If there was 0 Star i would give them 0. they say they have delivery so i ordered what i needed it. after 1 hour 45 minutes they called me from another branch and asked about the location and what i needed it. So i explained again. after 1 hour they called me from another branch and asked the same questions and i had to send them my location by whatsapp. after 45 mins someone called me from ANOTHER BRANCH IN NAIF saying if will take time because we have bicycle. WORST WORST WORST costumer service

We ordered medicine for delivery around 9am till now not yet delivered as per SHAZAYA a lady working in pharmacy delivery will be at 12noon, because delivery boy Kanakaraj is not picking a call so they cannot deliver. my location is very near to their them but i was not well coming from a night shift and telling me to wait till 12 noon. i stayed back side of bollywood and pharmacy is near KFC our order is centrum and stresstabs and the lady calling for delivery talking about myra e, pharmacist are too difficult to talk giving different medicines? untill now she said it is not ready 11:25am already

In general, you have like 5% chance to find there the medicine which you are asking for.Always; “out of stock, it will be available tomorrow”!!!I have like never found what I asked for!!!

Good location but prices are a little higher than other life pharmacy. Staff are ok.

The worst pharmacy that I have visited, the staff are very rude and deceptive , I bough days ago something they give it to me by wrong ( 5 minutes later I brought it back to them to change it to another one but they didn’t had that item and reject to return my money and they only said they will give me points as reparation instead of money , after I discussed with their manger about that they returned my money

Very disappointing home delivery! I was waiting for my antibiotics for almost forever. I got so frustrated that I cried coz the delivery man dont seem to understand my instructions. Whew!! 😢😷🤒

Frankly according to my experience it was substandard. Yesterday I visited the pharmacy to take the drug (ROACCUTIN) is one of the control drugs for the treatment of acne.I am surprised after making the prescription that the employee can not dispense the medicine because he suspects that it is not genuine ... although I explained that only Dr. printed it in black without colors and to confirm that it is genuine is the signature of the doctor and history written with a blue ink ink and the seal of the color dark blue and yet did not believe me . .. I asked to speak to the branch manager unfortunately it is useless after I contacted the clinic and turned me on the doctor and talked to him and explained to him that it is genuine but they were determined not to dispense medicine !!!!!Why ????? Am I a liar or Dr. Liar or asked something illegal and I want to take it without the law ???? They asked me for my ID I made and the prescription is correct and I took it from the doctor after having blood tests and everything is set. ... If you allow, do not leave pharmacies under the hands of people who are not related to medicines and unable to distinguish between prescriptions right or wrong, although it is necessary to have a doctor in each pharmacy and not only technicians or accountants.Thank you
