The worst customer service I ever met in my life, the sold me a hand support which had a plugging metal against my rest and when I returned it they came back with 100 story, first they said they will change it then they called me and they said nothing is wrong with it and agin called that a new item is ready (that was after about 20 days) I told them that I already got a new item as I needed it, now after 50 days I’m following up with them they told me sorry we can’t return it!! And they can’t make a refund. Bunch of unprofessionals they don’t know what they are doing. They always tell me a different story when I call and never call back to update me as they always say will do. Total failure.
