We are big fans of BBW candles as we really love the scents. Yesterday (October 29), we visited BBW branch in Meaisem City Centre and it was a delightful experience. The staff there, Saba and Sean, were really helpful eventhough the shop is undermanned. The other customers were happy as well and we can hear them praising the two. It is very different with other BBW stores we visited across Dubai where staff are rude. Kudos to Saba and Sean. Keep up the good work and thank you for assisting us.

I visited the branch last Saturday (Aug 8) and the sales person was exceptionally rude to us. I brought my maid who was shopping in her last month in town before leaving the country for good. I thought the ‘big sale’ was on so I asked the sales person lady if there is any offers on the fine fragrance mist as the maid was looking to buy one for her family back home. The sales person reply “what offers you want, it’s now down to 25 dhs but the original was 85 dhs!!”. We left after that disappointed with the sales experience. I visited the website on the same day with the price listed as 12 dhs for some, but i couldnt place the order as well. After checking with customer care, the order couldnt be placed because the product is not available in stock and the website is not updated. That was 8 different items that i selected online, all not available. Please update the website with valid information.

Love their products BUT their online store isn’t actually working, as I ordered and made a payment but haven’t received my order. There’s no replies or answers from their side, which means I just paid for nothing!

Love their rangx of candles and best is to wait for offers!
