The service was average, the people working there are very nice but the tools seemed dirty i dont know if they were or if it was the lighting but they charged double than what is stated here which i did not appreciate so either they havent update this or they scammed me.

I have been going to Roots Salon for a few years. There are 2 amazing ladies: Shahla and Shelly. I swear by them.Shahla has been taking care of my hair for years now and honestly, she’s truly amazing. My hair loves her tender care and her cuts and color are impeccable.You simply have to let her work her magic on your hair too! 😍

Roots salon was closed on a Friday at 5pm. Instead my daughter went to first floor and visited elata beauty salon in sunset mall.

Very professional. Clean and friendly staff. I went back today for a facial with the new russian lady who has such a warm approach and she did a lifting facial...something i never experienced in my life and you can tell when someone is passionate in what they do. This was far the best facial ive experienced and with results that speaks for itself. Thank you

Best salon in Dubai. Maghi does my hair perfectly every time! She does amazing work, understands exactly what you are looking for, and is very professional.The stylists are updated on all the new products and are trained with Loreal color. 100% would recommend anyone who needs her hair done!They also provide other services for nails, spa, etc.
