Visited Benifit Brow Bar at Sephora MOE to get my eyebrows done. Ellyn did a great job...she was patient, listened to what I wanted, explained my options and did exactly what I asked for. Cinderella was showing my mom around explaining about the products ...Amazing team, impressive work... will definitely recommend Ellyn and Cinderella to my friends.

This place is a go to, Literally. Good selection of different products and most of the people are nice. It was just this 1 staff that looks annoyed that we wanted to try a concealer. We ended up buying from different brand cuz the other staff is more approachable.

My last experience at the Sephora Mall of the Emirates was just an amazing journey.I was immediately taken care by the Chanel employee and introduced to all my options to get what I walked in for.The cashier team are so professional and yet manage to keep their glowing smile through such a busy day.Overall happy with my last visit and definitely would want to visit for the next gifting occasion

Lots of brands and lot more collections than Mirdif City Centre but I personally prefer Mirdiff as its more easy to choose what we want and attention by staff is more. I picked makeup forever from there

Sephora is my go to place for all my makeup needs. This store at mall of the emirates is my favourite because of the layout and very kind and helpful staff here. The staff looks after yiu while you shop and if you need advice their beauty advisor is always there to help you. So this makes makeup shopping easy and fun

The people working here were so friendly and helpful when I asked for help. However, I wish that sometimes they would give me my space when I said I was just looking. Overall a good shopping experience. They personalize perfume bottles which I thought was super cool for a gift or personal use.

My favorite place on earth

It is Sephora . You can find most brands there but I think due to COVID availability lows everywhere and it is not about only one shop or one brand. I was looking for Clinique sunscreen city block and they didn’t have it.

You can find everything your looking for in-terms of makeup , perfume and skin products. One issue is that music is so loud !!!

If you are over 50, dont shop here, because the stuck-up and arrogant sales staff does either overlook you or treats you as if you have a contagious disease, if you ask for help. In other parts of the world Sephora is really nice, here they apparently have enough customers and their business is already so good, that they dont need to be nice to the customer anymore. So after over 25 years as a Sephora customer, I take my business now somewhere else

I always shop my makeup at Sephora coz I really like the place and it’s so comfortable. I was there at the store earlier (MOE branch) to find gift for myself on my birthday. But this time I was not very happy to the staff of the Nars product.(I don’t know her name). Btw I asked for a products to try the foundation and and liquid blush. She gave me a word that I never buy products from her and yet I’m asking for her a products? It made me felt so sad and upset. Makeup is my happiest outlet and this kind of person will ruin my outlet?

I will not talk about the stuff who definitely needs a sales training! But the managers of Moe branch and Marina mall are the worse! Unfortunately they don’t know How to handle a customer. No customer care or manners and they are really rude! Why should i buy a product from store who treats a customer with a disrespect.

Sephora can do better to hire more helpful staff and improve the lighting they have got going in their outlets. With due respect to their knowledge of makeup - past purchases I made have been completely inappropriate and a big waste of money. My advice to anyone looking to buy foundation, ask for samples and make sure you have the correct names written on them. Wear it at home, check it in daylight and only if it suits your skin tone and texture, go out to buy.

Heres why I dont like going to Sephora in Dubai. Its overly crowded with aggressive sales people. Sometimes you just want to be alone with your thoughts and pick what you really want rather than someone constantly pushing products on you. I understand Its their job but there are a million other sophisticated ways to conduct successful sales rather than being overly incessant. Also, I have some pimples yes I am a human being. But everytime I go to Sephora, someone always comes upto me and offers of products for my acne eventhough I havent asked for it, they always point out your flaws and push products on you. Please stop making a fool out of your brand, people are not comfortable with such sale tactics.

I was just there to get a fenty lip gloss since I needed urgently and the staff seemed to judge me by appearances is because am black,fyi I dont like throwing the racist card but that wasnt cool at all ,i paid it and i was stopped by security really i felt very violated i walkin because i know what i need that was very wrong..

Very popular especially with young ladies. They have a wide range of beauty products with famous brands as well as their own products. Staff are friendly and most of them are professional. You can book with them to have a full and professional make up for your special occasion. It costs AED 500 but you can choose products for the same amount instead which is a really good bargain.

Although I really love Sephora, I would recommend going to the one at Dubai Mall instead of this one at the mall of Emirates. The entire staff isnt all that great, very unfriendly, I had a bad experience at the fenty section where the helper was very racist. She shade matched me all wrong and kept pretending to not understand me even though I was speaking in plain English. The people at the counter werent friendly either. The one at Dubai mall is superb especially If youre looking to get matched with the right shade of product.

Too much sales stuff

I am a regular Sephora shopper. Most of my experience was with Sephora in Canada and US. The people who work there, most of the time are very helpful.Cut to my trip to the UAE and shopping at Sephora at MOE. I asked for a sample of a product and when I saw the product it was an old, dried out product. So obviously I asked them to discard the old product and give me a new tub so that I can sample something else. And then this lady who works there goes on to tell me that throwing away the sample would be a WASTE FOR US and I was like I cannot used old products on my skin. Some how she kept trying to push the old dried out mask on me.It was so ridiculous. I was trying to tell her I cannot risk putting old products on my skins. Somehow she still seems to think that its okay that i use the old product, but they cannot waste the sample. It was so rude and unnecessary.Anyway. I spoke to the manager, who right away helped me sample a newer mask and she packed it herself.I wanted to complain about the sales rep. But I was just way to angry to have a normal conversation. So I walked away.I spend a lot of money and time when I walk into Sephora. It is something I love, but to be treated with such disregard is just unacceptable.Also to people at Sephora: rude staff is harmful for your business.

The minute I walk in I get attacked by at least 5 sales people....Come on....give me some time to look. This really puts me off going. Anyhow when i wanted to try a blusher I asked for help and the girl just gave me a brush and said the mirror is there ! Seriously....why does sephora employ all these make up artists ?? I can apply it myself and also go somehwere else where they more helpful with actual knowledge !!

Had a bad experience with the with the operations Manager of MOE branch Alyssa Guediche. Despite the fact that I often shop in Sephora. She talks to the client with a sense of superiority and sarcasm. It has been a humiliating experience. The message was clear: you are free to spend, but when it comes to a post sales service, there is no one home. Couldnt be more disappointed. Would have put less than one star if I could. Wont come there again.

The prices are very high, there are luxury cosmetics brands at the airport, there are a bit cheaper. Almost everything is in Sephora, but the attitude of the workers desires the best. You can take primers, tonals, etc. is free.
