Somehow Body Shop items are cheaper in the airport. I like some of the travel size items, great for souvenirs back home. It is awesome that all their stuff are not tested on animals and uses natural ingredients. Feel free to try the samples before you decide what to buy. They wont mind.

I am a big fan of the Body shop brand, however I was very disappointed when I accidentally saw how the employees are treated in this shop. The shop assistant was packing my products into the plain bag when she accidentally ripped the bag, the lady next to her (probably more senior) made a bad comment. Whilst I was leaving the shop the senior employee started screaming on poor shop assistant and waving with the ripped bag in front of her face. It was very uncomfortable to watch and this should not happen in front of the customer and other people in the shopping centre but it also shouldnt be happening in general.

Customer Service should be better

Great products, you should update your phone numbers on online search as I tried to call different numbers but not in service.
