Ive had the worst experience at this salon. The customer service was extremely poor and was being arrogant. Ive received the knowledge of this salon through a message about one of their packages and thought about getting my hair highlighted from here. I had asked them for a particular color highlight and instead, they gave me the complete opposite of what Ive asked. They did not check the bleached dye regularly which most of the other salon staff do, and in the end, my hair was almost blonde. They went outside and they forgot to wash my hair completely !!!! my hair turned WHITE... One of the staff members responded to me in a very disinterested way, responded to me that I cannot get the highlight color that I wanted. They were complaining about the nature of my hair being bad, which actually shouldve been taken care of and has to coloured accordingly by them!! They did not apologize and they were least bothered about their mistake. I went there again the next day to get it fixed but ended up almost having the same look as before. But in the end, I went to another salon to get my highlights fixed and my problem was almost solved. The other salons treatment was totally different prior to this salon... Going here was a waste of time and money for me, PLUS their ignorance had totally damaged my hair twice. During my coloring treatment, the owners along with their staff members were arranging review videos for attracting other customers which made me laugh since they showed no concern for those who came like me
