woman just decided to point and not even tell me anything.Then one of the male employees came and helped me with the box - and when I went back to the counter she was already serving someone 🥲She then paused serving them, I could see the guys confusion as he was trying to pay by card on the machine but it didn’t work - and she proceeded putting the candles in the box probably the slowest way possible.And then after the poor guy finally could pay - the woman behind him also got a cold treatment and was told to go to the cashier beside - all while she was taking the time to put two candles in a box 🥲 after she was done and I said thank you (cause I’m 👍🏼) she literally didn’t say anything and left.So I’m just writing this for the 3 of us - customer service 0/10.Honestly just go and check your cameras from 6:20 to 6:30 and see yourself how “pleasant” she acted.

Variant fragrances at affordable rates

Its really disappointing!! When u are in rush and u just drive to come along the nearest place to get some stuff for gift giving this holidays season and this place give u a Very bad service! Especially the person in charge who dont know how to manage a good customer service . Im a regular customer who just only request to give me a paper bag on each item that Ive got because It will be given to each person. Its only 8pcs of bodymist and they refuse to give me . She rudely told me that I have to buy it 8times -meaning keep coming back and fort to avail the paper bag.which doesnt makes sense. Even I told her that u can do split transaction. But still not .COME ON! What kind of service do u have??!! In the end i just left it all in the counter. AND WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Just the best. From the quality of the product to the customer service. Each and every colleague will greet you with the smile and will give you 100% information about the product and current offers. Almost every time there is a promotion or some offers. Good place for cosmetics requirement, wide range in home fragrances too, regular promotions gives U opportunities to buy your favourite collections, usually the prices are a bit above affordability...well mannered and courteous staffs in Bur Juman branch, enjoyed shopping at B&B works

Not too many choices for bar soaps. Was shown only one type,I think it was mint something. Otherwise the store is very nice. Prices are reasonable for done items and quite a few items are priced high for example bath salts.
